袋装烟草产品提供可放在上嘴唇下的烟草的独立部分。商业用袋装烟草产品的问题是烟草材料散发的湿气会推进烟草和烟草添加剂对包含烟草材料的袋子的污染或褪色。
发明内容
提供了一种包括衬袋材料和包含在衬袋材料内的烟草成分的袋装烟草产品。衬袋材料包括幅材(web)和毗连幅材的可溶于水的衬里。可溶于水的衬里介于幅材和烟草成分之间。
还提供了制造袋装烟草产品的方法,包括沿着幅材布置衬里以及将烟草成分装入幅材和衬里,从而使衬里介于幅材和烟草成分之间。
还提供了袋装烟草产品的衬袋材料,包括幅材和毗邻幅材的衬里膜或衬里层。该膜或层可选地包括可溶于水的食用香料。

具体实施方式
图1说明了袋装烟草产品100,而图2说明了在下面详述的具有纵向接缝74和横向接缝75、75′的袋装烟草产品。关于图3,袋装烟草产品100具有介于烟草材料110的一部分和幅材130之间的衬里120。衬里120减缓烟草材料110使幅材130褪色(污染)的趋势和/或在袋装烟草产品的使用中释放香味。衬里120通过减少湿气在使用前从烟草材料或其添加剂到达幅材130的机会来减缓幅材130的染色。它也使得湿气含量和烟草材料110的其它组分在使用前保持其原始(新鲜)状态。此外,或者作为选择的,如上所述,衬里120能用来通过在其中包含食用香料来给袋装烟草产品调味。
1.烟草材料
典型的烟草材料110可用烟丝或磨碎的烟粉制成,且可包含香料添加剂和/或保湿剂。合适类型的烟草材料的例子可包括但不局限于烤烟、白肋烟、马里兰烟、东方烟、罕见烟、特制烟、再生烟、其混合等等。优选的,烟草材料是巴氏杀菌的。可选的,烟草材料110可以是发酵的。
烟草材料110可通过任意合适的形式供给,包括烟叶的丝和/或微粒、加工过的烟草材料例如大量展开的或蓬松的烟草或磨碎烟粉、加工过的烟叶梗例如碾压的梗丝或膨胀梗丝、再生烟草材料、其混合等等。也可使用基因改良的烟草。
此外,如上所述,烟草材料还可包括补充数量的蔬菜或植物纤维或微粒,例如莴苣微粒或碎片、棉花、亚麻、甜菜纤维、纤维质纤维、其混合等等。
合适的调料和香料包括但不局限于任意天然的或合成的调料或香料,例如烟草、烟、薄荷醇、薄荷(例如椒薄荷和留兰香)、巧克力、甘草、柑橘和其它水果调料、丙位辛内酯(gamma octalactone)、香兰素、乙基香兰素、呼吸清凉剂调料、例如肉桂的辛香料、甲基水杨酸盐、芳樟醇、佛手柑油、天竺葵油、柠檬油和生姜油。其它合适的调料和香料可包括从由酸、醇、酯、醛、酮、吡嗪、化合物或其混合等等组成的组中选出的混合物。合适的调料混合物可从例如由苯乙酸、茄酮、巨豆三烯酮、2-庚酮、苯甲醇、乙酸叶醇酯、醋酸盐、戊酸、戊醛、酯、萜烃、倍半萜烯、香柏酮、麦芽糖醇、大马酮、吡嗪、内酯、茴香脑、异戊酸、其化合物等等组成的组中选择。
保湿剂也可添加到烟草材料110中以帮助保持袋装烟草产品内的湿度。可用于烟草材料的保湿剂的例子包括甘油和丙二醇。应当注意的是保湿剂也能提供防腐效果,产品的水分活动由于包含保湿剂而减少,从而减少了微生物生长的机会。此外,保湿剂还能用于赋予干燥烟草成分更高的潮湿感。
2.衬袋材料:幅材
优选的,袋装烟草产品100包括包含幅材130和衬里120的衬袋材料。优选的,幅材130由例如茶袋材料的纤维素纤维构成。可选的幅材料也可望用于衬里120。可选的幅材材料优选的具有中性的或舒适的味道或香味。优选的,幅材材料选择具有抗污染、透水性和/或多孔性和/或不溶于水的理想性质。为促进热封性,幅材可包含纤维或聚丙烯涂层或其它可热封材料。
此外,用于幅材材料的材料拥有预定等级的基本重量和潮湿强度以减少生产操作、储存和使用过程中幅材破损的发生。例如,幅材具有约5g/m2至约25g/m2的基本重量,例如取决于最终用法要求的5g/m2至10g/m2、10g/m2至15g/m2、15g/m2至20g/m2或20g/m2至25g/m2,和/或约15N/m至约75N/m的湿抗拉横向(CD)强度,例如取决于足够维持幅材的最终用法要求的15N/m至30N/m、30N/m至45N/m、45N/m至60N/m或60N/m至75N/m。一种典型幅材是具有约16.5g/m2基本重量和68N/m的湿抗拉横向(CD)强度的茶袋材料。
