Abstract
本发明提供一种环状体制造方法,该方法不必弯曲加工即可在坯材滚压成形并对接的过程中,对接的端面(切断面)平行。卷绕成卷状的轧制钢板1被拉出并按规定的尺寸切断,形成坯材2。此时,切断面2a以坯材2的厚度方向为基准倾斜1~3°,而且两端的切断面2a、2a的倾斜方向相反。滚压成形如此切断的坯材2使得两端的切断面2a、2a对接在一起。于是,由于上述两端的切断面2a、2a在相反方向上倾斜1~3°,所以切断面2a、2a能够以平行的方式对接在一起。因此,可将该对接部激光焊接形成筒状体3。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造环状体的方法,该环状体为如构成轮胎保护盘(tirewheel)的轮圈等。
背景技术
下面根据图4来说明通常的轮圈制造过程。首先,把卷成卷状的轧制钢板1按规定尺寸切成坯材2,将这种坯材2卷拢成形使两端的切断面对接,再把对接部通过电弧对焊形成筒状体3,随后该筒状体3以轮圈成形的方式形成轮圈4。
将上述坯材2卷拢成形使两端切断面对接时,如图5(a)所示,切断面2a彼此开放,且因电极夹持面不平坦而不能顺利进行电弧对焊接。因此,在现有技术中,如图5(b)所示,进行弯曲加工而使切断面2a彼此平行,并且,使电极夹持面变平且进行电弧对焊接。另外,在进行电弧对焊时,如图5(c)所示,因焊接部的内侧和外侧产生焊缝5的堆高,要通过后加工除掉这种焊缝5的堆高。
因此,在特开平3-275289号公报中,提出以激光焊接作为焊接方式。
采用激光焊接虽可以缩短焊接时间且不需要切掉焊接后的堆高,但是,用于使坯材切断面平行的弯曲加工却仍然是必须的,并且,不进行弯曲加工时,在激光焊接过程中必须要有埋入间隙的填充物,从而妨碍了轮圈制造效率的提高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明中的环状体制造方法,例如在切断卷绕为卷状的轧制钢板时,两端切断面以轧制钢板的厚度方向为基准倾斜,且使两端的切断面倾斜方向相反,而且在使两端切断面彼此对接时,沿这些切断面彼此平行的方向将坯材卷拢成形,对这些切断面之间进行激光焊接。
在此,在制造作为上述环状体的轮胎保护盘的轮圈时,以切断面的厚度方向作为基准的倾斜角优选1~3°。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图来说明本发明的实施例。图1为说明本发明中作为环状体的轮圈的制造方法的示意图。图2为图1主要部分的放大图,对于和现有技术实施例相同的部件(部位)采用相同编号。
首先,从卷绕成卷状的轧制钢板1中拉出轧制钢板,按规定的尺寸切断,形成坯材2。切断方法采用压力切割或者激光切割等方式。此时如图2(a)所示,切断面2a以坯材2的厚度方向为基准倾斜1~3°。而且两端的切断面2a、2a的倾斜方向相反。
将这种切断的坯材2卷拢成形并使得两端的切断面2a、2a对接在一起。于是,如上所述由于两端的切断面2a、2a在相反方向上倾斜1~3°,形成了一道缝隙,所以如图2(b)所示切断面2a、2a能够以彼此平行的方式对接在一起。因此,将形成了缝隙的该对接部激光焊接形成筒状体3。
此后,将筒状体3通过轮圈成形形成轮圈4。轮圈成形是在筒状体3的内侧和外侧设置具有仿造目的轮圈形状外形的成形模具,在上述内侧和外侧的成形模具之间夹持上述筒状体3,边旋转上述成形模具边拉伸筒状体3至轮圈形状。
图1所示的实施例表示压力切割的实施例。图3表示的另一实施例表示激光切割时的实施例,通过使由轧辊拉伸出且被切断的坯材2交替翻转,就能使卷拢成形时的切断面平行,不会浪费材料。
再者,图示例虽示出了作为环状体的轮圈,但本发明还可以适用于轮圈以外的环状体。
工业实用性
如上所述,根据本发明,制造轮圈等环状体时,由于激光焊接的坯材的两端切断面以坯材厚度方向为基准倾斜,所以将坯材卷拢成形成筒状时,相对的切断面之间不需要进行弯曲加工就可平行,且通过激光焊接,可时间短而且不会产生焊缝堆高地进行焊接。
Claims (2)
1、一种环状体的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
将轧制钢板切断作为坯材,该坯材两端的切断面以坯材厚度方向为基准倾斜,并且使两端的切断面倾斜方向相反;
将该坯材沿两个切断面彼此平行的方向卷拢成形,使坯材两端的切断面对接在一起;
激光焊接对接在一起的切断面,形成筒状体;
随后将该筒状体成形为具有规定形状的环状体。
2、如权利要求1所述的环状体制造方法,其特征在于:上述环状体为轮圈,而且以切断面厚度方向为基准的倾斜角为1~3°。
