木材源于可再生资源,系由纤维素、半纤维素、木质素和其它有机物质组成的一种多孔性复合材料,作为工业材料其环境协调性很好,在国民经济中起着十分重要的作用。但木材存在易腐、易燃、易受虫蛀、绝对强度低、容易吸水吸潮并引起较大的尺寸变形等缺点,这在一定程度上限制了其加工和应用。近年来,全球的森林资源日趋枯竭、社会环保意识日见高涨,同时对木材的应用也提出了更高的要求。在这种背景下,一种将天然木材与合成塑料通过复合而制得的新材料一木塑复合材料(Wood polymer/plastics composites,简称WPC)受到了人们的广泛关注。
木塑复合材料是以聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯以及它们的共聚物等热塑性塑料,木粉、植物秸杆粉、植物种壳等木质粉料为原料,经挤压法、注塑法、压制法成型所制成的复合材料。热塑性塑料可采用工业或生活废弃的各种塑料,木质粉料可采用木材加工的下脚料、小径材、枝桠材以及低品质木材加工而成,也可采用麦秸、棉秆、亚麻秆、稻壳等加工而成。从生产原料来看,木塑复合材料的生产原料可以采用各种回收利用的废旧塑料、废木料及农作物的剩余物。因此木塑复合材料的研制和广泛应用有助于减缓塑料废弃物的公害污染。也有助于减少农业废弃物焚烧给环境带来的污染。木塑复合材料的生产和使用不会向周围环境散发危害人类健康的挥发物,材料本身还可以回收进行二次利用,因此它是一种全新的绿色环保产品,也是一种生态洁净的复合材料。
在国外,植物纤维复合材料由于具有较高的力学性能、比硬度、比强度、吸音性能等优点,现已广泛应用于建筑业、汽车工业、运输业、航空业等,如制成具有天然木质颜色及纹理的仿木装饰材料。在国内,木塑复合材料由于具有优异性能,耐磨、吸湿性小、绿色环保的特点和明显的军事、经济效益,现正逐步取代木材应用于弹药包装跚、铁道枕木、楼梯踏板、工艺品以及可降解一次性餐具方面。
木塑复合材料加工技术是依据废旧塑料复合再生工艺原理,以废弃的各种密度的塑料(如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯以及聚丙纤维、聚酯纤维等)和木粉(或锯末、花生壳、椰子壳、甘蔗、亚麻等)为主要原料,通过增容共混工艺生产代木型材的实用技术。木塑复合材料的生产工艺大致可分成两大类,一类是利用模压技术直接加工成各种形状的终极产品(以板状居多),另一类则是采用热搅拌技术加工成颗粒状的半成品,作为塑料加工的原料待用。经过加热熔融,通过各种塑料成形加工手段加工比较复杂的产品。
现在制备的木塑复合材料已经可以应用到建筑、日常用品、家具等领域中,但是其功能化还没有开发。本发明就是制备可以释放负离子,抗菌、抑菌、具有光触媒效应、阻燃等多功能的木塑复合材料。
发明内容
本发明制备的具有释放负离子、抗菌、抑菌、具有光触媒效应等保健多功能木塑复合材料可以应用到地板、家具、型材等和人类息息相关领域。
本发明的具体配方如下:
其中聚合物树脂是指聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙稀(PP)、聚酯(PET)、ABS树脂、聚苯乙烯(PS)等。木粉可以是锯末、花生壳、椰子壳、甘蔗、亚麻、麦秸、棉秆、亚麻秆、稻壳、木材加工的下脚料等。
加入玻璃纤维是由于木粉的长径比较小,本身的强度也不高,木粉增强复合材料的力学性能与玻璃纤维等增强的复合材料仍有较大的差距,因此,其应用范围受到了限制。要想进一步拓展此类材料的应用范围,必须设法提高其力学性能。用木粉与玻璃纤维组合对聚合物进行增强,则可使木粉增强聚合物的材料的力学性能提升一个档次,同时还可改善人体对玻璃纤维增强聚合物材料的舒适感,提高材料的涂装及粘结性能,并可以降低材料的密度及成本,拓展其在汽车零部件中的应用。
负离子添加剂是由蛋白石、电气石、矿物化石、助剂等可以释放负离子的材料组成,其功能为:释放负离子、抗菌抑菌、驱除各种异味、净化空气。
偶联剂可以是硅烷偶联剂、双马来酸酐、马来酸酐接枝聚合物等促进聚合物和木粉的相容性,提高机械性能。阻燃剂可以氢氧化镁、镁盐晶须等。发泡剂可以是AC、碳酸氢钠等。助剂可以是润滑剂、增塑剂等。
加工工艺采用模压成型或是挤出成型。

2.根据权利要求书1所述,聚合物树脂是指聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙稀(PP)、聚酯(PET)、ABS树脂、聚苯乙烯(PS)等。
3.根据权利要求书1所述,木粉可以是锯末、花生壳、椰子壳、甘蔗、亚麻、麦秸、棉秆、亚麻秆、稻壳、木材加工的下脚料等
4.根据权利要求书1所述,用木粉与玻璃纤维组合对聚合物进行增强,则可使木粉增强聚合物的材料的力学性能提升一个档次,同时还可改善人体对玻璃纤维增强聚合物材料的舒适感,提高材料的涂装及粘结性能,开可以降低材料的密度及成本,拓展其在汽车零部件中的应用。
5.根据权利要求书1所述,负离子添加剂是由蛋白石、电气石、矿物化石、助剂等可以释放负离子的材料组成,其功能为:释放负离子、抗菌抑菌、驱除各种异味、净化空气。
6.根据权利要求书1所述,偶联剂可以是硅烷偶联剂、双马来酸酐、马来酸酐接枝聚合物等促进聚合物和木粉的相容性,提高机械性能。
7.根据权利要求书1所述,阻燃剂可以氢氧化镁、镁盐晶须等。发泡剂可以是AC、碳酸氢钠等。
