本发明涉及一种线束带,其捆束例如布线于汽车内部的线束,而将该线束固定在规定的面板上。
背景技术
现有的这种线束带,虽然未具体地进行图示,但是为合成树脂的一体成形制品,其由如下部分一体构成:带体,其为具有可挠性的长条状;凸缘体,其形成使该带体插入的通孔;以及脚体,其卡合在贯穿设置于面板上的安装孔中,可以弹性变形,特别地,对于带体,在其外表面侧上连续地形成卡止列齿,对于凸缘体,在其通孔的下缘上垂直地设置弹性舌片,在该弹性舌片的内侧形成与上述卡止列齿卡止的锁止爪(例如,参照专利文献1)。

根据技术方案2所述的发明,在对线束进行捆束作业时,即,带体的卡止列齿在产生“啪嗒啪嗒”的声音的同时与锁止爪滑动接合的过程中,卡止爪的前端与卡止列齿强烈地摩擦,可能发生脱落、磨损,或在使用自动化机械高速捆束时,可能会发热而熔化,这种损坏的锁止爪已经无法得到与卡止列齿牢固地卡止的状态,而在本技术方案所述的发明中,在弹性舌片上形成多个锁止爪,着眼于不会发生上述损伤的远离凸缘体侧的锁止爪,使远离该凸缘体侧的锁止爪,无论用于何种板材厚度的面板,都必然插入面板的安装孔中,因此脚体卡合面板的安装孔中后,由于至少可以有效地防止远离凸缘体侧的锁止爪与带体的卡止列齿分离,从而始终可以牢固地保持线束。
根据技术方案3所述的发明,由于在将脚体插入面板的安装孔时,只要插入比弹性舌片的厚度薄的限制引导壁就可以,因此操作性良好,插入后只要压入就可以,但此时,由于与弹性舌片的前端尖的锥形部的前端厚度相比,限制引导壁的厚度厚,因此弹性舌片绝不会卡在面板的安装孔的孔缘上。

本发明是一种线束带,通过将具有锁止爪的弹性舌片插入至面板的安装孔内部,使其以很小的间隔与面板的安装孔内周面相对,从而无论面板的板材厚度如何,都可以在弹性舌片沿该锁止爪与带体的卡止列齿分离的方向弯曲时,使该弹性舌片的背向锁止爪的外表面与安装孔的内周面抵接,使锁止爪与卡止列齿之间的卡止不会解除,始终可以形成卡止列齿与锁止爪可靠、牢固地卡止的状态。
实施例

因此,根据本实施方式,由于无论用于何种板材厚度的面板P,始终使弹性舌片7的背向锁止爪8的外表面与安装孔Pa的内周面抵接,从安装孔Pa的内周面受到强支撑力,因此可以得到带体1侧的卡止列齿5与弹性舌片7侧的锁止爪8可靠、牢固地卡止的状态,同时可以有效地抑制线束带本身的松动。
此外,在上述说明中,示出贯穿设置于面板P的安装孔Pa是圆孔的情况,但本发明并不限于此,例如,如图10所示,在安装孔Pa为椭圆形状的情况下也可以实施应用。此外,在该情况下,根据安装孔Pa的形状,无需在弹性舌片7的外表面上设置曲面9,或在中央轴部4b的外表面上设置曲面12。
工业实用性
由于本发明所涉及的线束带,可以得到带体侧的卡止列齿与弹性舌片侧的锁止爪可靠、牢固地卡止的状态,因此特别地,在如将布线于汽车内部的线束捆束而固定于面板上等情况下,非常有效。

Claims (3)

1.一种线束带,其由如下部分一体构成:
长条状的带体,其具有可挠性;
凸缘体,其形成使该带体插入的通孔;以及
脚体,其与面板的安装孔卡合,
在带体的一个表面侧连续地形成卡止列齿,在凸缘体的通孔的下缘上垂直地设置具有与该卡止列齿卡止的锁止爪的弹性舌片,
其特征在于,
使具有该锁止爪的弹性舌片延长,以在上述脚体卡合于面板的安装孔中时,可以进入面板的安装孔内,在脚体卡合于面板的安装孔中的状态下,弹性舌片的锁止爪位于与面板的板材厚度重叠的范围内,在该弹性舌片向使该锁止爪与带体的卡止列齿分离的方向弯曲时,弹性舌片的与锁止爪相反方向的外表面抵接于面板的安装孔的内周面上。
2.一种线束带,其由如下部分一体地构成:
长条状的带体,其具有可挠性;
凸缘体,其形成使该带体插入的通孔;以及
脚体,其与面板的安装孔卡合,
在带体的一个表面侧连续地形成卡止列齿,在凸缘体的通孔的下缘上垂直地设置具有与该卡止列齿卡止的锁止爪的弹性舌片,该线束带可以适用于不同板材厚度的面板,
其特征在于,
在弹性舌片上沿其长度方向形成多个锁止爪,在上述脚体与面板的安装孔卡合时,该多个锁止爪中靠近凸缘体侧的锁止爪,不进入板材厚度薄的面板的安装孔内,远离凸缘体侧的锁止爪,无论面板的板材厚度如何,都进入面板的安装孔内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的线束带,其特征在于,
在弹性舌片的前端部外表面上形成前端尖的锥形部,同时,在该前端尖的锥形部下方设置具有与上述通孔一致的通孔的限制引导壁,该限制引导壁的厚度设定为比上述前端尖的锥形部的前端厚度厚,并且比弹性舌片的厚度薄。
