Abstract

背景技术
市面上可以买到许多种根据被运送的儿童的不同年龄,重量,及体型大小而配置的儿童汽车安全座椅。父母不单可以选择大小合适的汽车座椅,甚至可以选择适合他们品味,预算和生活方式的汽车座椅。当儿童日渐成熟长大的时候,他们需要不同种类的汽车座椅。举例说,一名儿童最初可能使用面向后方的婴儿汽车座椅,然后过渡到面向前方并配备有整合性吊带的幼儿座椅,最后在他们能够安全地独立使用车辆的安全带之前,用以车辆本身的膝肩安全带系统来固定位置的辅助座椅。

儿童汽车座椅的基本目的,是在当车辆遭遇到碰撞时保护坐在车内该汽车座椅上的儿童。要保护碰撞事件中的儿童,关系到要限制儿童因碰撞时在座位上的短距离滑行和控制碰撞时施加于儿童身上的冲力。不正当装配的汽车座椅是令儿童失去保护的主要原因。如果汽车座椅需要一套错综复杂的安全带路径以供车辆的安全带系统来固定于车辆的座椅上,那汽车座椅被正确安装的可能性就会降低。而供车辆安全带使用的安全带路径,越显而易见和容易使用,就越能够增加汽车座椅被牢固而正确安装的可能性。
在婴儿第一年的生命中,他的汽车座椅应该是以面向后方来安装。当儿童超过一岁,他的汽车座椅就可以是以他面向前方的方式来安装。目前已知的汽车座椅,如要完成上述定位转向或替换不同的更大的汽车座椅时都需要重新装配和重新调校车辆的安全带。每一次汽车座椅需要重新配置调校或由一台车辆转到另一车辆时,一个错综复杂的安全带固定路径都会增加汽车座椅不正当地装配在车辆座椅上的机会。
许多儿童汽车座椅,都有提供让座椅根据车辆上的座椅倾斜度来予以调校的功能。大多数已知的儿童汽车座椅在需要改变倾斜度的时候,都需要将车辆的座椅重新调校。重新调校车辆的座椅安全带都会为调校者带来不便,而且更增加不正确安装儿童汽车座椅的机会,从而不能够给坐在儿童汽车座椅的儿童提供最佳保护。
因此,有需要提供一种具有可与座椅构件分离的底部构件的儿童汽车座椅,而所述底部构件就算因所述座椅构件将来需要重新定位在底部构件上,或所述座位构件将来需要重新调校倾斜度,也可以安装至一个不需要改变的位置。更需要的是,所述座椅构件能够选择以面向前方或面向后方来配置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一个在汽车内部用以运送儿童的汽车座椅,所述汽车座椅可以由面向前方转为面向后方而不需要从车辆座椅上拆卸下来。
本发明的另一目的是提供一个可与座椅构件分离的底部构件,无论座椅构件在任何朝向,所述底部构件都可以保持固定在车辆的座椅上。
本发明的一个特征是所述底部构件是独立于所述座椅构件的,以使所述底部构件在座椅构件重新调校过程中能够保持固定在车辆的座椅上。
本发明的优点是所述座椅构件可以置于所述独立底部构件上并面向后方或面向前方。

如图4所示,座椅构件30可以架设于在底部构件20上并面向前方,或如图9-11所示,是面向后方。座椅构件30包括两组闩锁构件61、62,所述两组构件与位于底部座椅构件30的启动把手71一起移动时是可以伸缩的。启动把手71移动时可以有效的令闩锁缘61、62缩进座椅构件30,直至座椅构件30正确地安置在底部构件20之上,因此,闩锁缘61、62是可以延伸进上面与下面的斜靠控制槽沟27、28以将座椅构件30固定在底部构件20之上。当座椅构件30放置在底部构件29之上时会将斜靠闩锁装置33与斜靠挂架25啮合,以防止闩锁构件或闩锁缘61、62在对应的斜靠控制槽沟27、28里滑行。
