一、技术领域
本发明公开了一种车辆电瓶护罩及其生产工艺,特别是一种乘用车电瓶护罩及其生产工艺,属于车辆零部件加工生产技术领域。
二、背景技术
传统汽车电瓶护罩,采用塑料注塑方法生产,生产出的电瓶护罩质量较重,欠美观,吸音、降噪及环保性能均较差,档次较低。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服上述已有技术的不足,公开一种性能优良、质轻美观的乘用车电瓶护罩及其生产工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种车辆电瓶护罩及其生产工艺,其特点是它是由PP中空板经切边冲孔、压痕及高频焊接加工而成的。
上述乘用车电瓶护罩的生产工艺,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)、板材切边冲孔:将PP中空板放到冲切工作台专用胎具上,在4-6MPa的压力下进行冲切,冲好孔位、切掉余边的板材即为初型I;
(2)、压痕成型:将初型I放到专门的压痕设备工作台专用胎具上,在4-6MPa的压力、加热刀温度为50-120℃的工艺条件下压出所需要的折边痕,即为初型II;
(3)、焊接成型:将初型II放到专用焊接设备工作台上,在焊接时间为20-60s,保持时间为100-150s,压力为0.2-0.5MPa的压力下进行焊接,粘贴附件,修整边沿即为成品。
本发明与已有技术相比具有的积极效果是,选材独特,工艺简便易操作,生产出的电瓶护罩具有优异的吸音、隔热、减震、轻质、防潮、防微生物、耐污染、耐候性及尺寸稳定等特性,不易变形,产品档次高,适宜于乘用车电瓶的设计与装配。
四、具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,结合具体实施方式对其作进一步详细地阐述。
本发明所述的车辆电瓶护罩及其生产工艺,是由PP中空板经切边冲孔、压痕及高频焊接加工而成的。
上述乘用车电瓶护罩的生产工艺,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)、板材切边冲孔:将PP中空板放到冲切工作台专用胎具上,在4-6MPa的压力下进行冲切,冲好孔位、切掉余边的板材即为初型I;
(2)、压痕成型:将初型I放到专用压痕设备工作台上,在4-6MPa的压力、加热刀温度为50-120℃的工艺条件下压出所需要的折边痕,即为初型II;
(3)、焊接成型:将初型II放到焊接设备的工作台专用模具上,在焊接时间为20-60s,保持时间为100-150s,压力为0.2-0.5MPa的压力下进行焊接,粘贴附件,修整边沿即为成品。
上述实施制得的电瓶护罩成品外形美观,性能安全可靠,适用于各种档次乘用车的设计和装配,且生产效率高。

1.一种乘用车电瓶护罩,其特征在于:它是由PP中空板经切边冲孔、压痕及高频焊接加工而成的。
2.一种生产如权利要求1所述的乘用车电瓶护罩的工艺,其特征在于:采用高频焊接工艺,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)、板材切边冲孔:将PP中空板放到冲切工作台专用胎具上,在4-6MPa的压力下进行冲切,冲好孔位、切掉余边的板材即为初型I;
(2)、压痕成型:将初型I放到专用压痕设备工作台上,在4-6MPa的压力、加热刀温度为50-120℃的工艺条件下压出所需要的折边痕,即为初型II;
(3)、焊接成型:将初型II放到焊接设备的工作台专用模具上,在焊接时间为20-60s,保持时间为100-150s,压力为0.2-0.5MPa的压力下进行焊接,粘贴附件,修整边沿即为成品。