在实施例中,透水、不溶于水、多孔的、抗污染的聚合物膜可用作幅材以允许调料从衬里120和/或从烟草材料110渗透通过幅材130。
也值得注意的是,幅材130的厚度可以是各式各样的以达到通过幅材130的溶解度的期望等级,类似的,衬里120的厚度可以是各式各样的以达到通过衬里120的溶解度的期望等级。
3.衬袋材料:衬里材料
参见图3和图4,根据实施例,在袋装烟草产品100内提供的衬里120介于烟草材料110和幅材130之间。此处术语″衬里″和″衬里材料″包括一种或多种材料片、层或涂层,其可用于携带食用香料(香味增强剂)和/或减少从烟草成分110到幅材材料130的湿气交换,和/或减少幅材材料130的污染。
实施例中,衬里120合并作为分隔片、层或在幅材130的面对烟草材料的内侧的涂层。同样的,衬里120可以是薄膜片、层或仅仅几微米厚度的涂层或可以是较厚的片、层或厚度直至大约1cm的涂层。
优选的,衬里120在袋装烟草产品入口的位置上溶解,尽管在一些实施例中衬里120仅部分溶解。优选的,袋装烟草产品100提供给消费者立即且持续的烟草口感享受。
优选的,衬里120不溶于烟草材料110的烟草添加剂从而添加剂可在不导致衬里120溶解的情况下添加到烟草材料。通过这样的结构衬里120有效性地防止了幅材的污染。
如有需要,衬里120也可制成半水溶性以在置于口中时提供衬里120的减慢分解速度。例如,衬里120自身也可用于增加或携带食用香料或香味增强剂,其中衬里120可提供迅速的香味释放(即高水溶性)或在持续时间内(timesustained)的香味释放(即相对于迅速香味释放衬里的低水溶性)。衬里120也可同时包括高水溶性香料成分和更低水溶性香料成分。从而,通过使用预定等级的水溶性的衬里120,袋装烟草产品可提供快速的或在持续时间内(timesustained)的香味释放和最小的幅材污染。
当衬里120用于不需调味的情形,如上所述,食用香料混合在衬里120内。当食用香料混合进衬里120,如前所述,衬里120可选择提供迅速的香味释放(即立即或几秒钟)或提供长时间持续的、定时释放的香味(即延长至几分钟并具有延迟或逐渐在分解于水中以达到持续的效果的特性)。
为得到迅速的香味释放,可使用高溶水性衬里。通过在袋装烟草产品中使用高溶水性材料,唾液迅速溶解衬里120,并迅速释放其中的香味,从而在较低的湿度等级下提供和更高湿度袋装烟草产品类似的香味和口感。此外,也可用其他材料来延迟衬里120的快速溶解。例如,诸如玉米蛋白的添加剂,能添加到葡聚糖衬里以调节(即减少)葡聚糖的水溶性并从而延迟或减慢葡聚糖在水中的分解速度。
当可使用任意水溶性材料例如纤维质材料、树胶、聚合物、淀粉、蛋白质和其化合物时,优选地,衬里120因葡聚糖的高水溶性、快速分解和愉快的口感而由其制成。
葡聚糖的例子包括但不限于普鲁兰多糖和elsinan。
纤维质材料的例子包括但不限于羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素(hydroxypropyl cellulose)、羟丙基甲基(hydroxypropylmethyl)纤维素、羟甲基丙基(hydroxymethylpropyl)纤维素和其化合物。
水溶性树胶的例子包括但不限于阿拉伯胶(gum arabic)、黄原胶、黄芪胶、阿拉伯树胶(acacia)、角叉菜胶、瓜尔胶、刺槐豆胶、果胶、海藻胶及其化合物。
其他聚合物的例子包括但不限于聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚乙烯吡咯烷、聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚(甲基)共聚物、糊精、右旋糖苷、壳素、壳聚糖、聚葡萄糖、果糖及其化合物。
淀粉的例子包括但不限于木薯粉、米、玉米、土豆、小麦及其化合物。
