Abstract

燃料泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料泵,尤其是共轨燃料系统的高压燃料泵。 
现有技术 
燃料泵具有泵柱体,其中在泵柱体中可以运动地支承或导引泵柱塞。泵柱塞通过一个或多个凸轮在泵柱体中上下运动,由此吸入燃料并且从燃料泵将燃料输送给使用装置,燃料系统的喷射阀。 
实际中已知的燃料泵在可以运动地支承或导引泵柱塞的泵柱体区域中具有一个或多个泄漏槽,用于将在泵柱体和泵柱塞之间出现的燃料泄漏或者排到燃料系统中或者排到泄漏回流中。在这种情况下,在实际中已知的燃料泵中泄漏槽是这样地定位在泵柱体的用于对泵柱塞引导的凹槽中,即一个上部泄漏从或者说从高压腔方面看为第一个泄漏槽被定位在凹槽的上部区域中。 
尤其是当燃料泵应用于以重油或煤气油工作的燃料系统时,在泵柱塞和泵柱体之间的导向区域中会形成称之为漆化(Verlackung)的燃料沉积,它使得在泵柱塞和泵柱体之间的导向间隙变窄和由此可以导致柱塞咬住。 
发明内容
由此出发,本发明要解决的问题是,提出一种新型的燃料泵,该燃料泵中降低了形成漆化的危险。该问题通过一种燃料泵解决。该燃料泵包括在泵柱体中引导的泵柱塞,在泵柱体的其中引导泵柱塞的凹槽的区域中构造有至少一个泄漏槽,通过该泄漏槽可以排出泵柱体和泵柱塞之间出现的燃料泄漏。按照本发明,泄漏槽或每个泄漏槽这样地设置在泵柱体中,使得该泄漏槽或每个泄漏槽被定位在泵柱体的凹槽的部段的下部的三分之一中。 
按照本发明,该泄漏槽或每个泄漏槽被定位在泵柱体的用于对泵柱塞导向的凹槽的下部的三分之一中。由此实现,通过在燃料泵的输送阶段中出现的高压产生的泵柱体的扩张在较大的区域上延伸,从而泵柱体的较大的区域被燃料冲洗,使得泄漏燃料不会停留在导向区域中或泵柱塞和泵柱体之间的密封间隙中。由此可以相对于现有技术中明显降低形 成漆化的危险。 
按照本发明的一个有利的扩展方案,在泵柱体的凹槽的区域中构造有至少两个泄漏槽,即上部泄漏槽和下部泄漏槽,其中在上部泄漏槽和下部泄漏槽之间的距离位于泵柱塞的直径的0.15倍至1.4倍的范围,其中上部泄漏槽与泵柱体的凹槽的下边界的距离最大为凹槽的轴向长度的0.33倍,和其中下部泄漏槽与泵柱体的凹槽的下边界的距离最大为泵柱塞的直径的1.0倍。 
本发明的优选的扩展方案由从属权利要求和下面的说明中给出。本发明的实施例将对照附图进行详细描述,本发明不局限于这些实施例。

