Abstract

燃料泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料泵,特别是共轨燃料系统的高压燃料泵。 
背景技术
燃料泵具有一个泵缸,其中,泵缸内可移动支承或引导一个泵活塞。泵活塞通过泵缸内的一个或者多个凸轮往复运动,由此抽吸燃料并由燃料泵输送到例如燃料系统的喷油阀这种消耗器。 
实践中公知的燃料泵在里面可移动支承或引导泵活塞的泵缸区域内具有一个或者多个泄漏槽,以便将在泵缸与泵活塞之间出现的泄漏燃料或者排入燃料系统或者排入泄漏回路。特别是在燃料泵在采用重油或者汽油工作的燃料系统上使用的情况下,在泵活塞与泵缸之间的引导区域内构成被称为涂油(Verlackung)的燃料沉积,其使泵活塞与泵缸之间的引导间隙变窄并因此导致活塞卡死。 
为减少涂油的构成,公知在实践中公知的燃料泵上在泵缸上集成有一个刮油件,其中,利用刮油件可以将聚集在泵缸与泵活塞之间的泄漏燃料从泵活塞的壁上刮掉。由此在一定范围内可以减少涂油的构成。 
发明内容
由此出发本发明的目的在于,提供一种新型的燃料泵。该目的通过一种燃料泵得以实现,特别是共轨燃料系统的高压燃料泵,具有在泵缸内引导的泵活塞,其中,在泵缸的引导有泵活塞的间隙区域内构成至少一个泄漏槽,通过泄漏槽可以排出在泵缸与泵活塞之间出现的泄漏燃料,泵活塞中集成有至少一个刮油件,以便从泵缸的壁上刮掉聚集在泵缸与泵活塞之间的泄漏燃料。 
在本发明的意义上,在泵活塞中集成有至少一个刮油件,利用其可以将聚集的泄漏燃料从泵缸的壁上刮掉。此外,由此可以将从泵缸壁上刮掉的泄漏燃料向泄漏槽的方向上输送,以便这样将泄漏燃料通过泄漏槽排出。

具体实施方式
图1示出一种依据本发明的本发明一个实施例的燃料泵10的示意截面图,其中,图1的燃料泵10包括一个泵缸11以及一个可在泵缸11的间隙12内移动地支承或引导的泵活塞13。 
泵活塞13依据图1通过凸轮14控制可在泵缸11内往复运动,其中,通过泵活塞13在泵缸11内的这种运动抽吸燃料并可以向消耗器的方向上输送。 
泵缸11的引导有泵活塞13的间隙12内设置至少一个泄漏槽。在图1所示的实施例中,在间隙12区域内将两个泄漏槽15和16设置到缸室11中。 
通过泄漏槽15和16可以排出在泵缸11与泵活塞13之间出现的泄漏燃料,确切地说,或者排入燃料供给系统和/或者无压力地排入泄漏回路。依据图1,泄漏燃料从泄漏槽15和16可通过一个共用的泄漏管17排出。 
依据图1,在下部泄漏槽16的下面在泵缸11中集成有刮油件18,其中,刮油件18容纳在泵缸11的一个槽19内。利用刮油件19可以刮掉聚集在泵活塞13的壁20上的泄漏燃料。依据图1,泵缸11的设置有刮油件18的槽19紧邻下部泄漏槽16定位。 
在本发明的意义上,在燃料泵的泵活塞13中集成有至少一个刮油件,以便将聚集在泵缸11与泵活塞13之间的泄漏燃料从泵缸11的壁,即泵缸11间隙12的壁21上刮掉。 
在图1所示的实施例中,在泵活塞13中集成有唯一的刮油件22,其设置在泵活塞13的槽23内。 
正如已经详细介绍的那样,利用在泵活塞13中集成的刮油件22可以从泵缸11间隙12的壁21上刮掉聚集在其上面的泄漏燃料并输送到下部泄漏槽16的区域内,以便将刮掉的泄漏燃料通过泄漏槽16排出。在此方面,刮油件22加装在泵活塞13上,使其工作时不从泄漏槽15和16上刮过。泵活塞在下死点与上死点之间转移的工作时,刮油件22因此仅在泄漏槽15与16之间的区域内运动,从而仅从泵缸11间隙12的壁21的在泄漏槽15与16之间延伸的段上刮 掉泄漏燃料。 
图1示出泵活塞13处于其下死点内,由此刮油件22进入泵活塞13的一个区域内,从而其与下部泄漏槽16直接相邻处于泵活塞13的下死点内。在泵活塞13的上死点内,刮油件22与上部泄漏槽15相邻定位。 
刮油件18和22最好是刮油环。

Claims (2)

1.燃料泵,具有在泵缸内引导的泵活塞,其中,在泵缸的引导有泵活塞的间隙区域内构成至少一个泄漏槽,通过泄漏槽可以排出在泵缸与泵活塞之间出现的泄漏燃料,其特征在于,泵活塞(13)中集成有至少一个刮油件(22),以便从泵缸(11)的壁(21)上刮掉聚集在泵缸(11)与泵活塞(13)之间的泄漏燃料,集成在泵活塞(13)上的所述或者每个刮油件(22)用于刮掉聚集在泵缸(11)壁(21)上的泄漏燃料及将其排入至少一个泄漏槽(16)内,集成在泵活塞(13)上的所述或者每个刮油件(22)设在泵活塞(13)的区域内,从而其在工作时不经过泄漏槽(15、16),集成在泵活塞(13)中刮油件(22)设在泵活塞的一个区域内,从而其在工作时在下死点上与下部泄漏槽(16)直接相邻。
2.按权利要求1所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,泵缸(11)上集成有至少一个刮油件(18),其用于刮掉聚集在泵活塞(13)壁(20)上的泄漏燃料。
3. 按权利要求2所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,集成在泵缸(11)中的刮油件(18)在泵缸(11)内安装在所述或者每个泄漏槽(15、16)下面。
4. 按权利要求1 – 3之一所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,刮油件(18;22)是刮油环。
5. 按权利要求1所述的燃料泵,其特征在于,所述燃料泵是共轨燃料系统的高压燃料泵。
