传统上,在衣服、服装和包等各式各样的商品中,以及在供成人和婴儿使用的一次性尿布中,使用包括钩带和毛圈布的紧固单元来紧固商品的有关部分。传统一次性尿布的钩带和毛圈布以这样的方式紧固,即i)织造毛圈带的紧固面在钩带的钩面紧固,或者ii)非织造毛圈布的紧固面在钩带的钩面紧固。织造毛圈带很贵,因此不适合用在一次性产品上。非织造毛圈布是通过对非织造布进行压花而产生的,价格便宜。但是,其在钩带上紧固及与钩带分离时产生很多绒毛。在使用钩和毛圈紧固带时,如果在非织造毛圈布上形成绒毛,则将其评定为低级非织造毛圈布。与一次性尿布分离的绒毛以灰尘的形式浮动在空气中,并且可能会与婴儿食物混合。因此,绒毛的产生在评估非织造毛圈布的质量时是一个重要的项目。 
就一次性尿布的钩带和毛圈布之间的紧固而言,要求容易进行紧固和分离、可以重复紧固和分离、紧固性能稳定、价格便宜并且产生很少的绒毛。但是,如果未经处理的非织造布的表面与钩带的钩面接触,则难以执行紧固。原因如下。1)非织 造布的纤维密度高,并且其表面平滑,因此其不能在钩面充分紧固。2)在重复紧固和分离的过程中产生许多绒毛。3)在重复紧固和分离的过程中,无法保持所需的紧固强度。在本发明中,以低成本处理价格便宜的非织造布,以获得毛圈突起,从而确保对钩带具有适当、稳定的紧固强度。 
发明内容
技术问题 
在本发明中,据观察,由于包括聚丙烯非织造布的廉价非织造布具有高纤维密度,因此其在钩带上的紧固很弱。为了使用非织造布产生容易在钩带上紧固的非织造毛圈布,必须减小非织造布的表面的纤维密度。另外,据观察,如果非织造布重复在钩带上紧固以及分离几次,会产生很多绒毛。在由非织造布制成且使用钩带的一次性尿布中,要求保持对钩带的所需紧固强度,并且在重复几次紧固时产生很少的绒毛。仅当非织造毛圈布可以低成本生产时,其才可以商业化。本发明旨在使用价格便宜的非织造布提供一种容易在钩带上紧固的非织造毛圈布,其产生很少的绒毛,并包括聚丙烯非织造布。在本发明中,对非织造布穿孔时形成且对钩带具有预定紧固强度的突起被用作毛圈突起。孔是穿过突起形成的。 
技术方案 
在本发明中,同时对非织造布进行压制和穿孔,或者同时对其进行加热、压制和穿孔,以在其表面上形成具有低纤维密度的毛圈突起。本发明的毛圈布(其中,通过具有低纤维密度的毛圈突起及其顶部的孔的紧固部分来形成毛圈紧固面)对用于紧固的钩带的钩面具有适当的紧固强度以及紧固稳定性。即使将其重复用于紧固,也可以理想地保持其紧固强度。非织造布具有不同的纤维密度、绒毛产生程度以及对钩带的紧固强度,具体根据其类型而定。但是,在形成用于成形毛圈突起的孔之后,其对钩带几乎都具有适当的紧固强度。 
有利效果 
本发明提供了一种钩和毛圈紧固带,其中非织造毛圈布对钩带具有所需的紧固强度。本发明提供了一种钩和毛圈紧固带,其中,通过在非织造布的表面上排列毛圈突起紧固部分而在非织造布上形成毛圈紧固面。本发明提供了一种钩和毛圈紧固带,其中,非织造毛圈布是同时对非织造布进行压制和穿孔,或者同时对其进行加 热、压制和穿孔,以形成具有低纤维密度的毛圈突起和孔。本发明提供了一种钩和毛圈紧固带,非织造毛圈布对用于紧固的钩带具有适当的紧固强度和紧固稳定性。在重复紧固几次之后,可以理想地保持紧固强度。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种钩和毛圈紧固带。其中非织造毛圈布包括非织造毛圈突起,其突出,以分布于整个非织造布上,从而形成对钩带的钩面具有紧固强度的毛圈紧固面,非织造毛圈突起的顶部形成有孔;以及钩带连接部分,其形成于具有孔的非织造毛圈突起周围,并且均具有低于非织造布底部的纤维密度。