技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用于开关柜的冷却设备,包括一个内装冷却循环系统的外壳,其中,冷却循环系统有产生振动的构件,亦即压缩机和至少一个风扇,该风扇和压缩机通过减振器支承在外壳上。 
背景技术
由先有技术已知此类冷却设备的不同设计。冷却循环系统由压缩致冷设备构成,它包括压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器、膨胀阀、管道和风扇。风扇和压缩机的电动机引起振动,它们传给冷却设备的外壳,然后又传给与之连接的开关柜。 
这将会导致不利的后果,若冷却设备固定在机床上,振动便传给机床的加工头。这些振动影响机床的加工结果,在被加工的工件表面上产生不平度。 
为避免所述的缺点,已将压缩机支承在减振器上。由此可以获得改善,然而这种改善被认为是不够的。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是创造一种前言所述类型的冷却设备,它在运行时向与之连接的结构部件尤其机床传递尽可能小的振动。 
上述目的通过这样一种尤其用于开关柜的冷却设备来实现,该冷却设备包括一个内装冷却循环系统的外壳,其中,该冷却循环系统有产生振动的构件,亦即压缩机和至少一个风扇,其中,该风扇和压缩机通过减振器支承在外壳上,按照本发明:所述风扇和/或压缩机借助第一减振器分别支承在一中间支架上或共同支承在一中间支架上;该中间支架借助第二减振器支承在一支架上;以及,所述支架与外壳连接。 
以此方式使风扇和压缩机通过一个由中间支架构成的振动平面与外壳脱耦。业已证实,在如此配置时实际上不再将有害的振动从冷却设备传到机床的加工头。
按本发明一种优选的设计方案可以规定,所述冷却循环系统有两个风扇,它们分别配属于一个空气回路;以及,这两个风扇分别通过第一和第二减振器以及一个自己的中间支架支承在外壳上。 
为了能达到稳定地支承压缩机,可以规定支承压缩机的中间支架设计为边缘侧制有弯边的薄板构件。弯边增强中间支架并由此构成一种刚度足够的构件。 
若规定支承压缩机的中间支架借助第二减振器支承在设计为支座的支架上;以及,支架焊接在外壳内,则得到压缩机在冷却设备中固定的一种简单的结构。 
为了能将一个/多个风扇节省位置地安装在冷却设备中,一种可能的发明方案规定,风扇装在支架与中间支架之间的区域内;支架借助定距件连接在中间支架上;以及,中间支架借助第二减振器与定距件连接。 
为了降低构件成本,在一种此类结构中支架可以直接带空气喷嘴,它优选地整体成形在支架上。因此支架可例如作为冲压弯曲件用薄板毛坯加工而成。 
本发明一种可能的变型方案的特征在于,减振器有一个减振件,后者包括一个圆柱形固定凸台和一个与之连接的凸缘段;另一个减振件通过一个孔套在该固定凸台上;以及,在此另一个减振件与凸缘段之间夹紧固定所述支架或中间支架的一个板状段。因此减振器可方便地装配,以及在支架或中间支架上只须制出一个圆柱形固定凸台插入其中的孔。

具体实施方式
在附图中表示冷却设备的一些构件,冷却设备可安装在一个容纳内部电气配件的外壳上,例如开关柜上。开关柜又可安装在机床上。此冷却设备有一个在其中输送冷却剂的冷却循环系统。冷却循环系统的构件是至少两个风扇20.1,它们的每一个配属冷却循环系统的一个蒸发器或一个冷凝器。风扇20.1借助减振器14.1安装在中间支架16上。中间支架16设计为覆盖风扇20.1后侧的薄板件。中间支架16在边缘侧制有一些孔,在这些孔内可安装减振器14.2。由图2可详细看出减振器14.2的结构。如此图所示,减振器14.2有一个减振件14.22,它包括一个圆柱形固定凸台和一个与之连接的直径增大的凸缘段。环形的第二减振件14.21可以套在上述减振件上。第二减振件14.21的内径大约相当于圆柱形固定凸台的外径。上述减振件14.22被一个孔贯穿。 
一个固定螺钉可以穿过所述的孔插入,并将一个螺纹段旋入定距件的螺纹孔中。固定螺钉15有一个与螺钉头连接的压盘15.1。压盘15.1上连接一个插入第二减振件14.22孔内的销柱15.2。 
