Abstract

本发明公开了一种功能性木粉复合填充材料及其制备方法,该材料包含以下组分:植物粉料10~80%,热塑性树脂20~60%,交联剂0~2%,偶联剂0~3%,发泡剂0~5%,混合矿粉0~20%,加工助剂0~1%;上述百分比为质量百分比,其中,所述加工助剂为脱模剂、抗氧剂中的一种或两种。其制备方法为将植物粉料和热塑性树脂在80~120°C干燥处理后,按照比例取各原料组分混匀后挤出造粒成型。本发明填充材料的植物粉料能够随时进行水洗,从而防止了细菌的滋生;同时,本发明材料的制备方法生产工艺简单、可操作性强。

一种功能性木粉复合填充材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于填充材料领域,具体涉及一种功能性木粉复合填充材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的常见枕芯填充材料如荞麦壳、茶叶、中草药、决明子、蚕砂、谷壳、刨花等天然材料,存在易破碎、生虫、不能直接水洗等先天性缺陷,不能得到及时的清洗,成为床上用品中最不卫生的用品被长期诟病,尤其是公共场所如医院、列车、酒店的枕芯,成为一个具有极大卫生隐患的污染源。因此,急需一种能够清洗的枕芯填充物。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种功能性木粉复合填充材料及其制备方法,该填充材料能够随时水洗,从而能够防止细菌滋生。
本发明的功能性木粉复合填充材料包含以下组分:植物粉料10 ~ 80%,热塑性树脂20 ~ 60%,交联剂0 ~ 2%,偶联剂0 ~ 3%,发泡剂0 ~ 5%,混合矿粉0 ~ 20%,加工助剂0 ~ 1%;上述百分比为质量百分比,其中,所述加工助剂为脱模剂、抗氧剂中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述植物粉料为一种或几种天然木本植物或草本植物粉碎而成的5μm ~ 100μm的粉末。
优选的,所述热塑性树脂为聚酰胺、聚丙烯酸醋、EVA、聚乙烯中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种或两种的混合物。
优选的,所述偶联剂为硬脂酸、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的一种或两种的混合物。
优选的,所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢钠、空气中的一种。
优选的,所述混合矿粉为电气石、稀土永磁材料及红外线超细粉体按质量百分比40~ 70%、20~ 50%、 5~ 20%组成的混合粉体。
优选的,所述脱模剂为硅油、聚乙烯蜡中的一种;所述抗氧剂为BHT。
制备上述填充材料的制备方法:将植物粉料和热塑性树脂在80~120°C干燥处理后,按照比例取各原料组分混匀后挤出造粒成型。
优先的,挤出温度控制在80~150°C之间。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明填充材料的植物粉料可以采用荞麦杆、玉米棒及杆、茶叶、红豆杉、辣木、菩提叶、香樟木、金丝楠木、乌拉草和中草药等所有无毒性天然木本植物和草本植物的枝、干、叶、皮、根、茎等,并且在保证了材料本身的保健功能的同时,提高了其弹性、透气性、强度和耐水性,使其能够随时进行水洗,从而防止了细菌的滋生。本发明材料的制备方法生产工艺简单、可操作性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一:
100目玉米芯粉和EVA50在80~120°C干燥处理后,二者按照2:1的质量比以及总质量0.5%的交联剂过氧化苯甲酰,预混合后经双螺杆挤出机80~150°C挤出造粒成型。所生产的复合填充材料具有良好变形性和柔韧性,室温下水浸泡72小时强度和弹性无明显变化,并保持良好表面性状。
实施例二:
稀土粉体和EVA50在80~120°C干燥处理后,稀土粉体与2%质量的偶联剂有机硅烷混合后,二者按照9:1的质量比以及总质量0.5%的交联剂过氧化苯甲酰,预混合后经双螺杆挤出机80~150°C挤出造粒成型,颗粒状产品具有良好变形性和柔韧性,室温下水浸泡72小时强度和弹性无明显变化,并保持良好表面形状。
实施例三:
200目荞麦杆粉和聚酰胺在80~120°C干燥处理后,按照质量比40%的荞麦杆粉、40%的聚酰胺、0.5%的过氧化苯甲酰、1%的过氧化二异丙苯、2%的偶氮二甲酰胺、剩余为混合矿物粉,其中混合矿物粉包括质量百分比60%的电气石粉、30%的稀土永磁材料粉以及10%的红外线超细粉体,预混合后经双螺杆挤出机80~150°C挤出造粒成型,颗粒状产品具有良好的变形性和柔韧性,室温下水浸泡72小时强度和弹性无明显变化,并保持良好表面形状。
上述实施例颗粒的形状与尺寸可以由挤出机模口形状和切粒速度控制。
为了较好的混合均匀,上述实施例的混匀步骤还可以采用:偶联剂与混合矿粉和植物粉料室温搅拌混匀,其他组分与热塑性树脂室温搅拌混匀;两种混合物按比例取各原料组分再混匀。
本发明填充材料能自然释放磁场、远红外、负离子成为功能性木粉复合颗粒;不仅具有透气性、弹性、能水洗的颗粒,同时具有磁功能、红外线功能、负离子功能,可广泛用于枕、垫、玩具、护具等系列产品和旅行用品的填充物,具有广泛的市场前景和显著的社会经济效益。

Claims (10)

1.一种功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述填充材料包含以下组分:植物粉料10 ~ 80%,热塑性树脂20 ~ 60%,交联剂0 ~ 2%,偶联剂0 ~ 3%,发泡剂0 ~ 5%,混合矿粉0 ~ 20%,加工助剂0 ~ 1%;上述百分比为质量百分比,其中,所述加工助剂为脱模剂、抗氧剂中的一种或两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述植物粉料为一种或几种天然木本植物或草本植物粉碎而成的5μm ~ 100μm的粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂为聚酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯、EVA、聚乙烯中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种或两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硬脂酸、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的一种或两种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢钠、空气中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述混合矿粉为电气石、稀土永磁材料及红外线超细粉体按质量百分比40~ 70%、20~ 50%、 5~ 20%组成的混合粉体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的功能性木粉复合填充材料,其特征在于:所述脱模剂为硅油、聚乙烯蜡中的一种;所述抗氧剂为BHT。
9.一种制备权利要求1-8任一项所述功能性木粉复合填充材料的制备方法,其特征在于:将植物粉料和热塑性树脂在80~120°C干燥处理后,按照比例取各原料组分混匀后挤出造粒成型。
10.按照权利9要求所述的制备方法,其特征在于:挤出温度控制在80~150°C之间。