为了产生本发明的毛圈布,使用受热(或保持于环境温度)的尖冲头辊表面上的尖冲头来对通过成形辊可移动地支撑的非织造布进行压制或者加热和压制。在压制过程中,拉伸非织造布的纤维,在非织造布的表面上形成毛圈突起,穿过毛圈突起的顶部形成孔,并且在具有孔的毛圈突起周围降低非织造布的纤维密度。在具有孔的毛圈突起周围具有低纤维密度的连接部分在非织造布的表面上形成紧固面。紧固面提供对钩带的优异的紧固强度。而且,毛圈突起使非织造布的平滑表面变得不平坦,因而增加对钩带的紧固强度。根据本发明的非织造布的紧固面与钩带的钩面稳定、适当地组合,从而确保稳定的紧固强度。将本发明的非织造毛圈布与钩带组合时,实现了理想的紧固,并且在紧固后的分离过程中产生很少的绒毛。 
下面将参照附图详细说明本发明。在根据本发明的非织造毛圈布中,在非织造布10的表面上形成一个或多个毛圈突起20,以形成非织造布的紧固面。非织造布的紧固面对钩带的钩面(其上紧密形成有钩60)具有紧固强度。穿过非织造毛圈突起的顶部形成孔25。形成有孔25的毛圈突起20周围部分的纤维密度低于非织造布10的底部11的密度14,因而在形成有孔25的毛圈突起20周围形成连接部分21。连接部分的低纤维密度有利于与钩60的耙61的连接。毛圈突起20的连接部分21形成非织造布的紧固面。当非织造布的紧固面与钩带的钩面紧密接触时,钩面的耙61在具有低纤维密度的连接部分21(其位于毛圈突起20的圆柱形壁上)的纤维上紧固,从而非织造布的紧固面和钩带的钩面理想地相互紧固。当形成根据本发明的非织造布表面上的毛圈突起20时,使用尖冲头30来进行加热和压制,以形成与毛圈突起20对应的凹陷23。本发明的毛圈突起20以0.235mm的间隔(x,y)排列,并且均具有0.2-9mm的直径(d)以及0.1-9mm的高度(h)。 
在根据本发明的非织造毛圈布中,对非织造布10穿孔,同时对其进行加热和压制,以在非织造布的表面上形成具有低纤维密度的毛圈突起。提供冲头辊40(其表面上排列有尖冲头30)以及成形辊50(其与用于加热和压制的尖冲头辊40紧密接触并可移动地支撑非织造布10以在非织造布上形成毛圈突起),以形成本发明的毛圈突起20。成形辊的例子可包括硬成形辊或软成形辊。在图4至6中,在硬成形辊50中形成与冲头辊40的尖冲头30对应的成形孔51。通过尖冲头30将由成形辊50可移动地支撑的非织造布压向成形孔51中的成形辊50的中心,从而使用尖冲头30和成形辊50来形成非织造布的毛圈突起,并拉伸非织造布的纤维。通过成形孔51中的尖冲头30来拉伸非织造布的纤维,以形成毛圈突起以及穿过毛圈突起顶部的孔25。形成有孔25的突起周围的纤维具有低密度并形成毛圈突起连接部分21,并且通过毛圈突起连接部分21形成的非织造布的紧固面牢牢紧固在钩带上。因此,在非织造布的紧固面形成很少的绒毛。 
可以通过软成形辊代替硬成形辊来例示成形辊50。图7和8显示了软成形辊的例子。软成形辊之一是弹性橡胶辊,其弹性橡胶通过尖冲头压向其中心,同时可移动地支撑非织造布,以拉伸非织造布的纤维,从而形成毛圈突起以及穿过毛圈突起顶部的孔。另一种软成形辊是用于非织造布的织造纺织辊,其中,通过尖冲头将构成辊表面层的织造纺织物压向辊的中心,同时可移动地支撑非织造布,以拉伸非织造布的纤维,从而形成毛圈突起以及穿过毛圈突起顶部的孔(在辊上形成织造纺织物层,以便暂时将尖冲头插入其中,以在辊的表面上形成标记)。