Abstract
本发明为一种易开盖,其由树脂覆盖金属板制成,该树脂覆盖金属板是在金属基体上隔着底漆而覆盖含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜形成的,该易开盖的重要的特征在于,双轴拉伸薄膜中的润滑剂是平均粒径为0.5到2.5μm以及平均粒径比(长径/短径)为1.0到1.2的范围的球状,并且以0.05到0.5重量%的比例配合到双轴拉伸薄膜中,由此,即使没有形成面漆层,也不会因润滑剂附着堆积到成型工具上导致薄膜的损坏和成型工具的损伤,树脂涂层覆盖层被粘接性良好地覆盖到金属板上,因此,生产率和经济性也优异。

本发明涉及由树脂覆盖金属板制成的易开盖,更详细地说,涉及不需要形成内表面面漆层、且生产率、经济性优异的易开盖。
背景技术
一直以来,作为不使用额外的器具、用手就可以容易地开封的容器盖,广泛使用所谓的易开盖。该容器盖从加工性方面出发使用作为金属原材料的坯、树脂覆盖金属板,该树脂覆盖金属板在TFS等表面处理钢板和铝合金等上实施聚酯薄膜等树脂覆盖层,在由该金属板制成的容器盖上以到达金属板厚度方向途中的方式设置刻痕,划分开口用部分,在该开口用部分上由盖板自身形成铆钉,用该铆钉固定拉环,在与罐身部件等的凸缘之间形成二重卷边而使用。
这样的易开盖,像日本特开昭62-52045号公报所记载那样,由树脂覆盖金属板制成,该树脂覆盖金属板在金属板上隔着粘接底漆而覆盖聚酯薄膜,该聚酯薄膜中,像例如日本特开2002-302558号公报所示那样,为了防止在薄膜制膜时缠绕导致产生褶皱而添加润滑剂,由于该润滑剂在铆钉成型工序中堆积在成型工具上、并损坏薄膜,因此为了防止该润滑剂附着到成型工具上,在树脂覆盖金属板的内表面形成面漆层。
发明内容
但是,在使用被聚酯树脂等覆盖的树脂覆盖金属板而成型易开盖的情况下,如果薄膜中所含有的润滑剂不产生上述问题,那么当然不需要面漆层,如果能够省略面漆层,就可以提高生产率、经济性。
另一方面,以往为了形成面漆层而进行加热时,也同时进行粘接底漆层的加热,因此,在省略面漆层的形成的情况下,目前所使用的粘接底漆层会产生加热不充分的问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种生产率、经济性优异的易开盖,该易开盖即便没有形成面漆层,也不会因润滑剂附着堆积到成型工具上导致薄膜的损坏和成型工具的损伤,树脂覆盖层被粘接性良好地覆盖到金属板上。
根据本发明,提供一种易开盖,其由树脂覆盖金属板制成,该树脂覆盖金属板是在金属基体上隔着底漆而覆盖含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜形成的,其特征在于,前述润滑剂是平均粒径为0.5到2.5μm以及平均粒径比(长径/短径)为1.0到1.2的范围的球状,而且以0.05到0.5重量%的比例配合到双轴拉伸薄膜中,并且,前述双轴拉伸薄膜上没有形成面漆层。
本发明的易开盖优选:
1.双轴拉伸薄膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、间苯二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、萘二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的共混物中的任意一种;
2.底漆是以95∶5到50∶50的比例(重量比)将数均分子量在3000到8000的范围的单末端改性环氧树脂和碱性甲阶酚醛型酚醛树脂配合而形成的物质;
3.底漆的厚度为0.3到3μm;
4.双轴拉伸薄膜的厚度为10到40μm。
根据本发明,可以提供一种易开盖,其即便没有形成需要在树脂覆盖金属板的内表面侧聚酯薄膜上形成的面漆层,聚酯薄膜所含有的润滑剂也不会附着堆积到成型工具上,因此可防止树脂覆盖层的损伤,且易开盖的耐腐蚀性优异。
另外,本发明的易开盖不需要形成面漆层,因此可以缩短用于形成面漆层的工序,而且还可以防止成型工具的损伤,因此具有生产率优异的优点。
另外,通过使用特定的底漆,可得到优异的耐羽状边缘性(anti-feathering property),并能抑制低分子量成分的溶出,还可得到优异的风味性、卫生性。
