Claims (4)
- 板材における長手方向の各端部に端曲げ加工を施す工程と、
端曲げ加工された前記板材の各端面を所定長さだけ除去する一次開先加工を施す工程と、
前記板材をリング形状に曲げ加工を施す工程と、
リング形状に曲げ加工された前記板材の各端面に二次開先加工を施す工程と、
前記板材の各端部同士を接合する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする円筒部材の製造方法。 - 前記二次開先加工は、前記板材の各端面同士が平行となるように加工することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒部材の製造方法。
- 前記二次開先加工は、リング形状に曲げ加工された前記板材の内周長さ及び外周長さに基づいて前記板材の各端面同士が平行となるように加工することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒部材の製造方法。
- 前記板材の各端部同士を電子ビーム溶接により接合することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の円筒部材の製造方法。