如图12-19中所示,包括头枕35的座椅构件30是具有滑行构件37,所述组合基本垂直地沿着座椅靠背32的一个凹弯路径移动,所述路径由凹弯的轨道36与座椅靠背32的后方组成。如此,当头枕35被提升的时候,需要头枕35向上移动,头枕35的顶部独立地移动至座椅构件30的前方,从而为长大了的儿童提供一个更加直立的靠背角度。在座椅构件30后方部分的凹弯的轨道36,有一个控制挂架38,所述挂架为头枕35的不同垂直位置确立多个对应的垂直隔开的槽口39。头枕35与锁紧装置40连接以啮合控制挂架38。锁紧装置40包括一个可以放入预先选择的槽口39并以弹簧装入与控制挂架38啮合的锁紧杆42。启动把手44有效地与锁紧装置40上的枢轴杠杆连接着,用以使已与控制挂架38啮合的锁紧杆42脱离,使得头枕35能够垂直地移动。
锁紧装置40包括一对基本水平放置的横向间隔导向构件46,用以界定开口47。所述导向构件46控制吊带50相对于坐在汽车座椅10的儿童的肩膀的位置,并根据锁紧装置40和附属的头枕35的位置来提升与降低。如此,当头枕35沿着弧形的轨道36而提升时,导向构件46因此移动,并使吊带50通过座椅靠背32的开口穿越弧形座椅靠背32的后方而至座椅靠背32的前方,以包住坐在汽车座椅10的儿童。
在控制挂架38上的吊带支持装置45包括一个在座椅靠背32之内架设的固定导向杆49。吊带50是被套入位于座椅构件30下前方的常规长度调校设备52。吊带50由常规长度调校设备52开始,经由座椅构件30的座椅部分底下通过,并再由座椅靠背32后通过座椅构件30和控制挂架38到达固定导向杆49。吊带50围绕着固定导向杆49并向下通到锁紧杆42后的锁紧装置40,并且通过导向构件46由出口开口47穿出伸延至座椅靠背32的前方。吊带50是以常规方式固定在座椅构件30上。使用固定在座椅靠背32框架的固定导向杆49提供了使用金属棒的机会,当发生撞击时,所述固定导向杆可以增加吊带50由汽车座椅10拉出的阻力。此外,固定导向杆49的弯曲度可用于评估发生撞击时,撞击对所述导向杆所造成的压力,从而为汽车座椅10是否曾被撞击提供正面的指示。
如图13-19所示,导向构件46确立一条弯曲的路径。通过此路径,围绕锁紧杆42的吊带50被变更成由基本垂直的入口48至基本水平的出口开口47的方向。导向构件46与基本垂直的开口55于座椅靠背32内并排,因此吊带50可以与头枕35垂直移动而不会被座椅靠背32所阻碍。柔软物品(没有显示),如座椅构件30的座椅表面上覆盖的装填垫料,具有相应的开口,从而使吊带50能够通过出口开口47再绕过坐在座椅构件30上的儿童的肩膀。锁紧杆42在导向构件46之间伸延至所述导向构件的另一头,用以枢轴驱动头枕上的启动把手44。在导向构件46之间的锁紧杆42可与控制挂架38啮合,令头枕35能够锁紧在一个需要的位置上。
如图16中最佳地展示一样,开口55是有些像梯形的,上阔下窄,因此导向构件46可以沿着锁紧杆42横向移动,并随着头枕提升而向外移动以容纳身体不断横向成长的儿童。每个开口55的外沿都具有侧翻边56,其投影与座椅靠背32基本垂直,而且可以与架设在导向构件46上的跟随器59相啮合,以使位于锁紧杆32上的导向构件46对应已选择的垂直位置的头枕35而横向。
如图20所示,座椅构件30可与底部构件20分离,所述底部构件如图1-3所示是已在车辆座上架设好的。如上所详细描述的,座椅构件30带有一对底部构件20具有的投影到下部与上部斜槽沟27、28的闩锁构件61、62。当闩锁缘61、62在斜靠槽沟27、28内固定后,座椅构件30可以在底部构件斜靠槽沟27、28所提供的长度限制内向前与向后方向地移动。座椅构件30的前与后方向移动为座椅构件30对应底部构件20和车辆座椅提供斜靠功能。座椅构件30上的斜靠闩锁装置33包括一个横向的闩锁杆33a,所述横向的闩锁杆与中央斜靠挂架25相啮合,以将斜靠闩锁杆33a固定于挂架构件25内的其中一个槽口26,来将座椅构件30锁紧在一个需要的斜靠位置。
