Abstract

本发明提供一种转塔刀架和机床,使得能够不相干涉地使用转塔和防振机构。转塔刀架(6)在下刀架座(7)上具有能以铅直轴为中心旋转的刀架主体(10),在刀架主体(10)的侧面(11)上设置转塔(13),在与侧面(11)邻接成直角的侧面(12)上设置防振机构(15),通过刀架主体(10)的旋转,能够进行分度来选择转塔(13)和防振机构(15)。

Description

转塔刀架及机床 
技术领域
本发明涉及在车床等机床上设置的转塔刀架和使用该转塔刀架的机床。 
背景技术
例如在车床中,如专利文献1所示那样公知有这样的车床:以夹持被支承在主轴箱和尾架之间的工件的方式,在床身上分别可沿Z轴和X轴方向移动地在一侧设有刀架,在另一侧设有工件的防振机构。并且,如专利文献2所示那样,也经常使用这样的车床:在设于刀架上的转塔上设置车刀,并且在该车刀的保持部件上,设置防振部件(防振机构),该防振部件的前端具有与工件的外周面抵接的工件按压部件。图3、4示出了设有这种防振机构的转塔刀架,标号20是被设在未图示的刀架主体上进行旋转分度的转塔,在该转塔20上呈放射状地安装有多个工具21、21…,标号22是设在转塔20上的防振机构,防振机构22使前端具有辊子24的一对臂23、23进行开闭动作以对工件进行支承。

