发明领域
本发明涉及尤其但不唯一地当应用于短袜、长袜和鞋袜类产品时,能彻底消除脚臭的物质的用途。因此也扩大到用所述物质处理的纺织品、鞋袜类或卫生产品。
现有技术的描述
众所周知,当脱掉鞋袜时我们的脚会散发出臭味,尤其是鞋子已经穿了一整天以后。当所穿的鞋子是由橡胶制造或任何由阻止蒸发的合成材料制造时,这种现象更容易察觉。在使用一段时间后,鞋子易于被臭味浸透,从而其自身易于变成臭味源。
目前,对于这种令人烦恼的不便还不存在任何真正有效的纠正方法。确实,如今市场上可以获得的极少数产品设法获得了对臭味的轻微弱化,因此,没有人能够从这些产品的使用中察觉到任何显著的改善。脚的臭味问题因此持续到今天还未解决。
关于这一点所进行的各种研究已经显示,脚发出的臭味归因于一种称为脚癣的特殊类型的真菌,它在厌氧环境中繁殖,在体温下尤其在第三、第四和第五趾之间的小间隙中发现了最佳栖息地。事实上,这是脚最少暴露和通气的区域,它在这里扎根并且抵御由出汗和洗脚引起的潮湿。
当出汗增加的时候,湿度和随后的真菌繁殖以及它引起的臭味明显增加了。出汗的强度不仅与个人的体质有关,也明显与所穿鞋子的类型有关。众所周知,运动鞋易于妨碍蒸发,由此产生的特别多的汗,连同缺氧环境和温度条件(等于大约37℃,即体温)一起,为脚癣的繁殖提供了特别适合的环境。
发明概述
本申请人现已发现了上述问题的完全有效的解决方案,这是由于证实了能够完全抑制该真菌繁殖,因此也能全部消除由于脚出汗而产生的臭味的活性成分。
根据本发明,能够抑制脚臭的物质由元素硫组成,优选为微粉化状态。以这种形式优选应用于将要直接或间接与所要除臭的部位接触的短袜、长袜或任何其它纺织品或鞋袜类产品上。为此,该活性成分与其它物质结合,以实现稳定固着于支持物上,确保在一定时间内,甚至在连续洗涤之后活性成分持久释放。
以上述方式处理的短袜使得脚没有了臭味,即使在劳累一天后,并且在此期间使用的是运动鞋的情况下亦如此。在人尤其是易于出现这种问题的人(他们为了该目的都穿处理过的短袜)的身上进行的实验性试验证实了臭味的完全消失。而且,反覆洗涤短袜也没有显示出除臭性质的任何可察觉的衰减。任何试验都没有显示对穿用者有害的任何种类的过敏现象。
优选实施方案的描述
本发明的特性和优点将通过以下实施方案的描述更加清晰地显示出来,这只是单纯用于举例而不是以任何方式进行限制。
正如上面已经提出的,本发明发现了它最有成效,然而不是唯一的实际应用,在制备用于处理与脚直接或间接接触的物品,和短袜、长袜、鞋垫,鞋底和鞋面,以获得在使用过程中不产生令人不快的气味的鞋袜类物品的除臭组合物中的实际应用。在所有这些情况下,处理过程优选由物品的制造者在物品进行贸易之前进行,甚至在鞋子的实际制造之前或过程中对鞋底、鞋面和鞋子的其它部分进行处理。
将活性成分应用于短袜的除臭组合物的一个简单的实例是由包括下列物质的水溶液组成的:
-0.2-0.3g/l可湿性元素硫(活性成分),优选微粉化的;
-10-20g/l树脂,例如硅树脂;
-10-20g/l阳离子表面活性剂,例如用于染料的普通定色剂;
-2-5g/l软化剂,例如香味