另一软成形辊是 钢丝刷辊50a,其中,通过尖冲头在钢丝之间压制非织造布的纤维,同时可移动地支撑非织造布,以拉伸非织造布的纤维,从而形成毛圈突起和穿过毛圈突起顶部的孔(紧密形成钢丝,以便将尖冲头插入钢丝刷辊中的辊的表面层)。另一软成形辊是铁洗涤器辊50b,其中,通过尖冲头将非织造布的纤维压向铁洗涤器的缓冲层,同时可移动地支撑非织造布,以拉伸非织造布的纤维,从而形成毛圈突起以及穿过毛圈突起顶部的孔(在辊表面上提供将金属丝轧平并卷曲以起泡的铁洗涤器,以将尖冲头插入其中)。如上所述,可使用各种材料来生产软成形辊,并且辊的柔软性有助于使用尖冲头30对非织造布进行局部修改。 
根据本发明的尖冲头辊的加热温度根据非织造布的本征热变形温度来设置。尖冲头辊的加热温度范围为环境温度至200℃。在本发明中,可根据非织造布的特性来加热成形辊50。 
可以将一些图案印在根据本发明的用于紧固的毛圈布上。将预定的色彩和图案印在用于紧固的毛圈布上,或毛圈布和加固材料的叠层上,以提高产品的质量。 
根据本发明的用于紧固的毛圈布可以与其背面作为加固材料的塑料薄膜或非织造布层压在一起。为了将用于紧固的毛圈布和加固材料层压在一起,对用于紧固的毛圈布和塑料薄膜实施挤塑复合工艺,使用粘合剂相互粘合,通过加热层压,或通过压花工艺层压。用于紧固的毛圈布和加固材料可以完全或局部层压。如果在生产尿布的过程中将用于紧固的毛圈布和加固材料层压在一起,则容易组合尿布和毛圈布。 
用于生产根据本发明的紧固用毛圈布的非织造布具有10102g/m2的重量,并且是选自由以下各项组成的群组的任何一种非织造布:聚丙烯热结合非织造布、聚丙烯纺粘非织造布、聚丙烯熔喷非织造布、聚丙烯和聚乙烯的双组分非织造布、通过加热将聚丙烯熔喷非织造布和聚丙烯纺粘非织造布组合以形成具有两个或两个以上层的结构的非织造布、聚乙烯非织造布、尼龙非织造布、聚酯非织造布、通过混合一种或多种选自由相互混合的聚丙烯和聚乙烯双组分原色纱、聚丙烯原色纱、聚乙烯原色纱、纤维胶原色纱、聚酯原色纱以及尼龙原色纱组成的群组的材料而产生的非织造布、气流成网非织造布、热风式非织造布、水刺式非织造布以及通过对上述任何一种非织造布进行针刺而产生的非织造布。以上非织造布具有不同的纤维密度、绒毛产生程度、对钩带的紧固强度以及价格。本发明的例子中使用了最便宜并 且容易买到的以聚丙烯为主的非织造布。 
示例1 
图4、5和6的辊所包括并且直径为2mm的尖冲头沿每个方向以2mm的间隔排列。在尖冲头辊(其加热到100℃)和成形辊(其中排列有成形孔,以与针接合)之间提供30g/m2的聚丙烯纺粘非织造布,以产生非织造毛圈布。在非织造毛圈布中,在非织造布上形成具有紧固面的毛圈突起,穿过突起的顶部形成孔,并且具有孔的突起周围的部分具有低纤维密度,以形成连接部分。 
示例2 
将花卉图案印在示例1的毛圈布上,并在毛圈布背面对由70份重量的聚乙烯和30份重量的聚丙烯混合而成的20g/m2的薄膜进行挤塑复合。 
示例3 
从Y公司制造的一次性婴儿尿布除去压花非织造毛圈(L),并将示例1的紧固用毛圈布(A)附于除去了毛圈(L)的区域。接着,使尿布的钩带(H)的紧固面与紧固用毛圈布(A)的紧固面紧密接触。钩带(H)稳定且牢靠地紧固于非织造毛圈布(A)。将毛圈布(A)和钩带(H)之间的紧固和分离重复五次。在非织造布上形成很少的绒毛,并且在重复紧固操作过程中保持稳定的紧固强度。 
将传统毛圈(L)和钩带(H)之间的紧固和分离重复五次,并且将毛圈布(A)和钩带(H)之间的紧固和分离重复五次。接着,用肉眼比较形成于毛圈布(A)和毛圈(L)上的绒毛。据观察,毛圈布(A)上的绒毛量少于毛圈(L)上的绒毛量。通过使用简单的装置来处理价格便宜的非织造布而产生示例1的毛圈布。 
