Abstract

本发明提供金属片接头10和用于形成金属片接头10的方法。参考图1-3,该金属片接头10包括互相平行设置的第一和第二金属片12、14。该第一和第二金属片12、14分别具有多个穿孔16、18,带有从每个穿孔16、18延伸的柄舌20、22。该第一金属片12的柄舌20和该第二金属片14的柄舌22沿相反的旋转方向24、26卷曲在一起。该第一金属片12的柄舌20将该第一和第二金属片12、14彼此隔开,并且该第二金属片14的柄舌22将该第一和第二金属片12、14基本上固定地彼此相对啮合。

该第一和第二金属片12、14经过滚筒28、32、34、38移动至滚筒40、42。第一金属片12围绕滚筒40移动,其柄舌20自滚筒40延伸出来。第二金属片14围绕滚筒42移动,其柄舌22自滚筒42延伸出来。图1和3所示为用于实施本发明的结构上稍有差别的两个实施例,其中,例如,图1示出金属片12、14被该滚筒40和42沿90度变化的方向导入,而图3示出金属片12、14被该滚筒40和42沿小于90度变化的方向导入。该滚筒40、42互相隔开从而该第一金属片12的柄舌20和该第二金属片14的柄舌22在该滚筒40、42之间移动的过程中互相叠置并且围绕彼此弯曲。该片12、14和滚筒28、32、34、38的运动可由控制器控制,这样在该滚筒40、42之间卷曲柄舌20、22之前,柄舌20正确地对准并且容置柄舌22。

在图中示出的本申请的实施例中,一个片的所有柄舌由第二片的柄舌围绕。然而,在本发明的替换实施例中,第一片的交替的柄舌由第二片的对应的、交替的柄舌围绕,反之亦然。这可通过调整穿孔滚筒的几何形状来完成。
显然,根据上述教导,本发明的许多修改和变化是可能的。所以,可以理解的是,在所附权利要求的范围内,本发明可以不同于所具体描述的方式来实施。
Claims (5)
1.一种金属片接头,包括以平行关系且相互间隔设置的第一和第二金属片,并且每个金属片具有多个穿孔,柄舌从每个穿孔延伸,其中所述第一金属片的柄舌和所述第二金属片的柄舌沿相反的旋转方向且所述第二金属片的柄舌围绕所述第一金属片的柄舌卷曲在一起延伸,所述第一金属片的柄舌将第一金属片和第二金属片互相隔开,以及所述第二金属片的柄舌将第一金属片和第二金属片基本固定地彼此啮合,所述第二金属片的柄舌穿过所述第一金属片的穿孔延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属片接头,其中所述第二金属片的柄舌比所述第一金属片的穿孔宽,并且为插入所述第一金属片的穿孔而变形。
3.如权利要求1所述的金属片接头,其中所述第二金属片进一步限定为具有朝所述第一金属片延伸的第一柄舌组和远离所述第一金属片延伸的第二柄舌组。
4.如权利要求3所述的金属片接头,进一步包括与所述第一金属片和第二金属片为平行关系且相互间隔设置的第三金属片,并且具有多个穿孔,具有从每个穿孔延伸的柄舌,并且所述第二金属片的第二柄舌组以及所述第三金属片的柄舌沿相反的转动方向卷曲在一起。
5.如权利要求4所述的金属片接头,其中所述第二金属片的第二柄舌组将所述第二金属片和第三金属片互相间隔开,所述第三金属片的柄舌将第二金属片和第三金属片基本固定地彼此啮合。
