Abstract

本发明的主题是一种真空开关装置,该真空开关装置作为一开关设备中的元件,在这种开关设备中它用于打开或关闭电流。
背景技术
在传统的开关设备中,驱动器在一绝缘气体环境中通过一杠杆操作电流断路器,从电压负载部分到地电压之间有大的间隔距离是必须的,以保证在开关室和机械驱动器之间没有电弧发生。
如此大的绝缘间隔距离和漏电长度导致电路断路器的总体尺寸较大,并且因此开关设备也较大。
发明内容
在传统的开关设备中,由于驱动机械装置和电路断路器真空室之间有机械连接,因此的高绝缘间隔距离,大的间隔距离和尺寸是必需的。新的具有侧面突出接触器和位于室内的集成绝缘操作杆的中高电压真空开关室的应用,使得如此大的绝缘间隔距离被废弃,并且使得开关设备的尺寸更紧凑。
一种中高电压真空开关装置,其特征是包括开关单元,该开关单元在真空室中是可移动的,且包含一操作杆、一陶瓷绝缘体和可移动接触器;该可移动接触器在该室的中部通过一柔性、导电且非气密的连接器连接到一环状导体上,该环状导体通向突出的接触器;该操作杆通过金属波纹管被引进到该室中,并且紧紧连接于该陶瓷绝缘体的下端。在该陶瓷绝缘体的上端,连接该可移动接触器;该柔性连接器大体上位于该真空室的中部,以侧面突出的接触器为特征;该侧面突出的接触器与真空开关室内的绝缘棒一起使得该装置被构造为非常紧凑的形式,因为其他方式中的必要的电弧间隔距离和漏电长度在为非必要。
相反,与传统技术相比,采用新的真空开关室可以避免如此大的绝缘间隔距离和漏电长度,并导致更紧凑的断路器和开关设备。

具体实施方式
真空室由以完全气密的陶瓷容器组成,其中封闭有高等级的真空。位于室的上端设置有固定接触器1。可移动接触器2通过一柔性导电的连接器3被连接到室的中部的环状导体4上,当排气时允许空气通过它流动。电流从该环状导体4流到突出接触器5。该可移动接触器的下端连接于一陶瓷绝缘体6,当操作时该陶瓷绝缘体与该可移动接触器一起移动。在室的下端,与陶瓷绝缘体的下端连接的操作杆7通过一波纹管8通向室的外部。
操作杆、绝缘体和可移动接触器形成一可移动单元,通过该可移动单元,电流可以在室中被开和关,不过,考虑到陶瓷绝缘体的绝缘长度,不允许对杆和驱动器进行电气连接。
为了防止在上接触器、环接触器和操作杆之间的外部产生电弧,整体真空开关室被包裹在环氧树脂中。

Claims (1)

1.中高电压真空开关装置,其特征是包括开关单元,该开关单元在真空室中是可移动的,且包含一操作杆、一陶瓷绝缘体和可移动接触器;该可移动接触器在该室的中部通过一柔性、导电且非气密的连接器连接到一环状导体上,该环状导体通向突出的接触器;该操作杆通过金属波纹管被引进到该室中,并且紧紧连接于该陶瓷绝缘体的下端;在该陶瓷绝缘体的上端,连接该可移动接触器;该柔性连接器大体上位于该真空室的中部,以侧面突出的接触器为特征;该侧面突出的接触器与真空开关室内的绝缘棒一起使得该装置被构造为非常紧凑的形式,因为其他方式中的必要的电弧间隔距离和漏电长度在为非必要。