本发明的易开盖中,重要的特征是,作为在金属基体上隔着底漆而覆盖的双轴拉伸薄膜所配合的润滑剂,选择平均粒径为0.5到2.5μm以及平均粒径比(长径/短径)为1.0到1.2的范围的球状的润滑剂,并且在双轴拉伸薄膜中以0.05到0.5重量%的比例含有润滑剂。由此,即便不在该双轴拉伸薄膜上形成面漆层,也可以有效防止导致目前树脂覆盖层损害的润滑剂附着堆积到成型工具上。
本发明中重要的是,润滑剂的平均粒径和平均粒径比(长径/短径)、以及配合量都在上述范围内,只要这些当中的一个不在上述范围时,就无法得到上述的本发明的作用效果。
即,从后述的实施例可知,即便平均粒径比和配合量在上述范围内时,平均粒径小于上述范围的情况下,也会出现在成型工具上产生微小瑕疵以及薄膜附着堆积这样的新的问题(比较例1),另一方面,平均粒径大于上述范围时,成型工具损坏并且成型时使薄膜损伤并发生金属露出(比较例5)。
另外,即便平均粒径和配合量在上述范围内时,平均粒径比(长径/短径)脱离上述范围的情况下,成型工具上还会产生微小伤害并且出现薄膜的附着堆积(比较例6)。另外,即使平均粒径和平均粒径比在上述范围内时,在配合量小于上述范围的情况下,薄膜也附着到成型工具上(比较例2,4),另外配合量比上述范围多时,成型工具产生微小瑕疵(比较例3)。
另外,使用聚集状的润滑剂时,即便平均粒径和配合量在上述范围内时,成型工具上也出现润滑剂的附着堆积并使薄膜损伤,发生金属露出(比较例7)。
在本发明中,通过使用配合了上述的润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜,可以解决润滑剂颗粒附着堆积到成型工具上导致的薄膜损坏的问题,作为用于将该配合了润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜粘接到金属板上的粘接底漆,优选使用以95∶5到50∶50的比例(重量比)将数均分子量在3000到8000的范围的单末端改性环氧树脂和碱性甲阶酚醛型酚醛树脂配合而形成的物质。
由此,即便不利用在形成面漆层时的加热,也可以将含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜密合性良好地覆盖到金属板上,并可以提供薄膜的密合性优异、耐腐蚀性优异的易开盖。
另外,由该底漆制成的固化涂膜具有如下优点:耐羽状边缘性优异,并且可以减少可被内容物容易地萃取的、通过分解等生成的低分子量成分,卫生性·风味性优异(实施例1~5、7~11、比较例1~10)。

具体实施方式
(含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜)
本发明的易开盖所使用的树脂覆盖金属板中的覆盖层树脂即双轴拉伸薄膜,可以使用目前树脂覆盖金属板所使用的热塑性树脂,尤其是由聚酯树脂制成的薄膜。
作为聚酯树脂,可以是均聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,也可以是如下所述的共聚聚酯单体或它们的共混物,该共聚聚酯含有以酸成分基准计为30摩尔%以下的量的除对苯二甲酸以外的酸成分、并且含有以醇成分基准计为30摩尔%以下的量的除乙二醇以外的醇成分。
作为对苯二甲酸以外的酸成分,可列举出间苯二甲酸、萘二甲酸、环己烷二甲酸、P-β-氧代乙氧基苯甲酸、二苯氧基乙烷-4,4’-二羧酸、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠、六氢对苯二甲酸、琥珀酸、己二酸、癸二酸、十二烷二酸、二聚酸、苯偏三酸、苯均四酸等。
另外,作为除乙二醇以外的醇成分,可列举出丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、环己烷二甲醇、双酚A的环氧乙烷加成物、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇等二醇成分。
聚酯应该具有薄膜形成范围的分子量,从对腐蚀成分的阻障性和机械性质的观点出发,使用苯酚/四氯乙烷混合溶剂作为溶剂而测定的特性粘度〔η〕为0.5dL/g以上、尤其为0.52到0.70dL/g的范围是合适的。