在像这样将防振机构22设在转塔20上的情况下,如图3所示,当增大防振机构22以扩大能够对应的工件的范围时,相邻的工具不能安装在转塔20上,从而导致能够安装在转塔20上的工具的数目受到制约。并且,如双点划线所示,由于在普通机床中对回转直径有限制,所以也存在无法使用超出该回转直径的防振机构22的问题。因而,即使像图4那样在能够安装相邻的工具21的范围内减小防振机构22,在用该相邻的工具21进行加工时,如双点划线所示那样也只限于直径与防振机构22不相干涉的工件。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种转塔刀架及机床,使得在同时设置有防振机构的机床中,使转塔和防振机构彼此不相干涉,并且能够在防振机构的尺寸和在转塔侧的工具的数目等不受限制的状况下进行使用。 
为了达到上述目的,第一方面所述的发明是一种转塔刀架,该转塔刀架在设于机床的床身上的刀架主体上具有用于安装工具的转塔,其特征在于,刀架主体可以以铅直轴为中心旋转,在刀架主体的一个侧面上设置转塔,在另一侧面上设置防振机构,通过刀架主体的旋转,能够进行分度来选择转塔和防振机构。 
在第一方面的目的的基础上,第二方面所述的发明的特征在于,在刀架主体上形成有在平面视图中邻接成直角的铅直方向的两个侧面,并在上述两个侧面的一方设置转塔,在另一方设置防振机构。 
为了达到上述目的,第三方面所述的发明的特征在于,在床身上设置多个刀架,其中,至少一个刀架包含在第一或第二方面所述的转塔刀架,并使上述转塔刀架可选择下述两种情况:使转塔分度到工件侧来加工上述工件,将上述转塔刀架用作刀架的情况;和使防振机构分度到工件侧,将上述转塔刀架用作被其它刀架加工的工件的防振的情况。 
根据第一和第三方面所述的发明,可以在一个转塔刀架上不相干涉地使用转塔和防振机构。由此,防振机构的大小不受限制,或者在转塔侧的工具的数目和能够加工的最大工件不受限制。并且,由于也不需要安排替换,所以不会产生作业损失。 
根据第二方面所述的发明,在第一方面的效果的基础上,能够在短时间迅速地进行转塔和防振机构的分度。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。 
图1是作为机床的一个示例的车床和设在车床上的转塔刀架的说明图,(A)表示车床的局部俯视图,(B)表示转塔刀架的侧视图。在车床中,在未图示的床身上的Z轴方向的一侧设有具有主轴2的主轴箱1,在另一侧设有尾架4,在主轴2的卡盘3与尾架4的顶尖5之间能够支承工件W。 
标号6是转塔刀架,在可向Z轴方向和X方向移动的下刀架座7上设有中刀架台8,在该中刀架台8上经由曲齿联轴器(curvic coupling)9能以铅直方向的轴为中心进行旋转和分度地设有块状的刀架主体10。在该刀架主体10上形成有在平面视图中邻接成直角的铅直方向的两个面,在一个侧面11上可旋转和分度地设有供安装工具14的转塔13,在另一侧面12上设有防振机构15。 
该防振机构15在固定于侧面12上的主体16的一侧突出设置有前端具有辊子18的一对臂17、17,因此通过在主体16内部设置的未图示的致动器能够使臂17、17进行开闭动作。 
另外,在床身上,隔着工件W在转塔刀架6的对面侧,同样可沿Z轴及X轴方向移动地设置仅具有转塔的未图示的另一刀架。 
在如上述这样构成的车床中,通过转塔刀架6的转塔主体10的旋转,能够选择性地使用转塔13和防振机构15。 
首先,在使用转塔13的情况下,如图1那样,旋转刀架主体10使 侧面11平行于X轴,使转塔13的工具14处于朝向工件W侧的姿势。从而,能够通过沿X轴方向对下刀架座7的进给控制对工件W进行车削加工。 
另一方面,在使用防振机构15的情况下,如图2那样,旋转刀架主体10使侧面12平行于X轴,使臂17、17处于朝向工件W侧的姿势。从而,能够通过沿X轴方向对下刀架座7的进给控制和臂17、17的开闭控制来支承工件W。在该情况下,对工件W的车削加工通过另一刀架的转塔来进行。 
像这样,根据上述方式的转塔刀架6和车床,能以铅直轴为中心旋转刀架主体10,将转塔13设在刀架主体10的侧面11上,将防振机构15设在侧面12上,通过刀架主体10的旋转能够进行分度来选择转塔13和防振机构15,从而在一个转塔刀架6中能够不相干涉地使用转塔13和防振机构15。由此,在防振机构15侧的臂17的尺寸、在转塔13侧的工具的数目和能够加工的最大工件都不会受到限制。并且由于不需要安排替换,所以不会产生作业损失。 
特别是这里,在刀架主体10上形成有在平面视图中邻接成直角的铅直方向的两个侧面11、12,在该两个侧面的一方上设置转塔13,在另一方上设置防振机构15,所以能够在短时间迅速地对转塔13和防振机构15进行分度。 
另外,在上述方式中,在成直角的两个侧面上分别设置转塔和防振机构,但是两个侧面的角度不仅限于直角,也可以是钝角或锐角。并且,不仅可以设在邻接的两侧面上,也可以在不邻接的平行的两侧面的一方设置转塔,在另一方设置防振机构。 
再有,转塔和防振机构的结构也不限于上述方式,例如防振机构可以适当地变更为像上述专利文献1那样在板体的前端以预定间隔设置辊子,或者在一对辊子中间也设置辊子并对工件进行三点支承等。 
此外,在应用于床身上表面倾斜、即斜床身形的机床的情况下,也可以相对于床身上表面垂直地设置刀架主体的旋转轴。 
而且,转塔和防振机构不限于分别一组一组地设置,例如若刀架主 体在平面视图中为多边形,则可以考虑将多个转塔和能把持的工件的范围不同的多个防振机构安装在各个侧面上,进行分度以根据工件各自的直径等来选择转塔和防振机构。 
此外,在上述方式的车床中,隔着工件在一侧设置转塔刀架,在另一侧设置另一刀架,然而也可以在两侧都设置本发明的转塔刀架并选择性地使用转塔和防振机构。如果这样,则能够在对工件进行车削的车削侧和防振支承侧之间容易地进行切换。当然,本发明不限于车床,也能够应用于其他机床。 

Claims (3)

1.一种转塔刀架,该转塔刀架在设于机床的床身上的刀架主体上具有供安装工具的转塔,其特征在于,
上述刀架主体可以以铅直轴为中心旋转,在上述刀架主体的一个侧面上设置上述转塔,在另一侧面上设置防振机构,通过上述刀架主体的旋转,能够进行分度来选择上述转塔和防振机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转塔刀架,其特征在于,
在刀架主体上形成有在平面视图中邻接成直角的铅直方向的两个侧面,在上述两个侧面的一方设置转塔,在另一方设置防振机构。
3.一种机床,其特征在于,
在床身上设置多个刀架,其中,至少一个刀架包含权利要求1或2所述的转塔刀架,并使上述转塔刀架可选择下述两种情况:使转塔分度到工件侧来加工上述工件,将上述转塔刀架用作刀架的情况;和使防振机构分度到工件侧,将上述转塔刀架用作被其它刀架加工的上述工件的防振的情况。
