Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制作服装,或更广泛地制作纺织品的方法,它能够抑制汗液产生的不良气味。还包括用该方法生产的纺织品。
背景技术
众所周知,人体由于出汗会散发不良气味。特别是在炎热的天气中,这种现象尤其明显,因为这时气候条件利于细菌的产生和繁殖,它们分解人体的分泌物并将其转化为气味难闻的物质。实际上,通常汗液刚从人体产生出来时是没有臭味的,而人体与汗液以及浸有汗液的衣物保持接触的时间越长,产生的气味就越难闻。
为了抑制导致不良气味产生的细菌的繁殖,使用铝盐,即氯化铝作为脱臭剂。已经提出过多种方法将所述脱臭剂直接施加到织物中,以获得自身具有气味抑制性的服装(参见例如已公开的PCT国际专利申请WO02/49591)。
然而,这些方法并不令人满意,主要是由于两个问题:纺织纤维浸渍脱臭剂后会改变纤维自身的物理特性,从而降低其品质;脱臭剂与纺织纤维的结合不够稳定,因此经过几次洗涤后,服装的气味抑制性就会消失。
发明内容
现在,本申请人已经确定了能完全有效地解决上述问题的技术方案,由于该方法能够将氯化铝基脱臭剂与纺织纤维粘合,而不会降低后者的品质,同时确保脱臭剂和纤维之间的结合能经受相当多次数的洗涤,因此能够获得能长时间保持气味抑制性的服装。
本发明方法的必要技术特征由所附的第一权利要求限定。从属权利要求则定义了该方法的优化实施方式。
具体实施方式
本发明的制作抑臭纺织品和服装的方法和组合物的特征和优点,将在以下对具体实施方案的说明中更加清晰,该实施方案仅是示例性的,而不能作限制性理解。
按照本发明,要制备一种脱臭组合物,用来处理最终用于使用者穿着的纺织品,包括成品(服装)和其原料或半成品(织物、纱线等)。
用于给棉质服装施加脱臭活性成分(制剂)的脱臭组合物的一个简单的例子由按以下方法制备的水浴液组成。
-4%体积的20%氯化铝水溶液;
-5-20g/l聚合物粘合剂,例如丙烯酸类树脂;
-10-20g/l阳离子表面活性剂,例如普通的染色用季铵基固色剂;
-2-5g/l柔软剂,例如Henkel香味柔软剂。
待处理的服装被浸入到按上述方法制备的浴液中保持几分钟(不超过20分钟),浴液温度为约90℃。当涉及到处理含羊毛的纤维类材料时,聚合物粘合剂优选为硅基树脂,且浴液温度为50℃左右。
处理过程在漂洗状态下完成,并用热风在适合树脂聚合的温度下烘干(通常为70-180℃)。处理时间和温度可以根据所使用的设备特性有所变化。上文给出指标是针对例如离心式漂洗机进行处理时的最佳值。
在按照本发明方法的不同的简化实施方式中,活性成分的施加可以是在服装实际制造之前进行,例如施加到用于制造服装的织物中。该工序可以是例如在一个连续的工艺中完成,使用轧染机进行浸渍,所使用的浴液含有5-10g/l用非离子型表面活性剂乳化的活性成分,3-5g/l乳化丙烯酸类树脂,在处理基于羊毛的织物的情况下,其PH值通过醋酸(PH=5)呈微酸性,或者在处理基于纤维素的织物的情况下,其PH值为中性。榨干织物后,用“雷曼尤斯”机(“Rameuse”)在确保丙烯酸类树脂聚合所必需的温度下进行烘干。
在上述的组合物中,显然聚合物粘合剂具有将活性成分固定到纺织纤维上的基本功能,以保持该活性成分并因此能经受随后对纺织品的洗涤。氯化铝的释出非常缓慢,这样就确保了脱臭作用的保持时间。无论是硅树脂还是丙烯酸类树脂都不会导致纤维柔软性的任何可感知的变化,因而它们特别适合于该用途。也可以使用其它类型的树脂-例如丁二烯、聚氨酯、聚酰胺或是丙烯腈基树脂-甚至是以适当的比例结合使用。
对于基于羊毛的材料,优选使用能在较低温度下聚合的树脂,象那些具有自由基型聚合机理的树脂。在任何情况下,柔软剂可以用于缓解由于树脂的存在而可能产生的硬化效应。
对纺织纤维的处理,例如典型地按照上文所述的形式,代表了本发明的一种特别有利的简化实施方式,因为它确保了最优的脱臭作用,而完全不会改变支撑材料的外观或原有的柔软性,也将保持完全无异味的状态。