蛋白质的例子包括凝胶、玉米蛋白、麸质、大豆蛋白、分离大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白质、分离乳清蛋白质、酪蛋白、levin、胶原质及其化合物。
如需通过衬里120有较长的香味释放,可选择不同于前述的快速溶解的衬里。或者可选的,可使用较厚层的衬里来延长衬里完全分解和食用香料联合释放的时间长短。或者,另外可选的,可添加较长有机链(organicchain)物质或其他药剂到前述快速溶解衬里以获得较低溶解性。从而,衬里120的水溶性可提高或降低,并且,相对于没有衬里的袋装烟草产品,能通过降低烟草材料110中湿气损耗或蒸发的数量来控制袋装烟草产品100中烟草材料110的湿度。
例如,诸如多聚糖的高水溶性衬里,可在其中提供薄荷醇香料,一旦衬里接触到水或唾液,其中的香料能快速从衬里释放。从而,除降低幅材130的污染外,衬里120还能增强和/或补充袋装烟草产品100中烟草的香味。
可选的,提供多层衬里介于烟草材料110和幅材130之间。通过多层衬里,衬里的功能性相比单层衬里有所增强。例如,如有需要可以在多层衬里中使用不止一种水溶程度的多种衬里。多层衬里可包括两层、三层、四层或更多层,这取决于所需的衬里性质。
例如,如图5所述,衬里可为两层,即烟草材料110和幅材130之间的外层衬里220和内层衬里225。外层衬里220(贴近幅材130)可提供立即的初始味觉(即高水溶性),而内层衬里(贴近烟草材料110)可调配成抗湿的(即具有比外层衬里220低的水溶性)。
外层衬里220可包括高水溶性衬里,这样唾液能像分解前述的典型单层衬里120一样分解外层衬里220。同样的,外层衬里的例子包括多聚糖,例如果胶。
另一方面,内层衬里225可包括能渗透水和/或气的抗湿材料,也不溶于水,从而即使在使用中也能保持抗湿性。能用于内层衬里225的材料的例子包括任意多孔的、不溶于水的幅材、薄片或可由穿孔层或松散粘合的纤维或蜡状无纺布、聚合物、虫漆、玉米蛋白、纤维质材料和/或其化合物制成的衬里。
典型的蜡状物包括巴西棕榈硬腊、蜡大戟、米糠蜡和/或石蜡和/或聚乙烯,其中蜡涂层能提供优质的潮湿衬里。
典型的聚合物包括多乙酸乙烯酯(PVC)和/或多聚糖,例如焦糖,其具有非水溶性、或耐久释放或慢水溶性(即具有在水中延迟或逐步分解的特性以获得持续的效果)。
通过使用衬里的组合,烟草材料自身的湿度能通过抑制烟草材料110内的湿气释放而得到控制,而香料能从外层衬里220释放。此外,内层衬里225也可是可溶的和调味的,从而提供两阶香味释放,其中外层衬里220可在依次释放二阶香味的内层衬里溶解之前释放头阶香味,这样就在需要时获得二阶香味释放。
衬里可以通过任意合适的技术顺着幅材布置。例如,衬里材料带可沿着幅材材料带供给,这些带可通过受压和衬里材料的粘合剂或胶粘剂作用而任意相互接合。另外,衬里材料可以覆盖在幅材上,在多重涂层的情况下,多层衬里的作为相同或不同衬里的每一涂层可优选在施加随后的涂层之前干燥。例如,多重涂层(例如5层)可通过照相凹版印刷(参见后面的进一步描述)施加以提供总的涂层重量效果以达到无污染和/或香味传送目的,如10mg-200mg,20mg-100mg,例如45mg/袋装烟草产品。每一涂层优选在随后的涂层施加之前干燥。为增加机动性和维持保护袋装烟草产品的湿度,一种或多种保湿剂如丙二醇可混合进涂层幅材衬里材料。
优选的,涂层衬里的干燥通过柔和的干燥完成,如低温干燥,即稍超过周围环境,优选到约65℃(150),更优选40℃-65℃(100-150),且比高温干燥(例如300-350)使用更低的速度和更长的持续时间。
在另一实施例中,香料混合物可混入烟草材料110和/或幅材材料130,也可混入衬里120以确保持续的香味释放。例如其中具有薄荷醇的烟草材料可混入在衬里120添加有烟草调料的袋装烟草产品100以获得与薄荷醇香味结合的更强烟草香味。
