Abstract

用于在侧面安装和拆卸压缩机筒的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在侧面将涡轮压缩机的压缩机筒(Kompressorbarrel)安装到竖直分开的壳体中或者将其从该壳体中拆下的装置。
背景技术
具有竖直分开的壳体的涡轮压缩机特别是用于较高的气体压力。由实践公知的用于具有水平接管的涡轮压缩机的安装装置使用一种导向机构,该导向机构-从驱动侧伸入到涡轮压缩机的壳体中-将整个压缩机筒平衡地保持在水平的位置,而在非驱动侧相对于底座进行轴向滑动支撑。如此支撑的整个的由具有密封件的内部零件包和位于轴承中的转子构成的压缩机筒于是轴向地被安装或拉出。
代替所述支撑装置,另一种安装装置使用已有的用于保持平衡的吊车(Kran)。在这种情况下,绳索缠绕压缩机筒,并被吊车固定。这要求重复地变动绳索位置,从而具有发生事故的危险。
前述的两种安装装置的前提条件都是:整个压缩机筒都被牵拉。如果压缩机筒必须不完全地,即无驱动侧的轴承被牵拉,则所述的这些安装装置无法使用。在这种情况下,转子在驱动侧得不到支撑。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于安装和拆卸压缩机筒的装置,其中转子在单侧在驱动侧并不由已拆卸的径向轴承的支撑,且转子在安装和拆卸期间必须保持平衡。
就所述类型的装置而言,根据本发明,所述目的通过一种装置得以实现,其用于在侧面将涡轮压缩机的压缩机筒安装到所述涡轮压缩机的壳体中或者将其从该壳体中拆下,其中所述压缩机筒由具有相互螺纹连接的且与盖螺纹连接的水平分开的轮盘的内件组、具有轴承的轴承支架和伸入到所述内件组中的转子构成,其中所述壳体竖直分开,且在壳体圆周的下三分之二的区域中设有吸入接管和压力接管,支撑臂可拆卸地与所述压缩机筒的盖连接;所述支撑臂在所述压缩机筒的上方沿着所述压缩机筒的纵向延伸,且可移动地支撑在所述涡轮压缩机的壳体上;在所述轴承支架上可拆卸地固定有支撑装置;和所述支撑装置沿着所述压缩机筒的纵向可移动地设置。
借助于支撑在压缩机壳体上的支撑臂和与轴承支架连接的支撑装置,可以从一侧将压缩机筒保持平衡,即使转子尚未或不再于另一侧保持在径向轴承中。如果由于吸入接管和压力接管在压缩机壳体上的水平位置而不能安装侧向的用于安装装置的导轨,且可触及性在涡轮压缩机的驱动侧受锻接到压缩机壳体上的底的限制,则此点特别有益。