适合优选为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、间苯二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、萘二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的共混物中的任意一种。这些树脂特别优选与底漆的密合性,由于切断刻痕部时的剪切性优异,因此可以提高耐羽状边缘性。
如上所述,在本发明中,重要的是在该双轴拉伸薄膜中,平均粒径为0.5到2.5μm、以及平均粒径比(长径/短径)为1.0到1.2的范围的球状润滑剂以0.05到0.5重量%的比例配合到双轴拉伸薄膜中。
润滑剂的平均粒径比上述范围大时,制盖加工时,例如刻痕加工时和铆钉加工时,粗大的润滑剂颗粒变成起点,产生由针孔(pinhole)引起的金属露出。另一方面,平均粒径比上述范围小时,薄膜的滑动性不足,难以进行薄膜的光滑制膜,薄膜产生褶皱,层压时引起障碍并且产生薄膜附着堆积到成型工具上。
作为润滑剂,只要满足上述粒径就可以使用各种润滑剂,可列举出例如二氧化硅、氧化铝、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、硫酸钡等无机系润滑剂、或者交联硅酮树脂、交联聚苯乙烯树脂等有机系润滑剂,尤其适合使用球状二氧化硅、球状硅酮、球状碳酸钙等。
另外,双轴拉伸薄膜中除了上述润滑剂以外,还可以按照公知的配方配合其自身公知的薄膜用配合剂、抗粘连剂、颜料、各种抗静电剂、抗氧化剂等。
含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜的拉伸倍率通常优选宽度方向为3到5倍、长度方向为3到5倍的范围,另外,含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜的厚度通常优选为10到40μm的范围。
薄膜的厚度比上述范围厚时,切断刻痕部时,薄膜可能可能伸长而不断裂,可能耐羽状边缘性降低并且经济性方面不优选。另一方面,薄膜的厚度比上述范围薄时,盖成型时可能发生金属露出。
本发明中,上述含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜设置成易开盖的内表面侧的表层即可,也可以是在金属板一侧形成下层的二层结构。
作为下层,可以使用上述聚酯树脂中的任意一种,从加工密合性、抗凹性等观点出发,尤其适合由下述的聚酯树脂制成,该聚酯树脂以对苯二甲酸乙二酯单元为主体,以1到30摩尔%的量含有间苯二甲酸、萘二甲酸等的至少一种,且它的量比成为上层的双轴拉伸薄膜中的上述酸成分的配合量多。
使用二层结构时,下层的厚度优选为5到32μm的范围,从加工性、耐腐蚀性等观点出发,上层和下层的厚度比优选为1∶1到1∶4的范围。
(底漆)
本发明中,从省略目前的面漆层方面看,作为用于将上述含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜粘接到金属板上的底漆,重要的是显示出与金属板和聚酯薄膜两者优异的粘接性并且可以短时间固化,在本发明中,特别适合使用以95∶5到50∶50、尤其是80∶20到65∶35的比例(重量比)将数均分子量为3000到8000的范围的单末端改性环氧树脂和碱性甲阶酚醛型酚醛树脂配合而形成的物质。
该底漆可以短时间固化,并且能显著抑制双酚A等低分子量成分的溶出量,因此尤其适合用于内容品为食品或者饮料等的罐所使用的易开盖。
作为环氧树脂没有特别限制,例如双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、溴化环氧树脂、环式脂肪族环氧树脂等都可以使用,通常使用双酚A型环氧树脂或双酚F型环氧树脂。
作为改性剂,可使用例如苯酚、对烷基苯酚、对叔丁基苯酚等酚类、双酚以及有机酸类,作为优选的改性剂,可列举出苯酚、对甲酚、对叔丁基苯酚等。
构成本发明所使用的底漆的单末端改性环氧树脂,因为是将一个末端的环氧基改性而得到的环氧树脂,因此可以减少容易被罐的内容物从固化涂膜中提取的、通过分解等产生的低分子量成分,可以得到卫生性·风味性优异的固化涂膜。另外,两末端改性物与用于固化剂的苯酚的反应点少,因此涂膜固化时不被排入交联反应的可能性高,易成为损害卫生性·风味性的一个因素,故不优选。在末端未改性环氧树脂中低分子量的分解物变多,因此可能损坏风味性。