在另一实施例中,衬里120的抗湿性(即水密性)可作为烟草材料110的湿度功能调节以提供袋装烟草产品100所需的潮湿程度。例如,衬里120可包括保湿剂以允许袋装烟草产品中的烟草材料保持预定的约5%-65%的烟草湿度。
在另一实施例中,烟草材料110的水分活动性可以相配,其中水分活动性(aw)表示为相同条件下成分的水蒸汽压和纯水的水蒸汽压的比率,而且表现为一个分数。这样,通过匹配幅材材料130、香料混合物和烟草材料110的水分活动性,在幅材材料130、香料混合物和烟草材料110之间移动的湿气得以限制。从而,通过匹配或调节水分活动性,衬里120可用于单独提供香味释放,其中幅材的污染可无需进一步措施而降低。
典型衬里120包括食品级材料,例如包括普鲁兰多糖的多聚糖、蛋白质膜或合成聚合物,包括前面列出的那些。然而值得注意的是,可以使用生物适合的和减少幅材污染的任意衬里。可用于衬里的膜包含在国际专利申请WO-A2-2004/009445和WO-A1-2004/052335中陈述的(在此将其全文引入作为参考)、由Monosol,LLC of Portage,Indiana制造的膜。
为促进幅材上的衬里的涂敷,衬里可以是浆的形式。优选的或附加的,衬里材料(例如形成衬里的浆状材料)可在幅材的制造中供给到幅材。封装的食用香料可混入衬里以延长来自衬里的香味释放。
在实施例中,衬里120通过诸如吻合涂敷(kiss coating)、缝式涂敷、喷雾或照相凹版印刷这样的合适的涂敷工艺先于袋装烟草产品的装配涂敷在幅材130上。幅材材料130上衬里120的涂敷虑及增强控制和保持幅材所需的半透明程度。可选的,袋装烟草产品的颜色可通过衬里内包含适当颜色添加剂(例如漂白剂或其类似物)得以控制。从而,通过对衬里120的添加剂的适当选择,袋装烟草产品的不透明度、白度和/或色彩得以控制。
吻合涂敷包括使用转辊将涂层施加到表面。流体在邻近的辊子间的辊隙内流动,辊子的相对速度控制着涂层厚度。逆转辊涂布中,敷料辊优选逆着幅材带130旋转,衬里材料浆优选确定在两个辊之间的辊隙内。
缝式涂敷可与具有宽范围粘性的浆一起使用。在缝式涂敷中,衬里材料浆被引导通过槽缝模,以提供对相对于模移动的幅材带130的单层施加。衬里材料浆通过例如容积式泵的计量装置喂料给模。涂层厚度取决于幅材的速度和浆的流量。
照相凹版印刷提供薄的精确涂层,且能高速施加。在照相凹版印刷中,具有刻花模版的辊子在包含衬里材料浆的贮液器中旋转。衬里材料浆收集到刻花模版中且过多的表面衬里材料浆通过刮刀移离辊子。衬里材料浆从辊子传输至幅材带130。
衬里120可包含的任意成分包括但不限于添加的食用香料、甜味佐料、香料、色素、填料、增稠剂、可塑剂、表面活性剂、稳定剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、光亮剂等等。
典型的天然或人工食用香料包括但不限于胡椒薄荷、荷兰薄荷、冬青油、薄荷醇、肉桂、巧克力、香兰素、甘草、丁香、茴芹、檀香、天竺葵、玫瑰油、香草、柠檬油、桂皮、茴香、生姜、乙酸乙酯、乙酸异戊酯、异丁酸丙酯(propylisobutyrate)、丁酸异戊酯盐(isobutylbutyrate)、丁酸乙酯、戊酸乙酯、甲酸苄酯、柠檬油精、异丙基苯、蒎烯、芳樟醇、香叶醇、香茅醇、柠檬醛、柑桔油、胡荽油、冰片、水果精等等。特别优选的添加调料和香料剂是香精油和/或咖啡、茶、可可和薄荷的香精。
衬里120可任意包含天然和人工甜料。优选的甜料包括例如单糖、二糖和多聚糖(如木糖、核糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、果糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖)的水溶性甜料。除了甜料外,衬里120可包括例如醋酸、脂肪酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸和其混合物的酸味剂。衬里120还可包括色素(例如染料)。
