背景技术
在汽车中的儿童坐在专门为其设计的婴幼儿安全座椅中是强制性的。
这些婴幼儿座椅根据使用它们的儿童的体重被分为多个组。针对最重达9公斤的婴儿的座椅(组0)中的一些也可以用于常规的婴孩车，即，它们具有两种用途：移动婴孩车中的婴儿以及用于汽车中作为安全座椅。
这些安全座椅可以放置在前座或后座上并且通过车辆的座椅安全带或通过称作Isofix的钩子固定到汽车座位上。
当使用车辆的座椅安全带进行固定时，通过将座椅安全带穿过座椅的下面以及使其在靠背上部上通过来完成固定。座椅安全带必须穿过设在座椅下部的一些横向沟槽并穿过设在靠背上部的沟槽以将座椅安全带固定到位。
在实践中已证明，将座椅安全带放置在座椅下部的横向沟槽内是不舒适的，并且如果放置座椅安全带的成人没有实践经验的话，放置工作可能是复杂的。
为了解决这些缺陷，设计了在ES200200603中所公开的固定系统，该系统与本申请具有相同的应用。
该文献公开了由汽车的座椅安全带固定的底座，婴幼儿座椅被可拆卸地固定到该底座上。
另一方面，已知婴幼儿安全座椅适于使其倾角可调式靠背在几个位置之间，取决于使用该婴幼儿安全座椅的儿童的年龄。即使满足了所有的安全要求，这些座椅的靠背也不支撑在底座上，因为所述底座是固定的，即，它未设有适应所述靠背的可变位置的任何元件。

优选实施方式

底座1还包括用于婴幼儿座椅的可拆卸固定装置以及座椅安全带6的定位装置。尽管未示出，但底座1还可以包括被称为Isofix的定位系统，该定位系统由固定到设置在汽车座椅中的条状物(bar)上的钩子形成。

相应地，靠背也必须根据使用它的儿童的重量被放置在其合适位置。
当婴幼儿座椅接合到底座1上时，杆4必须被容纳于设置在底座的上部的托架3中。如果未做到这一点，意味着座椅靠背的位置或者支架的位置是错误的。因此，防止了在汽车中婴幼儿座椅因为靠背的位置不正确而被误使用的可能性。
在图4-8中示出了本发明的底座1的第二实施方案。该底座1的操作与前述的实施方案基本相同。
在该第二实施方案中，相同的数字标号用于表示与前一实施方案相同或等同的元件。
这两个实施方案之间的主要差别在于，在该第二实施方案中，托架3具有管状形状，在该托架中容纳一突出部8，其中该突出部8设置在位于婴幼儿座椅的靠背5中的杆4上。
同样，在该实例中，根据使用座椅的儿童的重量，杆4可以被放置在靠背中的多个位置。
如在图4和5中可以看到的，要在汽车中正确地使用婴幼儿座椅，管状托架3和杆4的突出部8必须对准以允许突出部8进入托架3的内部(图5)。在它们未对准的情况下(图4)，突出部8不能被容纳在所述托架3内，从而阻止对座椅的使用，因为将座椅放置在底座1上的人将会容易地看出支架2或杆4的放置存在错误，并且他/她可能会查阅使用说明书以根据将使用该座椅的儿童的重量来确定这些元件中的哪个处于错误位置。
