Claims (2)
- 表面の長手方向に平行な一端に雌端縁、他端に雄端縁を形成した薄板金属製の屋根材と、該屋根材の裏面側に該屋根材と一体的に発泡形成した樹脂発泡体と、該樹脂発泡体の裏面に配設した裏面材とを備え、該屋根材の雌端縁と該屋根材の流れ方向に相隣接する屋根材の雄端縁とを嵌合することにより屋根下地上に連続して横葺設される屋根材において、
上記雄端縁は屋根材表面の軒側方向端部を屈曲させて下方傾斜面を形成し更にその先を内側に屈曲して延びるように形成し、上記屋根材の長手方向一端部には該長手方向と直角方向に所定長さで該屋根材の略全幅にわたって樹脂発泡体がない部分を有し、上記屋根材裏面の樹脂発泡体がない部分の形状をその下側に相隣接する屋根材の表面形状に相対する形状として互いに重合接続可能に構成し、かつこの樹脂発泡体がない部分における上記雄端縁の一部には該雄端縁の先端から上記下方傾斜面に達する排水切欠を形成し、かかる樹脂発泡体がない部分を有する該屋根材の一端部を、葺設時に相隣接する屋根材の上側に重ね合わせて重合接続し、桁行方向に連続して横葺設されることを特徴とする横葺屋根材。 - 屋根材の樹脂発泡体がない一端部の雌端縁の少なくとも一部を切除した形状に形成した重合挿入部を、その下側に相隣接して重合接続される屋根材の雌端縁内面に挿入し、屋根材が上下に重合接続される構造としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の横葺屋根材。