图21显示出对应底部构件20而面向后方的座椅构件30的结构分解图。图9-11与图21显示出,本领域的技术人员可以发现当下闩锁缘61固定在位于上斜靠槽沟28下面的两个闩锁孔63的其中一个时,上闩锁缘62是可以放置在下斜靠槽沟27内的,最好是放在底部构件20相对的每一边。当下闩锁缘61固定在其中一个闩锁孔63时,上闩锁缘62不可以在下斜靠槽沟27内移动,如此依赖,座椅构件30被固定在底部构件20上。在大多数的斜靠后向位置上,下闩锁缘61将会落入上斜靠槽沟28。因为闩锁缘61、62全位于斜靠槽沟27、28之内,座椅构件30的移动是被与底部构件20内的堵塞槽口29相啮合的座椅构件30上的停止指针64所限制。当座椅构件30是面向后方的时候,横向的闩锁杆33a是位于中央控制挂架25之后。因此,斜靠装置33不可操作以移动座椅构件30的位置。
座椅构件30的最前方斜靠把手34的位置处是收纳于基本垂直的位置控制挂架65内,这可以帮助稳定座椅构件30面向后方的安装。同样地,如图21所示,座椅构件30的外壳包括一个毂67形成的一个基本向下伸延的凸出物,当座椅构件30是面向后方的时候,可以收纳在位于下斜靠槽沟27之上,底部构件20之内内的前向托座68内。然而,当座椅构件30是面向前方时,所述毂67是收纳于后向托座69之内。在启动与控制座椅构件30因应底部构件20的横向移动和帮助座椅构件30套迭在底部构件20内之前,毂67在前向或后向托座68,69内的收合使闩锁缘61、62与斜靠槽沟27、28相互排列。
本领域的技术人员可以明白底部构件20是由一个坚固耐用的框架21制成,更优选地是以钢管提供一个可以保留在车辆座椅15而不理会座椅构件30架设在车辆座椅上的位置的合适的底部构件20。当车辆发生碰撞时,钢框架21容许底部构件20承受相当的冲力。此外,当座椅构件30在没有底部构件20的情况下被用作给予年纪与身材比较大的儿童使用的辅助座椅时,由剪切块70形成的座椅构件可促进车辆座椅带通过座椅构件。当座椅结构配置成辅助座椅时,剪切块70可以以常规方法使车辆座椅带将坐在儿童座椅构件上的儿童扣紧在车辆座椅上。
本发明提供一个可凭直觉,简便并显而易见的路径,例如将车辆的座椅带通过底部构件20两侧的开口22并固定座椅带于闩锁构件23上,来在底部构件之上装配车辆的座椅带的方法,使得底部构件20可以正确地安装在车辆座椅15上。当底部构件20已安装后,底部构件不需因为要调校斜度或重新将座椅构件定位而由车辆上拆卸下来,除非是将底部构件安装至另一车辆。即使如此,一个较方便的方法就是父母只需要购买多个底部构件20,而座椅构件30则可以从一辆车转至另一辆车而不需将底部构件20从汽车座椅上拆卸。因此,父母可以方便地拥有多个汽车座椅而不需要购买多个座椅构件30。
本领域的技术人员可在阅读本说明书后,会了解到本发明的原理和涵盖范围,并可以更改用以叙述与阐明本发明本质的细节,原料,步骤和部件排列。以上的叙述阐明了本发明的优选实施方案;然而,基于本叙述的概念也可在其它实施方案中使用而不需脱离本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (23)
1.一种用于在机动车辆内的车辆座椅上运载儿童的汽车座椅,该车辆座椅包括可与该汽车座椅啮合以固定该汽车座椅于该车辆座椅上的车辆座椅带,包括:
底部构件,所述底部构件有一吊带路径穿过该底部构件;和
座椅构件,其可选择性地与该底部构件分离,并可选择性地与所述底部构件啮合,以提供一个乘坐表面并让该儿童在其表面上被运载,该座椅构件可选择地以面向前方或面向后方的其中一种固定于所述底部构件之上。