为了装配减振器14.2,减振件14.22将圆柱形固定凸台插入中间支架16上为它所设的孔内。然后,在固定凸台超过中间支架16后侧伸出的区域套上环形减振件14.21。在这种情况下将板状中间支架16固定在两个减振件14.21与14.22之间。若现在将固定螺钉15旋入定距件13中,便将减振件14.21与14.22从前侧和后侧夹紧在中间支架16上。与此同时,固定凸台基于压盘15.1施加的力沿径向扩展,从而同样将它夹紧在孔内。 
在定距件13背对减振器14.2那一端用螺钉固定一支架10。该支架10设计为板状以及平行于中间支架16布置。支架10覆盖风扇20.1吸入侧。它设计为冲压弯曲件,其中,在中心从支架10掏空成一个形式上为凹槽的空气喷嘴12。凹槽的边缘朝风扇20.1的方向延伸。因此支架10和中间支架16构成一个用于设计为径向式鼓风机的风扇20.1的框架,它同时可用作部分空气导引装置。 
支架10边缘侧制有固定孔11,借助它们可以用螺钉将支架10固定在冷却设备外壳上。 
图3中表示冷却循环系统压缩机20.2的悬挂装置。压缩机20.2借助第一减振器14.1装在中间支架16上以及与之用螺钉(紧固螺钉15)固定。中间支架16设计成盆状以及有侧面弯折的用于增强的边缘16.1。 
中间支架16借助另一些减振器14.2与支架10用螺钉(紧固螺钉15)固定,所以支架10和中间支架16振动脱耦。 
支架10设计为支座状。它有一个垂直的固定段,可通过此固定段将支架与冷却设备外壳连接,例如焊接。此外,为了增强刚性的目的,支架10上制有弯边10.1、10.2。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于开关柜的冷却设备,其包括一个内装冷却循环系统的外壳,其中,该冷却循环系统有产生振动的构件,亦即压缩机(20.2)和至少一个风扇(20.1),其中,该风扇(20.1)和压缩机(20.2)通过减振器(14.2、14.1)支承在外壳上,其特征为:所述风扇(20.1)或压缩机(20.2)借助第一减振器(14.1)分别支承在一个自己的中间支架(16)上;该中间支架(16)借助第二减振器(14.2)支承在一支架(10)上;以及,所述支架(10)与外壳连接,所述风扇(20.1)装在支架(10)与中间支架(16)之间的区域内;以及,所述支架(10)借助定距件(13)连接在中间支架(16)上,所述中间支架(16)借助第二减振器(14.2)与定距件(13)连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的冷却设备,其特征为,所述冷却循环系统有两个风扇(20.1),它们分别配属于一个空气回路;以及,这两个风扇(20.1)分别通过第一和第二减振器(14.1、14.2)以及通过所述中间支架(16)支承在外壳上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的冷却设备,其特征为,支承所述压缩机(20.2)的所述中间支架(16)设计为薄板构件,它在边缘侧制有弯边(16.1)。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的冷却设备,其特征为,支承所述压缩机(20.2)的所述中间支架(16)借助第二减振器(14.2)支承在设计为支座的支架(10)上;以及,所述支架(10)焊接在外壳内。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的冷却设备,其特征为,在所述支架(10)上成形一个空气喷嘴(12),它对准风扇(20.1)的吸入区。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的冷却设备,其特征为,所述减振器(14.1、14.2)有两个减振件(14.22、14.21),其中,一个减振件(14.22)包括一个圆柱形固定凸台和一个与之连接的凸缘段;另一个减振件(14.21)通过一个孔套在此固定凸台上;以及,在此另一个减振件(14.21)与凸缘段之间夹紧固定所述支架(10)或中间支架(16)的一个板状段。