示例4 
从Y公司制造的一次性婴儿尿布除去压花的非织造毛圈(L),并将示例2的毛圈布(B)附于其上。接着,使尿布的钩带(H)与毛圈布(B)紧密接触。钩带(H)稳定、牢靠地紧固于非织造毛圈布(B)。将毛圈布(B)和钩带(H)之间的紧固和分离重复五次。在非织造布上形成很少的绒毛,并在重复紧固操作过程中保持稳定的紧固强度。 
将传统非织造毛圈(L)和钩带(H)之间的紧固和分离重复五次,并将毛圈布(B)和钩带(H)之间的紧固和分离重复五次。接着,用肉眼比较形成于毛圈布(B)和毛圈(L)上的绒毛。据观察,毛圈布(B)上的绒毛量少于毛圈(L)上的绒毛量。毛圈布(B)的外观优于毛圈布(A),因为毛圈布(B)是印刷的,并且容易地附在尿布上,因为在毛圈布(B)上层压了薄膜。 
工业适用性 
推荐上述非织造布中最便宜的以聚丙烯为主的非织造布作为非织造布,以用于生产本发明的毛圈布。可以在根据本发明的上述非织造毛圈布的一面印刷一些图案,以用于一次性尿布和各式各样的商品或提高其质量,并且可以在非织造毛圈布的背面层压作为加固材料的塑料薄膜或非织造布,以便可以将毛圈布容易地附在其他产品上。或者,可以在没有加固材料的情况下使用毛圈布。本发明的非织造毛圈布可以与作为加固材料的塑料薄膜、非织造布或纺织品局部层压在一起,或实施压花工艺,以在毛圈布的表面上形成浮花装饰。毛圈布表面上的浮花装饰增加了对钩带的紧固强度。可以将本发明的毛圈布用作非织造产品(例如婴儿尿布、非织造女式运动裤、非织造衣服和成人尿布)的紧固部分。 

Claims (3)

1.一种与钩带配合使用的紧固用非织造毛圈布,其包括:
非织造毛圈突起,其突出地分布于整个非织造布上,以形成对钩带具有紧固强度的非织造布的紧固面;所述非织造毛圈突起在其顶部具有通过尖冲头形成的孔,所述非织造毛圈突起还具有连接部分,连接部分形成于所述孔的周围,每一个连接部分的纤维密度均低于非织造布底部的纤维密度,以与钩带中的钩连接;
其中,每一毛圈突起均具有0.2-9mm的直径和0.1-9mm的高度,
其中,通过使用尖冲头来压制而形成具有孔的毛圈突起,
其中,所述非织造布是选自由以下各项组成的群组的任何一种非织造布:聚丙烯热结合非织造布、聚丙烯纺粘非织造布、聚丙烯熔喷非织造布、聚丙烯和聚乙烯的双组分非织造布、通过加热将聚丙烯熔喷非织造布和聚丙烯纺粘非织造布组合以形成具有两个或两个以上层的结构的非织造布、聚乙烯非织造布、尼龙非织造布、聚酯非织造布、通过混合一种或多种选自由相互混合的聚丙烯和聚乙烯的双组分原色纱、聚丙烯原色纱、聚乙烯原色纱、纤维胶原色纱、聚酯原色纱、尼龙原色纱组成的群组的材料而产生的非织造布、气流成网非织造布、热风式非织造布、水刺式非织造布以及通过对上述任何一种非织造布进行针刺而产生的非织造布;
非织造毛圈布背面层压有热塑性塑料薄膜或非织造布。
2.如权利要求1所述的非织造毛圈布,其中,将预定的色彩和预定的图案印在非织造毛圈布上。
3.一种生产与钩带配合使用的紧固用非织造毛圈布的方法,其包括:
提供尖冲头辊,其中尖冲头排列在压辊的表面上,以及成形辊,以便压制非织造布,以在非织造布的表面上形成毛圈突起,成形辊与压制尖冲头辊紧密接触,以在非织造布上形成毛圈突起的过程中使用针使非织造布变形;旋转尖冲头辊和成形辊,同时使尖冲头辊和成形辊相互紧密接触;以及
在旋转尖冲头和成形辊之间提供非织造布,以在非织造布的表面上形成毛圈突起,其中,毛圈突起与用于紧固的钩带的钩对应。