2.如权利要求1的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件由一对横向隔开的侧面开口所构成,该侧面开口由鞍座部分隔开,所述车辆座椅带可以穿过该侧面开口并穿过所述鞍座以固定所述底部构件于所述车辆座椅之上。
3.如权利要求2的汽车座椅,其中所述鞍座具有固定所述鞍座于所述车辆座椅带上的可拆卸的吊带闩锁构件所构成。
4.如权利要求1的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件是由最少一对横向相对的上斜靠槽沟所构成,所述座椅构件具有可放置于每个所述斜靠槽沟内的可收缩闩锁缘,以可拆卸地架设所述座椅构件于所述底部构件上。
5.如权利要求4的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件具有斜靠控制挂架,其内部具有多个横向地定位的槽口,所述座椅构件包括斜靠闩锁装置,所述座椅构件有可与所述斜靠控制挂架啮合的斜靠闩锁杆,以限制相对于所述横向槽口的所述座椅构件处于其中一个预先选择的斜靠位置上。
6.如权利要求5的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件是由最少一个毗邻其中一个所述斜靠槽沟的闩锁孔所构成,其中在所述座椅构件上的一个相对所述闩锁缘可与所述最少一个闩锁孔相啮合以防止当所述座椅构件被置于所述的面向后方方向时,座椅构件相对于底部构件斜向移动。
7.如权利要求6的汽车座椅,其中所述斜靠闩锁杆当所述座椅构件被置于所述面向后方时是,与所述底部构件毗邻并脱离与所述斜靠控制挂架的啮合。
8.如权利要求7的汽车座椅,其中所述最少一对的斜靠槽沟包括一对横向相对的下斜靠槽沟和一对横向相对的上斜靠槽沟,在毗邻所述上斜靠槽沟的所述座椅构件的相对侧面有最少一个包括多个闩锁孔的闩锁孔,所述闩锁孔被排列成可容许所述座椅构件根据所述车辆座椅的角度位置而被置于一个已选择的位置,当需要调校其中一个所述闩锁孔至另一个所述闩锁孔时,相对于所述下斜靠槽沟的所述座椅构件闩锁缘可在所述下斜靠槽沟内移动。
9.如权利要求8的汽车座椅,当所述座椅构件经放置所述斜靠闩锁杆于所述斜靠控制挂架内相所述对的横向槽口固定后而移动至一个新的斜靠位置时,其中所述斜靠闩锁杆是枢轴性连接斜靠闩锁装置,所述斜靠闩锁装置是可以通过操纵一启动把手枢轴性地移动,所述座椅构件的所述闩锁缘可沿着所述上与下斜靠槽沟分别地移动。
10.一种用于在机动车辆内车辆座椅上运载儿童的汽车座椅的斜靠装置,包括:
底部构件,所述底部构件有一对相对的上斜靠槽沟和一对相对的下斜靠槽沟,和具有多个横向伸延及纵向隔开的槽口的斜靠控制挂架;和
座椅构件,所述座椅构件有第一对可与所述上斜靠槽沟啮合的可收缩闩锁缘,和第二对可与所述下斜靠槽沟啮合的可收缩闩锁缘,当所述座椅构件由一个斜靠位置移动至另一个斜靠位置时,所述闩锁缘可分别于所述斜靠槽沟内移动。
11.如权利要求10的斜靠装置,其中所述座椅构件还具有斜靠闩锁装置,所述斜靠闩锁装置包括可选择地与所述斜靠控制挂架内的所述其中一相对的横向槽口啮合的斜靠闩锁杆,以锁紧所述座椅构件于一个预先选择的斜靠位置。
12.如权利要求11的斜靠装置,其中所述斜靠闩锁杆是枢轴性的连接斜靠闩锁装置,所述斜靠闩锁装置可以通过操纵一个启动把手枢轴性地移动。
13.如权利要求11的斜靠装置,其中所述座椅构件是可以选择面向前方和面向后方其中之一而固定在所述底部构件上,所述座椅构件与所述底部构件是可分离的。
14.如权利要求13的斜靠装置,其中所述闩锁缘,当所述座椅构件是放置成所述后向定位时,可与一对所述斜靠槽沟及一对横向间隔闩锁孔啮合,并毗邻另一对所述斜靠槽沟。