另外,单末端改性环氧树脂如上所述,特别优选数均分子量在3000到8000的范围,数均分子量比上述范围大时,可能与金属的密合性降低、耐羽状边缘性降低,另一方面,数均分子量比上述范围小时,底漆变脆,开口时底漆可能自聚集而受损,可能耐羽状边缘性降低。
另一方面,作为碱性甲阶酚醛型酚醛树脂,可以使用在催化剂的存在下使酚类与醛类反应而得到的树脂。作为酚类,可列举出邻甲酚、对甲酚、对苯基苯酚、对壬基苯酚、2,3-二甲苯酚、2,5-二甲苯酚、苯酚、间甲酚、3,5-二甲苯酚、双酚A、双酚F等。作为醛类,可列举出甲醛、乙醛等。
可以通过使上述单末端改性环氧树脂和碱性甲阶酚醛型酚醛树脂以上述的量比混合,并预备缩合以及根据需要添加催化剂从而获得本发明所使用的底漆。
单末端改性环氧树脂与碱性甲阶酚醛型苯酚的量比如上所述,优选为95∶5到50∶50、尤其为80∶20到65∶35的比例(重量比)的范围,环氧树脂的量比上述范围多时,底漆固化不充分,可能与金属的密合性降低、耐羽状边缘性降低。另一方面,环氧树脂的量比上述范围少时,可能引起苯酚的自缩合,往往底漆变脆。
作为催化剂,可列举出磷酸、盐酸、硫酸、对甲苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、草酸、醋酸等。
底漆层通常可以设定为0.3到3μm的厚度,可以预先设置在金属原材料上,或者可以设置在双轴拉伸薄膜或下层薄膜上。底漆的厚度比上述范围厚时,成型部的底漆产生聚集受损而可能产生薄膜的剥离和成型不良,另一方面,底漆层的厚度比上述范围薄时,可能密合性变差,耐羽状边缘性可能降低。
(金属板)
作为本发明所使用的金属板,可使用各种表面处理钢板或铝合金等轻金属板。作为表面处理钢板,可使用将冷轧钢板退火之后进行二次冷轧、并进行镀锌、镀锡、镀镍、电解铬酸处理、铬酸盐处理等表面处理中的一种或两种以上而得到的钢板。另外,可以使用实施了镀铝、铝压延等的覆盖铝的钢板。另外,作为轻金属板,除了所谓的纯铝板以外,还可以使用铝合金板。作为铝合金板,具体而言可列举出铝、铝-铜合金、铝-锰合金、铝-硅合金、铝-镁合金、铝-镁-硅合金、铝-锌合金、铝-锌-镁合金、铝合金制成的芯材以及铝纯度为99.5%以上的纯铝层制成的包覆材料等。另外,理想的是对铝材的表面进行磷酸铬处理、磷酸锆处理、磷酸处理等无机系表面处理、或聚丙烯酸处理、酚醛树脂、丹宁酸等有机系表面处理、以及将它们组合的有机无机复合表面处理等形成表面处理膜。
金属板的初始厚度根据金属的种类、容器的用途或者大小而不同,通常具有0.10到0.50mm的厚度即可,其中,为表面处理钢板的情况下具有0.10到0.30mm的厚度即可,为轻金属板的情况下,具有0.15到0.40mm的厚度即可。
(树脂覆盖金属板)
图1是表示本发明易开盖所使用的树脂覆盖金属板的一个例子的截面结构的图。总体用1表示的本发明的树脂覆盖金属板包括金属板2、在成为易开盖的内表面一侧的金属板2的表面上隔着底漆层3形成有含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜4。另外,在成为易开盖的外表面一侧的金属板2的表面上形成有保护涂膜6。
图2是在图1的树脂覆盖金属板中,含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜4为由上层4-1和底漆层3侧的下层4-2形成的二层结构的例子。
本发明所使用的树脂覆盖金属板如下形成:预先通过目前公知的方法制成上述的含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜,将其层叠在涂布了底漆的金属板上,或者在含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜上涂布底漆而层叠在金属板上。
(易开盖)
本发明的易开盖除了成型为使上述的树脂覆盖金属板的形成有含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜的面成为盖的内表面侧以外,可以采用目前公知的形状,可以是全面开放方式或部分开放方式中的任何一种。