氯化铝和聚合物粘合剂的结合导致了其与纺织品支撑材料的稳定粘接,确保了脱臭剂随着时间推移被持续地释放出来,甚至经过多次洗涤后也是这样。以上述方式处理过的服装在穿着时,能抑制来自躯体的不良气味的发展,甚至是在经过大量和长时间出汗之后。在特别倾向于此类问题的群体中进行的实验测试表明,那些为此目的穿着本发明处理过的服装的使用者,证明完全没有出现不良气味。而且,对服装的反复洗涤也不会带来脱臭性任何可感知的衰减。所有的测试中都没有显示出任何对穿用者有损害的过敏反应。还应当注意的是,所述脱臭成分除表现为惰性性质外,并不与脂肪分泌物发生相互作用,因此从保健和卫生角度来看也是完全可以接受的。
对纺织纤维的处理,例如典型地按照上文所述的形式,确保了最优的脱臭作用的有效性,而完全不会改变支撑材料的外观或原有的柔软性,也将保持完全没有任何特殊气味的状态。然而,本发明可以以各种变化形式实施,特别是根据所针对的材料和所使用的设备的不同而变化。例如,后者可以包括所谓的“荷兰机”(“Dutch machine”),该设备中浴液的运动更温和并因此避免了由羊毛纤维制成的材料的物理性质的改变。更通常地,氯化铝和聚合物粘合剂的施加也可以通过浸渍或喷洒系统来进行。
可以在不偏离本发明如所附权利要求限定的范围内对制作气味抑制纺织品的方法和组合物以及由此制作的纺织品(服装)进行变化和/或修改。
Claims (12)
1.一种制作人体穿着用的气味抑制纺织产品的方法,使用由氯化铝或任何能释放氯化铝的物质组成的脱臭活性成分,其特征在于所述产品部分或全部地用组合物进行处理,该组合物除所述的活性成分外,还包含用于将所述活性成分稳定地固定到所述产品上并使之随着时间推移逐渐释放的聚合物粘合剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的聚合物粘合剂包含从下组中选取的树脂中的至少一种:丙烯酸类基树脂、硅氧烷基树脂、丁二烯基树脂、聚氨酯基树脂、聚酰胺基树脂和丙烯腈基树脂;由所述活性成分和树脂配制成组合物,并用该组合物浸渍或喷洒所述产品。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的聚合物粘合剂包含从下组中选取的树脂中的至少一种:丙烯酸类基树脂、硅氧烷基树脂、丁二烯基树脂、聚氨酯基树脂、聚酰胺基树脂和丙烯腈基树脂;将所述活性成分和树脂分布到浸渍所述产品的水浴液中。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述的水浴液包含4%体积的所述活性成分的20%水溶液,所述聚合物粘合剂浓度约为5-20g/l,所述水浴液还包含阳离子表面活性剂和柔软剂,其浓度分别为约10-20g/l和约2-5g/l。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述的水浴液温度至少为40℃。
6.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述的活性成分的浓度为5-10g/l并用非离子表面活性剂乳化,所述树脂是乳化丙烯酸类树脂并且其浓度约为3-5g/l,在处理基于羊毛的产品的情况下,该浴液的PH值通过醋酸使其呈微酸性,或者在处理基于纤维素的产品的情况下,其PH值为中性。

8.一种用于部分或全部地处理人体穿着用的纺织产品的组合物,使用由氯化铝或任何能释放氯化铝的物质组成的活性脱臭成分,其特征在于除所述的活性成分外,该组合物还包含用于将所述活性成分稳定地固定到所述产品上并使之随着时间推移逐渐释放的聚合物粘合剂。

10.如权利要求8所述的组合物,包含4%体积的所述活性成分的20%水溶液,所述聚合物粘合剂浓度约为5-20g/l,所述水浴液还包含阳离子表面活性剂和柔软剂,其浓度分别为约10-20g/l和约2-5g/l。