15.如权利要求14的斜靠装置,其中所述斜靠闩锁杆当所述座椅构件是放置成所述面向后方时毗邻所述底部构件,所述底部构件与所述斜靠控制挂架脱离啮合。
16.如权利要求15的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件包括最少两对横向间隔闩锁孔以选择性地与相对的所述闩锁缘啮合,所述闩锁孔被排列成可容许所述座椅构件根据所述车辆座椅的角度位置而被置于一个已选择的位置,当需要调校其中一所述闩锁孔至另一所述闩锁孔时,相对于所述下斜靠槽沟的所述座椅构件闩锁缘可在所述下斜靠槽沟内移动。
17.一种用于在机动车辆内车辆座椅上运载儿童的汽车座椅,包括:
底部构件,所述底部构件有一对相对的上斜靠槽沟和一对相对的下斜靠槽沟;和
座椅构件,其可选择性地与该底部构件分离,并可选择性地与所述底部构件啮合,以提供一个乘坐表面并让该儿童在其表面上被运载,该座椅构件可选择地以面向前方或面向后方的其中一种固定于所述底部构件之上。所述座椅构件有第一对可与所述上斜靠槽沟啮合的可收缩闩锁缘,和第二对可与所述下斜靠槽沟啮合的可收缩闩锁缘,当所述座椅构件由一斜靠位置移动至另一斜靠位置时,所述闩锁缘可分别地于所述斜靠槽沟内移动。
18.如权利要求17的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件有一对相对的上斜靠槽沟和一对相对的下斜靠槽沟,和具有多个横向伸延及纵向间隔的槽口的斜靠控制挂架,所述座椅构件进一步地具有斜靠闩锁装置,所述斜靠闩锁装置包括一可选择地与所述斜靠控制挂架内的所述其中一相对的横向槽口啮合的斜靠闩锁杆以锁紧所述座椅构件于一预先选择的斜靠位置。
19.如权利要求18的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件是由最少一毗邻其中一所述斜靠槽沟的闩锁孔所构成,其中在所述座椅构件上的一相对所述闩锁缘可与所述最少一闩锁孔啮合以防止当所述座椅构件是安置成所述面向后方时,座椅构件相对于底部构件的斜向移动。
20.如权利要求19的汽车座椅,其中至少一个所述闩锁孔包括多个位于所属座椅构件相对面的闩锁孔,所述闩锁孔被排列成可容许所述座椅构件根据所述车辆座椅的角度位置而被置于一个已选择的位置,当需要调校其中一所述闩锁孔至另一所述闩锁孔时,相对于所述下斜靠槽沟的所述座椅构件闩锁缘可在所述下斜靠槽沟内移动。
21.一种用于在机动车辆内的车辆座椅上运载儿童的汽车座椅,该车辆座椅包括可与该汽车座椅啮合以固定该汽车座椅于该车辆座椅上的车辆座椅带,包括:
底部构件,该底部构件与该车辆座椅带啮合,以将该底部构件固定于该车辆座椅上;和
座椅构件,其可拆卸地连接到所述底部构件从而可选择性地从该底部构件分离及可选择性地与该底部构件啮合以提供一个座位平面供所述儿童坐于其上;及
斜靠装置,其具有第一组件架设于所述底部构件之上、第二组件架设于所述座椅构件之上,以允许该斜靠装置将该座椅构件相对于该底部构件移动,而该底部构建无需移动。
22.如权利要求21的汽车座椅,其中所述底部构件具有一对相对的上斜靠槽沟和一对相对的下斜靠槽沟,所述座椅构件有第一对可与所述上斜靠槽沟啮合的可收缩闩锁缘,和第二对可与所述下斜靠槽沟啮合的可收缩闩锁缘,所述第一对及第二对闩锁缘可拆卸地将该座椅构件固定于该底部构件。
23.如权利要求22的汽车座椅,其中所述斜靠装置上的第一组件包括具有多个横向伸延及纵向隔开的槽口,所述斜靠装置上的第二组件包括斜靠闩锁装置,所述斜靠闩锁装置包括可选择地与所述斜靠控制挂架内的所述其中一相对的横向槽口啮合的斜靠闩锁杆,以锁紧所述座椅构件于一个预先选择的斜靠位置,当所述座椅构件由一个斜靠位置转换到另一个斜靠位置的时候,所述闩锁缘可以在相应的斜靠槽沟内移动。