关于易开盖的成型,首先在挤压成型工序中,将树脂覆盖金属板冲裁成圆板的形状,并且成型为所期望的盖形状。接着,在刻痕刻印工序中,使用刻痕模具,以刻痕从盖的外表面侧到达金属原材料的厚度方向途中的方式进行刻痕的刻印。在铆钉形成工序中,使用铆钉形成模具在以刻痕划分的开口用部形成向外表面突出的铆钉,在安装拉环工序中,使开口用拉环与铆钉嵌合,铆接铆钉的突出部而使拉环固定,从而成型为易开盖。
图3和图4表示作为本发明易开盖的一个例子的部分开放型的易开盖。图3为俯视图,图4表示图2的A-A线的截面图。
总体用10表示的本发明易开盖由中央面板部11、强化环状槽12以及最外周的卷边接缝部(wrap seam)13构成。中央面板部11有被刻痕14包围的开口预定部15,而且通过铆钉17固定有开口用拉环16。开口用拉环16具备把持用环18、压入用顶端19、铆钉固定用舌片20,压入用顶端19被设置成与开口预定部15重叠。强化环状槽12由内壁部22、径向部23以及外壁部(chuckwall)24构成、并与中央面板部11隔着中央面板径向部21,该外壁部24与接缝板部25和卷曲部26连接。在接缝板部25和卷曲部26的背面侧有槽27,该槽27中内衬有密封用组合物(未图示),在与罐身凸缘(未图示)之间利用二重卷边进行密封。
实施例
(铝合金板的洗涤)
使用市售的强碱系脱脂剂“Fine Cleaner 4377”(商标、NihonParkerizing Co.生产),在试剂浓度:20g/L、处理温度60℃、处理时间7秒的条件下,对市售的铝-锰合金板(JIS5021板厚:0.25mm)进行喷洗处理。然后,通过自来水洗涤残留在表面的碱性成分。
(对铝合金板的处理)
使用Nihon Parkerizing Co.生产的“Alchrome K702”的表面处理液,通过喷洗,在温度50℃~60℃、处理时间1秒~5秒的条件下,对所得的铝合金板进行表面处理,然后通过自来水洗涤未反应物,然后再用3000000Ω以上的去离子水洗涤,然后在80℃下干燥,得到表面处理铝板。
(底漆的制作)
在反应器中投入500重量份Japan Epoxy resin Co.生产的环氧树脂Epikote1010(分子量5500、环氧当量4000)、20重量份对叔丁基苯酚,边搅动边加热到60℃,然后加入0.4重量份10重量%浓度的氢氧化钠溶液,渐渐升温到140℃开始聚合,进而升温到170℃在内容物的粘度恒定的时候取出内容物,冷却到室温,从而得到用对叔丁基苯酚将单末端改性的环氧树脂(分子量5700、环氧当量7300)。
在氢氧化镁催化剂的存在下,使500重量份对甲酚和250重量份福尔马林反应,提纯,溶解于溶剂中,制造甲阶酚醛型苯酚甲醛树脂溶液。
以固体成分重量比为70∶30的量比将上述单末端改性环氧树脂和上述甲阶酚醛型苯酚甲醛树脂混合,进行预备缩合,以相对于固体成分为0.2重量份的比例配合磷酸而调制底漆(实施例1~5、比较例1~10)。
同样地以固体成分重量比为40∶60~98∶2的量比混合,进行预备缩合,以相对于固体成分为0.2重量份的比例配合磷酸而调制底漆(实施例6~12)。
另外,在反应器中投入500重量份Japan Epoxy resin Co.生产的环氧树脂Epikote 1010(分子量5500、环氧当量4000)、50重量份对叔丁基苯酚,边搅动边加热到60℃,然后加入0.4重量份10重量%浓度的氢氧化钠溶液,缓慢升温到140℃开始聚合,再升温到170℃在内容物的粘度恒定的时候取出内容物,冷却到室温,从而得到用对叔丁基苯酚改性两末端的环氧树脂(分子量5800、环氧当量14000)。
以固体成分重量比为70∶30的量比将两末端改性环氧树脂和上述甲阶酚醛型苯酚甲醛树脂混合,进行预备缩合,以相对于固体成分为0.2重量份的比例配合磷酸而调制底漆(实施例13)。
另外,以固体成分重量比为70∶30的量比将Japan Epoxyresin Co.生产的环氧树脂Epikote 1010和上述甲阶酚醛型苯酚甲醛树脂混合,进行预备缩合,以相对于固体成分为0.2重量份的比例配合磷酸而调制底漆(实施例14)。
(薄膜的制备)
将含有0.1重量%平均粒径1.5μm、平均粒径比1.1的球状二氧化硅润滑剂的11摩尔%间苯二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯在260~290℃熔融挤出,在转鼓上急剧冷却固化而得到未拉伸薄膜,其中该间苯二甲酸含有,接着将该未拉伸薄膜在80~110℃沿长度方向拉伸3~5倍,接着在90~130℃沿宽度方向拉伸3~4倍,然后将薄膜在160~195℃热固定,从而制造薄膜。该薄膜拉伸后的膜厚为30μm(实施例2、6~14)。