填料可混入衬里120。典型的填料包括但不限于纤维素、氧化钛、硅酸镁(如云母)、硅酸铝、碳酸镁、碳酸钙(如石灰石)、磷酸钙、硫酸钙、氧化锌、氧化铝和其混合物。也可添加其他的碳酸盐和磷酸盐。
淀粉和纤维素醚也可混入衬里120,其中淀粉和/或纤维素醚可充当增稠剂和接合剂。此外,例如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇的聚合物和例如黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶、阿拉伯树胶的树胶可作为增稠剂。总的说来,可通过增加形成衬里120的聚合物的平均分子量来增加衬里120的硬度和降低分解速度(即从暴露到潮湿的分解)。这样,通过添加增稠剂,衬里120的模数(如硬度)可增加,而衬里120在干燥中或干燥后(如存储中)卷边和弯曲的倾向会降低。
可塑剂也可用于控制衬里120的硬度和形成衬里120的聚合物熔体的粘性。典型的可塑剂包括一乙酸酯甘油、二乙酸甘油酯、三乙酸甘油酯、乙二醇如:聚乙二醇和丙二醇、多烃醇如:丙三醇和山梨(糖)醇、矿物油、植物油和甘油以及例如三醋酸基甘油的甘油酯。
表面活性剂也可混入衬里120。合适的表面活性剂包括但不限于脂肪酸的甘油一酯和甘油二酯、硬脂乳酸盐(lactylates)、普朗尼克酸(pluronic acid)、聚氧乙烯酯山梨(糖)醇酯、latanol和月桂醇硫酸钠。
稳定剂也可混入衬里120。典型的稳定剂是树胶,例如瓜拉尼胶、黄原胶、刺槐豆胶和角叉(菜)胶。
典型的衬里120还可任意包括抗氧化剂和/或防腐剂。典型的抗氧化剂包括但不限于维生素C、维生素E和焦亚硫酸钠。典型的防腐剂包括但不限于醋酸、苯甲酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、山梨酸和酒石酸。
衬里120可以是透明的或实质上不透明的。
4.产品组成和产品的制造
参见图6a,衬里61(相当于衬里120)可连续供应给幅材带120。衬里61优选位于幅材60中心,离开在衬里外面的纵边缘部分62,62′。
图7a说明了衬里71(相当于衬里120)间歇地供应给幅材的实施例。沿着幅材在间隔开的71、71′、71″间歇地施加衬里而沿着幅材建立纵向边缘部分62、62′和横向区域79,所述纵向边缘部分和横向区域在衬里71外面。也可参见图2,纵向边缘部分62、62′和横向区域79用于形成产品100的密封接缝74、75和75′。这样的布置避免了包含衬里材料部位的密封,以便在密封操作中最小化地影响衬里的味道并增强密封的完整性。
密封可通过任意合适的密封方法完成,例如粘合剂或通过相互密封。相互密封可以是热力的或声波的。优选的,密封通过热封完成。特别的,热封可通过使用例如加热盘的弓形铁(加热器)完成。弓形铁可接合幅材的一侧,其优选包含聚丙烯,例如以聚丙烯纤维或聚丙烯膜的形式,且使幅材的第一侧压靠幅材的第二侧,并且压靠一第二相对的烙铁或非加热面。
图6a示出了幅材60,其上的衬里61已涂敷、印刷、粘合、砑光(calendar)、层压、放置或以其它方式在折叠成袋100之前或同时形成。特别的,例如,在例如衬里61为25mm宽时,幅材60可以是31mm宽,在衬里61实质外面的幅材60上沿着幅材60的每个纵向边缘部分62、62′留出约3mm。也可参见图6b,幅材60和衬里61折叠成管状构造63(衬里61在里面)。这样做的话,纵向边缘部分62、62′被带进搭接的幅材对幅材的关系并密封形成纵向接缝74,其在典型实施例中优选为约3mm宽。纵向接缝74实质上在衬里材料的外面从而密封稳固。这样的布置还在沿着纵向接缝74执行密封操作时,减少了衬里材料的加热,从而纵向接缝74形成时,对产品的味道的影响最小。通过将烟草110装进管状构造63和在如下面进一步描述的A、B处密封和切割管状构造63,获得袋装烟草100的小包裹。