图1示出了按照本发明的一个第一实施例的燃料泵10的示意横截面视图,其中按照图1的燃料泵10包括泵柱体11以及在泵柱体11的凹槽12中可以运动地支承或导引的泵柱塞13。按照图1,泵柱塞13可以通过凸轮14控制地在泵柱体11中上下运动,其中通过泵柱塞13在泵柱体11中的这种运动可以吸入燃料并且将燃料朝着使用装置的方向输送。 
在泵柱体11的其中引导泵柱塞13的凹槽12中设有至少一个泄漏槽。在图1所示的实施例中,在凹槽12的区域中两个泄漏槽15和16设置在泵柱体11中。通过泄漏槽15和16可以将泵柱体11和泵柱塞13之间出现的燃料泄漏排出并且或者是排到燃料供给系统中和/或无压力地排到泄漏回流中。按照图1,泄漏的燃料可以由泄漏槽15和16通过泄漏管道17和18排出。 
按照图1,在泵柱体11中的泵柱塞13在凹槽12中被引导,该凹槽具有轴向长度L。泵柱塞13具有直径d。按照本发明,泄漏槽15,16这样地设置在泵柱体11中,使得两个泄漏槽15,16定位在泵柱体11 的凹槽12的下部的三分之一中。两个泄漏槽15,16由此被定位在泵柱体11的凹槽12的部段的下部的三分之一中,泵柱塞13在它通过凸轮14产生的运动的情况下在该部段中被导向。 
从高压腔方面看涉及第一个泄漏槽的上部泄漏槽15与凹槽12的下边界19的距离Xo为此最大为凹槽12的轴向长度L的0.33倍。 
从高压腔方面看涉及第一泄漏槽的上部泄漏槽15与从高压腔方面看涉及最后一个泄漏槽的下部泄漏槽16的距离ΔX位于泵柱塞13的直径d的0.15倍至1.4倍的范围中。 
从高压腔方面看涉及最后一个泄漏槽的下部泄漏槽16与凹槽12的下边界19的距离Xu最大为泵柱塞13的直径d的1.0倍。 
在图1的实施例中,其中在下部泄漏槽16和凹槽13的下边界19之间没有定位密封件,下部泄漏槽16与凹槽12的下边界19的距离Xu最大为泵柱塞13的直径d的0.45倍。 
而在按照图2在下部泄漏槽16和燃料泵20的泵柱体11的凹槽12的下边界19之间定位了密封件21的情况下,下部泄漏槽16与凹槽12的下边界19的距离Xu最大为泵柱塞的直径d的1.0倍。 
在图2的实施例中,密封件21结合到燃料泵20的泵柱体11中在下部泄漏槽16的下面,该密封件例如可以是刮油件,利用它可以从泵柱塞13的外表面上刮下燃料。 
通过按照本发明的燃料泵的原理可以相对于现有技术中已知的燃料泵降低在泵柱塞13和泵柱体11之间形成漆化沉积的危险。

Claims (6)

1.燃料泵,包括在泵柱体中引导的泵柱塞,在泵柱体的其中引导泵柱塞的凹槽的区域中构造有多个泄漏槽,通过该泄漏槽可以排出泵柱体和泵柱塞之间出现的燃料泄漏,其特征在于,该泄漏槽或每个泄漏槽(15,16)这样地设置在泵柱体(11)中,使得该泄漏槽或每个泄漏槽(15,16)被定位在泵柱体(11)的凹槽(12)的部段的下部的三分之一中,其中在泵柱体(11)的凹槽(12)的区域中构造有至少两个泄漏槽,即上部泄漏槽(15)和下部泄漏槽(16),其中在上部泄漏槽(15)和下部泄漏槽(16)之间的距离位于泵柱塞(13)的直径的0.15倍至1.4倍的范围。
2.按照权利要求1所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,所述燃料泵设置为共轨燃料系统的高压燃料泵。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,在泵柱体(11)的凹槽(12)的部段的所述下部的三分之一中,泵柱塞(13)在通过一个或多个凸轮(14)发起的运动的情况下被导向。
4.按照权利要求1所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,上部泄漏槽(15)与凹槽(12)的下边界(19)的距离最大为凹槽(12)的轴向长度的0.33倍。
5.按照权利要求1所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,下部泄漏槽(16)与泵柱体(11)的凹槽(12)的下边界(19)的距离最大为泵柱塞(13)的直径的0.45倍。
6.按照权利要求1所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,在下部泄漏槽(16)和泵柱体(11)的凹槽(12)的下边界(19)之间在泵柱体中结合了密封件(21)的情况下,下部泄漏槽(16)与泵柱体(11)的凹槽(12)的下边界(19)的距离最大为泵柱塞(13)的直径的1.0倍。