具体实施方式
附图中示出具有竖直分开的壳体1的多级涡轮压缩机,其处于压缩机筒2在壳体1外部即将被安装之前或刚刚被拆下的状态。
涡轮压缩机的壳体1具有竖直的接合部3,并在一侧被锻接的底4单侧封闭。在涡轮压缩机的该侧设有未示出的压缩机驱动机构。底4容纳用于支撑稍后说明的转子9的轴承。壳体1通过壳体底脚5坐落在底座6上。壳体1上连接着吸入接管7和压力接管8。就所示的实施例而言,这两个接管7、8位于壳体1的水平的中间面上。也可以根据要求将两个接管7、8设置在壳体圆周的下三分之二上在2点钟位置和10点钟位置之间的位置。
压缩机筒2被显示成为了安装到壳体1中而已经被装配。它由具有轴的转子9和抗扭地设置在轴上的转动轮10构成。转子9插入到静止的内件组(Innenteilpaket)11中。该内件组11由轮盘12构成,这些轮盘12包围转子9的转动轮10,并且限定成内部的在转动轮10之间的并通向接管7、8的导向通道。各个轮盘12水平分开且相互螺纹连接。盖13被拧到压缩机筒2的第一轮盘12上。压缩机筒2还包括轴承支架14,轴承支架14带有用于支撑转子9的端部的轴承。
为了安装和拆卸,支撑臂15在侧面可拆卸地与压缩机筒2的盖13连接。支撑臂15在压缩机筒2的上方沿着压缩机筒2的纵向延伸,其长度使得它伸出内件组11。在支撑臂15的自由端上安装有滚轮16。滚轮16可以在滚道17上一直滚到位置16′,滚道17在吸入接管7和压力接管8的上方敷设在涡轮压缩机的壳体1上。在滚道17的面向支撑臂15的一侧,在壳体1上设有止挡18,止挡18防止滚轮16回滚超过壳体1的边缘。通过支撑臂15,压缩机筒2可轴向移动地被支撑在壳体1上。
支撑装置19可拆卸地与压缩机筒2的轴承支架14连接。由图2可清楚地看到的支撑装置19由两个倾斜的支撑20构成,这两个支撑20通过横向接桥21相互连接。在支撑装置19的每个支撑20的下方都有一个滑动导轨22,支撑装置19沿着压缩机筒2的纵向支撑在该滑动导轨22上且可在该滑动导轨22上移动。
在侧面在涡轮压缩机附近,在两侧分别安装有移动牵拉装置(Hubzug)23。移动牵拉装置23的柔性的牵拉机构24一方面可拆卸地与支撑臂15连接,另一方面可拆卸地与壳体1连接。
为了拆卸,绳索牵拉装置25作用到支撑装置19上。绳索牵拉装置25的绳索26围绕绳索滚轮27引向未示出的、位于涡轮压缩机外部的绳索驱动机构。绳索滚轮27可旋转地支撑在固定在底座6上的摆动支撑28中。选择所述绳索牵拉装置25的绳索26的导向,使在支撑装置19和绳索26的换向点之间的绳索26的区段围绕绳索滚轮27而处于压缩机筒2的纵轴线上。
为了准备安装或者为了结束拆卸,将压缩机筒2固定在V形座上,以确保在支撑臂15和支撑装置19的安装或拆卸期间可靠地支撑压缩机筒2。在安装到壳体1中之前,压缩机筒2的方向应使其纵轴线位于壳体1的纵轴线的延长部分上,从而转子9的背离支撑臂15的一端伸入到壳体1中,且支撑臂15的滚轮16在止挡18之后支撑在壳体1上的滚道17上。通过对移动牵拉装置23的操作,支撑臂15和支撑装置19与压缩机筒2轴向移动,直到压缩机筒2在壳体1中已处于预定的位置。在压缩机筒2移入到壳体1中期间,在壳体1的底4中的临时的导向机构29负责可靠地支撑转子9。临时导向机构29在以后用轴承代替。在拆卸时,压缩机筒2通过绳索牵拉装置25被拉出。

Claims (12)

1.一种装置,用于在侧面将涡轮压缩机的压缩机筒(2)安装到所述涡轮压缩机的壳体(1)中或者将其从该壳体中拆下,其中所述压缩机筒(2)由具有相互螺纹连接的且与盖(13)螺纹连接的水平分开的轮盘(12)的内件组(11)、具有轴承的轴承支架(14)和伸入到所述内件组(11)中的转子(9)构成,其中所述壳体(1)竖直分开,且在壳体圆周的下三分之二的区域中设有吸入接管(7)和压力接管(8),其特征在于,支撑臂(15)可拆卸地与所述压缩机筒(2)的盖(13)连接;所述支撑臂(15)在所述压缩机筒(2)的上方沿着所述压缩机筒(2)的纵向延伸,且可移动地支撑在所述涡轮压缩机的壳体(1)上;在所述轴承支架(14)上可拆卸地固定有支撑装置(19);和所述支撑装置(19)沿着所述压缩机筒(2)的纵向可移动地设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述涡轮压缩机的两侧设有移动牵拉装置(23);和所述移动牵拉装置(23)的一端与所述支撑臂(15)连接,另一端与所述壳体(1)连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,设置在所述涡轮压缩机的外部的绳索牵拉装置(25)沿着所述压缩机筒(2)的纵轴线的方向作用到所述支撑装置(19)上。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,设置在所述涡轮压缩机的外部的绳索牵拉装置(25)沿着所述压缩机筒(2)的纵轴线的方向作用到所述支撑装置(19)上。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述支撑臂(15)的背离所述盖(13)的自由端上设有滚轮(16);所述滚轮(16)在滚道(17)上导向;和所述滚道(17)在所述吸入接管和压力接管(8)的上方安装在所述涡轮压缩机的壳体(1)上。
6.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述支撑臂(15)的背离所述盖(13)的自由端上设有滚轮(16);所述滚轮(16)在滚道(17)上导向;和所述滚道(17)在所述吸入接管和压力接管(8)的上方安装在所述涡轮压缩机的壳体(1)上。
7.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述支撑臂(15)的背离所述盖(13)的自由端上设有滚轮(16);所述滚轮(16)在滚道(17)上导向;和所述滚道(17)在所述吸入接管和压力接管(8)的上方 安装在所述涡轮压缩机的壳体(1)上。