可选的,图7a示出了幅材70,其上的衬里已涂敷、印刷、粘合、砑光、层压、放置或以其它方式在多重部位71、71′、71″内。部位71、71′、71″相互间隔以在间隔位置沿着幅材70建立实质在衬里材料外面的横向区域79。例如,横向区域79可以为约7mm宽。优选的,衬里部位71、71′、71 ″与幅材70的纵向边缘间隔开从而建立纵向边缘部分62、62′。其上已建立衬里部位71、71′、71″的幅材70折叠成管状构造73。搭接的纵向边缘部分62、62′密封以形成如图6b示出的另一个实施例所示的实质在衬里外面的纵向接缝74,允许边缘部分62、62′在幅材对幅材的接触或相互关联中结合在一起。同样的,密封和切断操作采取沿着横向区域79的做法,从而横向接缝75、75′由进入相互幅材对幅材的关系和实质在衬里材料外部的幅材部分形成。
袋装烟草产品100可通过任意合适的设备制造,例如源自Merz德国外包装机械制造有限公司生产的袋装机(Verpacknngsmaschinen Gmbh,Lich,Germany Poucher Machine)。参见图8,在操作中,幅材带70和从其中移走一次性衬背103的衬里膜81都以独立的轴82、83中分别拖曳出,朝向围绕喂料管85折叠幅材70和衬里膜81形成类似于图6a所示的衬袋材料的成型台肩84。不带衬里的边缘部分62、62′进入搭接关系且管状构造73建立(类似于图6b所示的构造63)。继而滚花加热盘86在沿喂料管85拖曳出幅材70的同时热压接缝而密封不带衬里的搭接的幅材70的纵向边缘部分62、62′。
位于成型台肩84下面的驱动皮带和驱动轮87连续地牵引幅材70经过并超出成型台肩(折叠机)84。上部的一对相对热封元件88和下部的一对热封元件89与刀90配合以重复密封和切断。不连续装料的烟草91通过喂料管85随密封元件88、89的操作适时喂料。横向密封元件88、89和刀90随密封元件88、89一起靠拢的运动循环排列,烟草喂入进喂料管85。接着它们以相互反作用的关系一起向下移动至最终下游位置,在此刀90操作以切断幅材。接着密封元件88、89缩回并返回在喂料管85之上的原起动位置。
烟草110的一部分插入管状构造73后,密封和切断操作在相应于图6b中区域A的位置形成接缝75、75′,以关闭填满的袋100且优选的形成下一个待填充袋的底部密封。在接缝75、75′的区域切断后,填满的袋在例如可以是3.5mm宽的顶部横向接缝75处闭合。在接缝75、75′的区域切断从而将已填满的袋100的顶部横向接缝75与下一个待填充袋的底部接缝75′分离。
可选的,幅材和膜衬的层压是从单轴拖曳到前述设备的成型台肩(折叠机)84。参见图7a和图7b,可选的,具有复合分隔部位71、71′、71″的幅材70从单轴喂料,且密封元件88、89和刀90是同步的以与横向区域79的到达同时操作。
此外,横向接缝75、75′建立于幅材70搭接成幅材对幅材的关系并在衬里外的横向区域79处密封。横向接缝75、75′实质在衬里材料外部从而密封稳固。这样的布置也可以在沿着横向接缝75、75′的密封操作中减少对衬里材料的加热,以使得进一步密封操作对衬里味道的影响最小。
关于烟草到喂料管的供应,烟草计量部分在上部密封元件88、89已在管状构造73上闭合后经由空气吹进喂料管85。随意地,纵向接缝74制造得比沿着管状构造73的搭接的纵向边缘部分62、62′的宽变更窄。这样做的话,不带衬里的幅材材料保持沿着接缝74的未密封状态,同样能透气。沿着纵向接缝74的透气幅材部分允许空气透过透气幅材,从而避免烟草到喂料管85中的喂料操作时烟草的逆吹。
同样的,任意的,由上部密封元件88形成的横向接缝75′可以制造得比在那出现的不带衬里的材料宽度更窄(即,接缝75′可以制造得比在邻近上部密封元件88的横向区域79的一半宽度更窄),从而在透气的横向区域79的某个不带衬里的部分邻近横向接缝75′保持未密封状态。照这样就有沿着接缝75′建立的一个或多个透气幅材部分。
有效的,沿着接缝74和/或75′的搭接不带衬里的材料可选地大于建立接缝74和/或75′的密封区域宽度,因此沿着那些接缝,一些不带衬里的材料保持未密封状态从而透气。可选的,接缝74、75和75′中一个或多个至少有一个透气部分。
