背景技术
从美学角度考虑，大量的机动车，不论什么用途，都配有车轮罩。所述元件可以遮盖住轮毂、轮缘的固定元件和轮缘本身，由于成本的原因，大部分所述轮缘不够美观。
在保持容易拆卸的同时，车轮罩也可以确保车轮轮缘的固定元件防御恶劣天气和各种各样的液体喷溅。固定元件较少受腐蚀并且不易卡在凹槽里，因此可以在需要的情况下将其拆卸。
相反地，可以观察到某些机动车车轮的固定元件，特别是螺钉，逐渐从它们所镶嵌的轮毂上脱离，即便是遵守了设计者指出的旋紧力偶矩。这种松扣由振动引起，振动可能由路面不平整导致，或由路面较大的缺陷，如“鸡窝”所引起的较大撞击导致。
因此，所述固定螺钉的脱离不是由大的机械应力所致，只是由反复的碰撞和连续不断的振动所致。当有车轮罩出现反常情形时，往往所述车轮罩遮盖了松扣的固定螺钉。
如果不对所述螺钉定期进行直观的检查，对机动车的使用者以及其他使用者都会产生危险。
即使没有车轮罩，某些粗心的机动车司机也不一定会注意到这种松扣。在现有技术中存在各种阻止所述螺钉松扣的维护装置。这就是环状的抗旋转装置，其配有足够多能够卡住螺钉头的凹槽。这些装置通过机械方法接合到轮缘上或固定元件上，这迫使拆卸车轮时除了必备的工具外还会需要有额外的特殊工具。
发明内容
因此，本发明目的是提供一种使车轮螺母或螺钉锁紧的装置，来解决现有技术中存在的问题，所述锁紧装置结合在所述车轮罩上，且很容易拆卸，不必使用额外的特殊工具。所述锁紧装置也是防护装置，可以限制或防止所述车轮的固定元件旋转。
为此，本发明提供一种用于机动车车轮的防护装置，所述车轮包括轮缘，轮缘通过固定螺钉固定在所述机动车的轮毂上，并配有车轮罩，其中，该防护装置包括设置在车轮罩上的抗旋转装置，用来配合轮毂上轮缘的固定螺钉。
从以下描述可知“螺钉”或者是与轮毂里攻丝扣孔配合的螺钉，或者是用于在所述轮毂联结螺栓上旋紧的螺母。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的用于机动车车轮12的防护装置10的通用结构以图1A和图1B示出。
车轮12包括安装在轮缘16上的轮胎14，所述轮缘16通过固定螺钉20固定在轮毂18上。
结合有防护装置10的车轮罩22通过现有技术已知的方法嵌在轮缘16上，比如通过弹性夹24，这使所述车轮罩22在不用特殊工具时很容易安装和拆卸。
根据本发明的用于机动车车轮12的防护装置10配合有抗旋转装置26，所述抗旋转装置26用来阻止旋转，尤其是固定螺钉20的松扣，松扣可能引起车轮12从机动车上脱离。
防护装置10的抗旋转装置26在图1B中被详细示出，它至少包括一个护套28和阻止所述护套28旋转的锁紧装置30。
每个护套28固定在轮毂18的联结轮缘16上，并和轮缘16的每个固定螺钉20旋转连接。
防护装置10的每个护套28和每个螺钉旋转连接的装置包括嵌套装置32，通常是六边螺钉头的共轭轮廓，参考图2A和图2B或者六边槽盘头螺钉。
防护装置10的每个护套28自由旋转地安装到车轮罩上，车轮罩承载所述护套28以能够使其准确定向。
为了这个目的，护套28具有基本圆柱形的本体并具有固定装置34，如图1B中护套28的横截面所示。这些固定装置34包括在每个固定螺钉20前的车轮罩22里用来使所述本体38通过的孔36，其直径基本和护套28的本体38的直径相等。每个护套28的本体38在车轮罩22的孔36里的连续位置可以通过凸销40来确保。
本领域技术人员可知，可以使用其他固定装置34，特别是配有弹性夹的凹颈，只要在使用机动车时，它们可以使护套28旋转的同时维持在车轮罩22上。如图3所示，在螺钉20具有六边槽盘头的情况下，护套28-1具有一个六边形凸起部分44-1，匹配后能在嵌套装置附近的孔隙中装进所述标准六边槽盘头螺钉的螺钉头。其他的元件，凸销40-1、护套的本体38-1、锁紧装置30-1保持不变。
