Abstract

本发明涉到泡沫塑料领域,提供一种以农作物的废弃物品加工成的植物纤维为主要原料,加入变性淀粉、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物和助剂,经过混炼、挤出造粒发泡制成的一种环保降解泡塑料颗粒。此环保降解泡沫塑料制品使用废弃后,可完全降解变为肥料。原材料丰富、造价低,可广泛用于生产一次性餐具,各种缓冲垫泡沫包装材料以及各种食品、日用品、电器等一次性的包装材料。生产工艺简单,生产成本低。

环保降解泡沫塑料
技术领域
本发明涉及到泡沫塑料领域,特别是一种环保降解泡沫塑料的生产及用途。
现有技术
用聚苯乙稀、聚乙稀等石油化工产品生产泡沫塑料,已成为成熟的技术,但由于石油化工产品的不断提价,生产成本也相继提高,最重要的是用石油化工产品生产出的泡沫塑料制品,都是一次性使用产品,如餐具、包装物缓冲衬垫等。由于使用废弃后不降解,造成了“白色污染”。
全国不少科研单位致力于研制新型的降解泡沫塑料产品,由于原料、价格等问题,未能批量生产,重庆青天环保材料有限公司利用废纸浆作为主要原料,加入胶粘剂、助剂,生产出一种瓷器面盆缓冲解垫,采用一次性发泡成品工艺,但此制品耐水性不行,必须用VAE在制品表面淋膜而提高耐水性,从而增加了工艺流程和成本。
发明内容
为了克服上述产品中存在的一些缺陷,使产品达到全降解,制品使用废弃后,再不污染环境,提供一种原材料丰富、成本低廉、生产工艺简单的环保泡沫塑料的生产方法。
本发明是这样实现的,以农产品废弃物制成的植物纤维为主要材料,加入变性淀粉和乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、助剂、发泡剂制成,制成的产品各项理化和卫生指标均达到GB1800-1-1999《一次性可降解餐具技术指标》。
其重量配比为:
植物纤维                    40%
变性淀粉                    30%
乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物       25%
助剂                        3%
发泡剂                      2%
其生产方法为:
1、将收集到的农作物废弃物如稻麦壳、稻麦杆、甘蔗渣、植物秸芯、棉花壳等,通过在石灰池中浸泡、粉碎、漂白、高温蒸煮,再用高温高压热蒸汽密封烘干等一系列严格处理后,再用紫外线灭菌消毒,以保证达到GB18006-1-1999规定的大肠杆菌沙门氏菌、霉菌蒸发残渣、重金属含量、荧光性物质、农药残留量等各项卫生性能指标,制成植物纤维。
2、按比例将植物纤维放入到高速混合机内,依次加入变性淀粉、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、助剂、发泡剂,在温度30℃低速混合下至料温达到80℃时,混合停止,然后放料冷却至室温(20℃),在此温度下静置24小时。
3、将混合料送入热切风冷式双螺杆挤出机中,通过135-150℃下融熔,造出颗粒,即成为环保降解泡沫塑料颗粒。
本发明产生的有益效果是:一是变废为宝,每个县每年所产植物纤维原料几十万吨,大部分在农田焚烧,即是对空气污染,又对土地造成破坏,如用于制造植物纤维,每年可创经济效益1-2亿元。二是此氨基环保泡沫塑料使用废弃后,可以达到完全降解,变成有益的肥料,解决了“白色污染”问题,此氨基环保泡沫塑料的造价比聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料造价低于30%以上。
实施例:
(一)配方量
植物纤维4公斤,变性淀粉3公斤,乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物2.5公斤,助剂0.3公斤,发泡剂0.2公斤。
按比例将植物纤维加入到化验室用高温高速混合机内,依次加入变性淀粉、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、助剂,在30℃下,低速混合到料温达到80℃时停止混合。将混合料放出,在室温下(20℃)静置24小时。
将静置好的混合料,送入双螺杆挤出机中,熔融造粒即成为环保降解泡沫塑料颗粒。
(二)变性淀粉生产方法
将200目细淀粉6.3公斤加入高速混合机内,加入钛酸酯偶联剂0.2公斤,低速下偶联至料温30℃为止,加入丙三醇2.5公斤低速混合到料温80℃时,加入碳酰胺和助剂0.7公斤,PE蜡0.3公斤,低速混合到90℃,改为高速混合至料温达到100℃,停机放料,在室温下静置24小时,即为变性淀粉。
(三)配方中的助剂
使用聚乙烯蜡和白油的混合物,即以聚乙烯蜡100克加入白油100克,用恒温水浴锅熔融即为助剂。
(四)配方中的发泡剂
使用食用级碳酸氢钠,变性淀粉使用玉米淀粉、土豆淀粉和木薯淀粉。

Claims (1)

1.一种环保降解泡沫塑料,其特征在于:

②生产环保泡沫塑料的工艺流程
按配方比例,依次把植物纤维、变性淀粉、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、助剂、发泡剂加入到高速混合机内,在温度30℃下低速混合,当料温达到80℃时,停止混合把料放出,在20℃室温下静置24小时;将静置好的混合料送入双螺杆热切风冷式挤出造粒机中,在135-150℃下,熔融造粒,即成为环保降解泡沫塑料颗粒;
③植物纤维的生产方法
将收集到的选自稻麦壳、稻麦杆、甘蔗渣、植物秸芯、棉花壳的农作物废弃物,通过在石灰池中浸泡、粉碎、漂白、高温蒸煮,再用高温高压热蒸汽密封烘干一系列严格处理后,再用紫外线灭菌消毒,以保证达到GB18006-1-1999规定的大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、霉菌蒸发残渣,重金属含量,荧光性物质,农药残留量各项卫生性能指标,制成植物纤维;
④变性淀粉的生产方法:将200目淀粉6.3公斤加入到高速混合机内,加入钛酸酯偶联剂0.2公斤,低速下偶联,当料温升到30℃时停止偶联,加入丙三醇2.5公斤,继续低速混合,当料温升到80℃时,加入碳酰胺0.7公斤,PE蜡0.3公斤后,低速混合到料温90℃时,改成高速混合,至料温达到100℃时,停止混合,在20℃室温下静置24小时,即成为变性淀粉;
⑤配方中所述助剂是聚乙烯蜡和白油的混合物,将聚乙烯蜡100克加入到100克白油中,在恒温水浴锅中熔融即为所述助剂;
⑥配方中所述发泡剂使用食用级碳酸氢钠;变性淀粉中使用的淀粉是玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉和木薯淀粉。
