Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种四边形的屋面瓦。
背景技术
由塑料聚合物材料制成的屋面瓦能够制造成各种形状,并具有好的机械性能和高强度。
这些屋面瓦,或是基本上平的,或是带有共面的侧边翼缘的半圆筒形体形式的,通过螺丝或钉子穿过瓦的表面上适当设置的孔,孔随后用塞子塞住,从而以沿着端部边缘或侧边缘相互重叠搭接的形式被固定于屋面之上。
但是,这些现有的屋面瓦存在一些缺陷,特别是:
-在孔附近的不透水性不可靠,即便是用塞子塞住,在某些情况下仍不能完全阻止水的渗透,
-降风作用下,屋面瓦会被掀起。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于消除上述缺陷而提出一种屋面瓦,其不仅具有可靠的不透水性能,而且能与其相邻的屋面瓦可靠地固定在一起。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种四边形的屋面瓦,其特征在于:两个平行边的横向边缘在相反方向上弯曲90°,以便在牵拉作用下通过肋和互补的座与一第一相邻屋面瓦啮合,包括有所述座的所述横向边缘在一端设置有套,并在另一端设置有附件,当一块屋面瓦的纵向边缘叠置在相邻的第二屋面瓦的纵向边缘上时,所述套面对所述附件,以便通过屋顶固定元件接合,并且所述套和附件能被第一相邻屋面瓦的包括所述肋的弯曲横向边缘所覆盖。

具体实施方式
从图1、2中可以看出,本发明的屋面瓦基本上为正方形,有一个平滑的上表面2,其下表面4包括多个加强肋6。
在描述中,术语“下”和“上”分别用来表示朝向屋顶和朝向外部的面,术语“横向”和“纵向”分别用来表示方向是平行于还是垂直于檐沟线的。
屋面瓦沿第一边缘向下弯90°以形成第一凸缘8,其内表面包括多个与其垂直的附件,并沿其平行边缘向上弯90°以形成包括多个座14的第二凸缘12。
座14的个数与附件10的个数一致,并且轴线间的距离也相等。
沿其一条纵向边缘,瓦的上表面包括一形成用于排走雨水的排水槽16的凹陷,并且设有定向雨滴碎分肋18。该瓦在其包含第二凸缘的那侧的端部设置有套20和附件22,以允许螺丝或钉子插入从而将屋面瓦固定于屋面之上。
最后,瓦下表面设置肋24,其与向下弯曲的边缘26一起构成与排水槽16互补的槽28。
本发明的屋面瓦通过下述方式施加于屋面上。
第一块瓦沿着檐沟线摆放,以使得其第一凸缘8基本上与檐沟线齐平,然后将螺丝或钉子插入套20从而将瓦固定于屋面。
然后第二块瓦紧邻前述瓦摆放,以使得槽28叠置在排水槽16之上,附件22和套20也相互叠合,从而使得第二颗钉子能够插入。
当一排瓦摆放完毕之后,将一块瓦搭接到要被第一个固定的那块瓦上,以使得其第一凸缘8靠在光滑表面上(见图4)。然后将所述瓦朝屋脊方向牵拉,以使得附件10与座14相啮合(见图5)。通过这种牵拉,下部瓦的上部横向边缘就由该搭接瓦的下部横向边缘所覆盖,以便因此能够遮挡附件和套。
瓦以此方式相互啮合之后,用钉子插入套20,从而固定成那种构型。
需要注意的是,即便瓦是偏置的,第一排(檐沟排)瓦与上排瓦之间也能够成功连接,因为附件和座的相互配合允许不同程度的偏置,取决于座个数n。
在图7和图8示出的实施例中,瓦包括一半圆筒形体30,沿其纵向边缘伸出两个共面的翼缘32。
这两个翼缘的较靠近檐沟线的横向边缘34弯曲90°,并且这两个翼缘包括用于啮合的U形肋38,该U形肋38插入配合到相应的U形座40中,该U形座40设置在离檐沟线较远的横向边缘42中。
瓦具有套44和附件46,以用于将瓦固定于屋面,瓦上表面设置的雨水排水槽48与其下侧设置的槽50相互配合。
该实施例中的瓦同样可以按以下方式施用:将第一块瓦沿着檐沟线摆放,以使得其较靠近檐沟线的横向边缘34与檐沟线平齐,然后将螺丝或钉子插入套从而将该瓦固定于屋面。同样在该实施例中,第二块瓦紧邻前述瓦摆放,以使得槽50叠置在排水槽48之上,附件46和套44也相互叠置,从而能插入第二颗钉子。
由上述描述可明显看出本发明的瓦具有多个优点,尤其是:
-提供了可靠的水密性,因为螺丝或钉子插入的区域被叠放的瓦所覆盖,
-由于纵向及横向双重的插入配合,所以在两个方向都能防止被风掀起,因此能可靠的抵抗风引起的应力。

Claims (6)

1、一种四边形的屋面瓦,其特征在于:两个平行边的横向边缘(8,12,34,42)在相反方向上弯曲90°,以便在牵拉作用下通过肋(10,38)和互补的座(14,40)与一第一相邻屋面瓦啮合,那些包括有所述座(14,40)的横向边缘在一端设置有套(20),并在另一端设置有附件(22),当一块屋面瓦的纵向边缘叠置在相邻的第二屋面瓦的纵向边缘上时,所述套(20)面对所述附件(22),以便通过屋顶固定元件接合,并且所述套和附件被第一相邻屋面瓦的包括所述肋的弯曲横向边缘所覆盖。
2、如权利要求1所述四边形的屋面瓦,其特征在于所述屋面瓦的表面为平面。
3、如权利要求1所述四边形的屋面瓦,其特征在于所述屋面瓦有直角边角。
4、如权利要求1所述四边形的屋面瓦,其特征在于该屋面瓦的表面沿着其中一个垂直于所述平行边的边缘包括雨水排水槽(16,48),该雨水排水槽可被设置在搭接于其上的第二相邻屋面瓦的下表面上的相应槽(28,50)所覆盖。
5、如权利要求1所述四边形的屋面瓦,其特征在于所述屋面瓦包括至少一个半圆筒形部分(30),从该半圆筒形部分的边缘延伸出共面的翼缘(32)。
6、如权利要求1所述四边形的屋面瓦,其特征在于所述肋(38)的横截面呈U形,并且所述肋(38)与相应的U形座(40)相啮合。