沿着拉缝74和/或75′和或横向区域79的透气部分自身允许空气经过多孔幅材,从而避免烟草到喂料管85中的喂料操作时烟草的逆吹。
在实施例中,幅材可与香味材料带结合以生产关于图9所述的层压袋装材料。具有衬背材料的香味材料带90放在上部筒管输送器92上,而幅材卷93放在下部筒管输送器94上。幅材93被输送穿过包括压花辊95的机器,其中压花辊具有在插图96中标示出的压花图案。优选地,压花辊包括加热辊,诸如可从Switzerland Marin的Boegli Gravures S.A.中获得的那样。香味材料带90从衬背材料91上剥离下来,然后被输送通过机器。衬背材料91在用于衬背材料的重绕工位上的芯子97处被收集。压花辊95缓慢接合直至压力将香味材料带90与幅材93熔合或砑光在一起以形成层压(一体化)衬垫烟袋材料,该材料在重绕工位上被收集在芯子98上以形成衬垫烟袋材料筒管。机器包括五个伺服驱动器-带有背衬的香味材料带的退绕机92、进给幅材退绕机94、压花辊95、香味背衬带重绕机97以及衬垫烟袋材料重绕机98。可选的激光99可烧出穿过香味带材料的图案,其可提供用于空气气流释放的通道,在烟袋形成机器上该通道是必需的,因为空气被用来将烟草成分传入如前所述的在烟袋形成工序中形成的烟袋中。此外,激光能在香味带材料内烧出诸如文字或字母的图案,且一旦烟袋成形了,由于在香味带材料后面的烟草的对比颜色,这种图案会变得可以看出来。
预期的替换结构包括不溶于水的、不溶于保湿剂的和/或不溶于食用香料的衬垫,以及可以以分离的片、层或涂层结合在幅材的外部的衬垫。此外,虽然优选为沿着接缝74和75、75′对幅材进行热封,但是也可以通过粘结剂和其他有利的方法来实现密封。
虽然在前面已经描述了用于制造烟袋烟草产品的装置,但是也可以使用其他装置,诸如来自德国汉堡Hauni制造的KDF机器(Germany,Hamburg,Hauni Manufacturing),由此替代使用如前所述的成型台肩,可以使用配件来将连续的幅材材料带折叠成管状形式,其被加热密封和填充烟草以形成单件袋装烟草产品100。为了了解适于制造在此描述的衬垫烟袋的其他机器的细节,还可参见在此公开内容引入作为参考的美国专利US4 703 765。
对于本领域技术人员来说,对上述内容的改变和改进都将是显而易见的。这种改变或改进将被认为在在此提交的权利要求的范围内。
Claims (29)
1.一种袋装烟草产品,包括:
包括幅材和邻近幅材的水溶性衬里的衬袋材料;
以及包含在所述衬袋材料中的烟草组分,
其特征在于水溶性衬里介于所述幅材和所述烟草组分之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于所述袋装烟草产品包括横向接缝和纵向接缝,所述纵向接缝实质上在所述衬里外部,所述纵向接缝由所述幅材的搭接的纵向边缘部分构成,该部位实质上是彼此幅材对幅材的关系。
3.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于所述袋装烟草产品包括至少一个实质在所述衬里外部的横向接缝,所述至少一个横向接缝由所述幅材的搭接的横向部分构成,该横向部分实质上是彼此幅材对幅材的关系。
4.如权利要求2所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于所述袋装烟草产品包括至少一个实质在所述衬里外部的横向接缝,所述至少一个横向接缝由所述幅材的搭接的横向部分构成,该横向部分实质上是彼此幅材对幅材的关系。
5.如权利要求2或4所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于一透气幅材部分邻近所述接缝中的至少一个形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于衬里包含可溶于水的食用香料。
7.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于衬里减少了幅材的污染。