同样地制备润滑剂的平均粒径、平均粒径比、配合量不同的薄膜(实施例1、3~5、比较例1~10)。
另外,润滑剂的平均粒径和平均粒径比如下规定:用电子显微镜观察所使用的润滑剂,测定粒径和粒径比(长径/短径),求出n=50个的平均值。
(底漆对薄膜的涂布)
按照干燥后的厚度为1μm在上述薄膜的单面上涂布前述底漆,用100℃的烘箱干燥。
(层压板的制备)
将上述表面处理铝板加热到230℃,以层压辊温度150℃、通板速度150m/分钟将上述制备的涂布了底漆的间苯二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯树脂薄膜热层压成底漆涂布面为铝板一侧,并立刻用水冷却,从而制备单面层压的铝合金板。
(外表面涂料涂布)
在上述单面层压铝合金板的没有层压的面上涂布环氧尿烷(epoxyurea)涂料(干燥后的膜厚3μm),在185℃焙烧10分钟,得到铝合金罐盖用原材料。
(罐盖的制备)
在上述层压面存在于盖的内表面侧的方向上,将所制备的树脂覆盖铝合金罐盖用原材料冲裁成直径为68.7mm,对将成为卷曲部的内表面一侧的部分涂布密封剂,使其干燥,接着对盖的外表面一侧进行部分开放开口型的刻痕加工(刻痕残余厚度110μm、刻痕宽20μm)、铆钉加工以及安装开口用拉环,进行易开盖的制备。表1中示出各实施例和比较例的底漆的组成、以及润滑剂的平均粒径、形状、平均粒径比、配合量。
(评价方法)
进行下述评价,结果在表2中示出。
1.制膜时薄膜缠绕性
通过润滑剂的平均粒径和配合量会导致薄膜的滑动性不足且薄膜产生褶皱,评价薄膜有无褶皱。

2.铆钉成型工具的状态评价
在铆钉形成工序中,使用铆钉形成模具在以刻痕划分的开口用部形成向外表面一侧突出的铆钉,在安装拉环工序中使开口用拉环与铆钉嵌合,铆接铆钉的突出部并固定拉环时与铆钉内部接触的成型工具在成型约10万个后,对其状态进行评价。
3.盖的金属露出评价
以与易开盖嵌合的口径向带电极的丙烯酸酯树脂制容器中注入1%食盐水作为电解液,按照不漏液的状态安装易开盖。接着施加6.3V的电压,通过通电量A评价金属露出程度(另外,实际使用满意程度为0.5mA以下)。各用n=200个实施。

4.风味评价
向通常用于食品罐的TFS制两片罐身中填充蒸馏水,并按照常规方法将易开盖卷边接缝,进行杀菌机杀菌处理(125℃、30分钟),评价风味。

5.羽状边缘评价
对于易开盖,在杀菌机杀菌处理(115℃、60分钟)前后,实质上打开盖,评价开口部分的羽状边缘L的产生(另外,实际使用满意程度为1.5mm以下)。各用n=270个实施。

Claims (5)
1.一种易开盖,其由树脂覆盖金属板制成,该树脂覆盖金属板是在金属基体上隔着底漆而覆盖含润滑剂的双轴拉伸薄膜形成的,
其特征在于,前述润滑剂是平均粒径为0.5到2.5μm以及平均粒径比(长径/短径)为1.0到1.2的范围的球状,而且以0.05到0.5重量%的比例配合到双轴拉伸薄膜中,并且,前述双轴拉伸薄膜上没有形成面漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易开盖,前述双轴拉伸薄膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、间苯二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、萘二甲酸共聚聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的共混物中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易开盖,前述底漆是以95∶5到50∶50的比例(重量比)将数均分子量在3000到8000的范围的单末端改性环氧树脂和碱性甲阶酚醛型酚醛树脂配合而形成的物质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易开盖,前述底漆的厚度为0.3到3μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易开盖,前述双轴拉伸薄膜的厚度为10到40μm。