另外，旋转锁紧装置30至少包括一个指针46，可以限位在支撑装置48上。
在实施方式的通用示意图里，指针46的方向基本上和护套的旋转轴X垂直，所述旋转轴X和固定螺钉20的旋转轴一致。
现在大体上描述根据本发明的防护装置的操作方法，其中采用六边螺钉头的阴匹配或六边槽盘头螺钉的阳匹配。
负责维护的人，简称为司机，在每个车轮上合适的位置安装车轮罩22。车轮罩被嵌在轮缘16上，车轮罩22的防护装置10的护套28安装在合适的位置并合适地定向以便配合固定螺钉头20。
旋转锁紧装置30可以阻止护套28的旋转。事实上，在开始松扣时，螺钉20在很有限的扇形区域旋转，因为与之连为一体的护套28同时跟着旋转。护套的旋转同样以旋转的方式移动指针46，所述指针46与支撑装置48，也就是车轮的轮毂凸起接触。因此，螺钉20不会因振动或其他碰撞而意外地松扣。
图4示出第二种实施方式，其中护套28-2的指针46-2被安装到一个“棘轮系统”50上，使得所述指针46-2围绕护套28-2的本体38-2沿和固定螺钉20松扣的方向相反的方向手工地旋转。
这样，在安装结合有防护装置10和根据这种实施方式设计的护套28-2的车轮罩22时，指针46-2从开始工作起就被限位在支撑装置48的最近处，这样甚至可以避免开始松扣。
作为一种变型，可以提供阻止护套28的指针46旋转必不可少的支撑装置48，它们由车轮罩22自身或由所述车轮罩22的外部元件承载。
这样，如图5A和图5B所示，根据实现本装置的第三种变型，护套28-3指针46-3的支撑装置48-3包括一个直接设置在车轮罩上的壁板P，这种方法可以实现指针46-3的锁紧。这个壁板P最好被安置在护套指针46-3的最近处。
固定螺钉20基本根据圆圈C分配，所述圆圈C的中心对应车轮12的旋转轴Y，这个壁板P朝外凸出并且高度和护套28-3的高度基本相同。
在图5A中，这个壁板P的直径远小于分配固定螺钉20形成的圆圈C的直径，并且壁板P提供其外侧面作为护套28-3的指针46-3的支撑装置48-3。
在图5B中，这个壁板P的直径远大于分配固定螺钉20形成的圆圈C的直径，并且壁板P提供其内侧面作为护套28-3的指针46-3的支撑装置48-3。
根据支撑装置48-4的第四种变型，如图6所示，预先至少设计一个基本为圆柱形的轴52，比如柱销，其高度和护套28-4的高度基本相同。
理想的情况是，在护套28-4的附近为轴52设计多个位置54。
根据第五种变型，如图7所示，防护装置10的每个护套28-5的至少一个指针46-5的锁紧通过邻近的护套28-5实现。这种情况下，每个护套28-5的指针46-5应足够长以便支撑到邻近的护套28-5上。
根据第六种变型，如图8所示，防护装置10的每个护套28-6的指针46-6的锁紧通过直接支撑在凸出的轮毂18上实现。
有利的是，车轮罩22可以包括一个额外的部件，称为保护罩，这个部件目的是补充车轮套22的装饰功能，可以遮盖住用于机动车车轮12的防护装置10。这个保护罩可以通过该领域技术人员已知的方法安装在车轮罩22上。
当然，本发明显然不限于以上示出和描述的实施方式，但含盖了所有的变型，尤其是涉及使用的材料、体积和防护装置10的形状、护套28的形状和组合的车轮罩22的形状。

Claims (10)

1.机动车车轮(12)的防护装置(10)，所述车轮(12)包括轮缘(16)，该轮缘通过固定螺钉(20)固定在所述机动车的轮毂(18)上，并配有车轮罩(22)，其中，所述防护装置包括放置在车轮罩上的抗旋转装置(26)，其用来配合轮毂(18)上轮缘(16)的固定螺钉(20)，并接合在所述车轮罩上。