待处理的短袜在以此方式制备的浴槽中浸渍几分钟,当采用的是包含羊毛的纤维材料时将溶液加热到大约40℃,对于其它材料则加热到大约90℃。处理时间和温度以及组合物的配方,可根据所采用的特定机器而变化。在用例如离心洗涤机处理的情况下,上面给出的指征被认为是最佳的。以简短阶段的漂洗、干燥和离心完成处理过程,这些过程中同样根据纺织品纤维的类型而改变温度。而且,在该组合物通过已知类型的喷涂装置直接喷涂到物品上的情况下,可用其它方式代替水浴。
或者,活性成分也可在实际制造衣料物品之前应用,即应用到制造这些物品的织物上。这可以以例如连续操作的形式进行,在配置有浴槽的轧染机器中进行浸渍,所述浴槽中包含5-10g/l乳化形式的活性成分和非离子表面活性剂、3-5g/l乳化丙烯酸树脂,对于羊毛基质纤维来说,通过醋酸(pH=5)将溶液调节至微酸的pH环境,而对于纤维素基质的织物则在中性pH环境中进行浸渍。拧干之后,织物在“Rameuse”机器中在至少大约150℃的温度下干燥,这对于确保丙烯酸树脂的聚合是必需的。
在以上建议的组合物中,树脂明显具有将活性成分固着到纺织品纤维上,保持该成分,并且从而使其抵抗随后的洗涤的基本作用。由于是微粉化状态,硫释放非常缓慢,从而确保其在一段时间内的除臭作用。硅树脂和丙烯酸树脂都不引起纤维柔软特性的任何可感知的改变,因此,它们特别适用于本发明的目的。然而,其它类型的树脂也可使用:具有丁二烯基质的树脂是可提及的例子,其甚至可以适当比例联合使用。
对于羊毛基质材料来说,优选使用能在低温下聚合的树脂,例如那些具有基团-类型(radical-type)聚合机制的树脂。无论如何,软化剂可用于减弱由树脂存在所产生的可能的硬化作用。表面活性剂明显增加了硫对纤维材料的固着力。
应用于纺织品纤维,例如并且典型地依照上述形式的应用,表现了特别有利地实施本发明次数的减少,因为其确保了除臭作用的最佳效力,而不以任何方式改变支持材料的外观和原始柔软度,其也将完全保持没有臭味。然而,该应用可以以各种形式进行,尤其是根据所用材料和因此所使用的机器的变化。例如,后者可能包括所谓的“荷兰机器”,其中浴槽的运动更加温和,从而避免了羊毛纤维制造的材料的物理改变。
正如已经提及的那样,本发明另一可能的有利用途是将基于硫的组合物直接应用于鞋子,尤其是根据上述方式之一处理要与脚接触的鞋垫的纺织品衬里。择一地或另外地,元素硫可与用于将纺织品衬里固定到鞋垫基托材料(通常为聚氨酯)上的胶混合。
在一般的卫生领域,局部使用的除臭乳膏可以通过将元素硫或具有元素硫基质的物质与适当比例的可获得所需密度和均匀性的凡士林或羊毛脂混和而获得。根据典型的组合物,例如,大约3%重量的元素硫将与相等百分数的凡士林和羊毛脂混合。根据上述方法之一将活性成分固着到纺织品材料上,使除臭性质也可以赋予包扎创口贴和弹性绷带上。
无论如何,优选实施方案下面的具体应用过程不应当理解为限制本发明的特征。实际上,在其最广泛的表达中,本发明在于鉴定了能够抑制产生脚臭的真菌的繁殖活性成分,即使脚一整天都穿在鞋子中也完全消除了脚臭,而对于穿戴者不产生任何不希望的作用,直到不能耐受或涉及变态反应问题。也应当注意到,正在讨论的活性成分,除了惰性之外,不对皮脂分泌发生作用,因此从卫生学和保健的观点来看是完全可以容许的。
因此,本发明的保护范围包括元素硫用于脚除臭的任何用途,同时,可将其变体和/或修饰应用到以下这些纺织产品如纱、不同组成的布料、长袜和短袜等,鞋袜类产品,以及卫生区域的应用过程,而没有背离所述范围。

Claims (17)

1.使用活性除臭成分处理或,部分或全部地浸渍打算穿在人脚上的纺织品和/或鞋袜类产品的方法,其中所述除臭活性成分由元素硫或任何能够释放元素硫的物质组成;其特征在于所述产品用组合物处理或浸渍,该组合物除了包含所述活性成分以外还包含将所述活性成分稳定固着到所述产品上并在一定时间内将其逐步释放的树脂,所述树脂是丙烯酸树脂、硅树脂或具有丁二烯基质的树脂,所述活性成分和所述树脂分布在用于浸渍所述产品的水浴中,在所述水浴中的所述活性成分具有0.3-1.0g/l的浓度。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中,所述树脂为硅树脂,具有10-20g/l的浓度,所述水浴还包含阳离子表面活性剂和软化剂,分别具有10-20g/l和2-5g/l的浓度。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,其中,将所述水浴加热到至少40℃的温度。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项的方法,其中,所述活性成分是可湿性微粉化硫。

12.根据权利要求11的组合物,其中,所述树脂为硅树脂,具有10-20g/l的浓度,所述水浴还包含阳离子表面活性剂和软化剂,分别具有10-20g/l和2-5g/l的浓度。