8.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于衬里包括多层衬里。
9.如权利要求8所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于多层衬里的第一层包含可溶于水的食用香料,且多层衬里的第二层包含多孔抗湿层。
10.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于幅材包含包括隔膜、纤维素纤维或聚合物的不溶于水的多孔材料。
11.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于烟草成分、衬里和幅材具有约相同的水分活性水平。
12.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于幅材具有约5g/m2至10g/m2、10g/m2至15g/m2、15g/m2至20g/m2或20g/m2至25g/m2的基本重量和/或约15N/m至30N/m、30N/m至45N/m、45N/m至60N/m或60N/m至75N/m的湿抗拉横向CD强度。
13.如权利要求1所述的袋装烟草产品,其特征在于烟草成分包含巴氏杀菌的烟草。
14.一种制造袋装烟草产品的方法,包括:
沿着幅材安置衬里;
用幅材和衬里包围烟草成分,使得衬里插在烟草成分和幅材之间。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于沿着幅材安置衬里的步骤包括沿着喂料通道供应幅材材料带和衬里材料带以在幅材上安置衬里。
16.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于沿着幅材安置衬里的步骤包括在幅材上涂布衬里材料。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于将衬里在一次或多次施加过程中涂布幅材的一面。
18.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于袋装烟草产品的形成包括密封实质上在所述衬里外部的幅材搭接部分,从而以幅材对幅材的关系获得接缝。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于使幅材的纵向搭接部分被密封。
20.如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于使幅材的横向搭接部分被密封。
21.一种袋装烟草产品的衬袋材料,包括:
幅材;
邻近幅材的衬里膜或层,
其特征在于所述膜或层任意地包含可溶于水的食用香料。
22.如权利要求21所述的衬袋材料,其特征在于幅材具有约5g/m2至10g/m2、10g/m2至15g/m2、15g/m2至20g/m2或20g/m2至25g/m2的基本重量和/或约15N/m至30N/m、30N/m至45N/m、45N/m至60N/m或60N/m至75N/m的湿抗拉横向CD强度。
23.如权利要求21所述的衬袋材料,其特征在于衬袋材料包括实质上在衬里外部的纵向边缘部分,从而在衬袋材料折叠成管状时可形成袋装烟草产品的实质上在衬里外部的纵向接缝。
24.如权利要求23所述的衬袋材料,其特征在于衬袋材料包括衬里的间隔开的不连续区域,从而袋装烟草产品的实质上在衬里外部的横向和纵向接缝可由衬袋材料形成。
25.如权利要求21所述的衬袋材料,其特征在于所述幅材和衬里是层压的。
26.一种制造袋装烟草产品的层压衬袋材料的方法,包括在拖曳幅材带和衬里带穿过压花设备时重叠它们。
27.如权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于所述拖曳步骤包括施加热量。
28.一种袋装烟草产品,包括:
包括幅材和邻近所述幅材的衬里的衬袋材料;
以及包含在所述衬袋材料中的烟草成分,
