Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料的液体容器,尤其是带有由栅条或板材制成的外壳和托盘式的底盘(palletenartiger Untergestell)的液体储运容器的内胆的制造方法。该容器制成长方六面体或立方体形状,包括四个侧壁,一个带有可用盖子关闭的流入接管的上底,一个下底,以及位于一侧壁下截面位置的、用于连接取出装置的排出口,其中该容器由管状预制成形件吹塑制成。
背景技术
在CN1669781A所公开的用于制造此类液体容器的方法中,液体容器由吹塑制成,且在容器前壁的凹龛外侧设有环形的夹持部,以便将最终吹塑好的容器定中心并夹持在焊接机中,并且在上述凹龛外侧有一个圆形的、直径与构造成闸阀或球阀的取出装置的公称直径相等的凹龛。在移除冷却了的容器之后,凹龛的底部被用定中心于其中的切割工具切除,以形成容器的排出口。此后,利用模制在流入接管上并被环形台肩在容器的排出口内找正中心的固定法兰,具有流入接管和流出接管的注塑壳体的取出装置被用对焊机焊接到排出口的外边缘上。
在另一种配设有取出装置的液体容器的制造方法中,设有外螺纹且作为注塑件预制好的流出接管被对焊机焊接到容器的排出口的外边缘上,而流出接管被模制在流出接管上的环形台肩定中心于容器的排出口内。预装配好的取出装置通过套在取出装置的流入接管上的锁紧螺母而被拧在焊接于液体容器上的流出接管上。
这些方法还没有在实践中证明自身。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是开发一种用来制造装有取出装置的塑料的液体容器的方法,该方法能够提高生产效率。
本发明的这个任务通过一种塑料的液体容器的制造方法,该容器制成长方六面体或立方体形状,包括四个侧壁,一个带有可用盖子关闭的流入接管的上底,一个下底,以及位于一侧壁下截面位置的、用于连接取出装置的排出口;其特征在于:容器(2)由管状的预成型件吹塑制成,其中在容器(2)的前壁(3)接纳取出装置(10)的凹龛(12)的后部(21)形成有止动法兰(19)或螺纹接管(20);用切割工具将所述容器(2)凹龛(12)在所述止动法兰(19)以及螺纹接管(20)范围内的部分切除,以制造容器(2)的排出口(11):以及用焊接机将预装配好的取出装置(10)焊接到所述止动法兰(19)或螺纹接管(20)上,其中为了将取出装置(10)焊接到容器(2)上,通过所述止动法兰(19)或螺纹接管(20)在所述焊接机内将容器(2)定中心并夹紧。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示的可作为一次性使用或重复使用的储运容器1,其主要构件有一个可更换的矩形的塑料液体容器2,该容器带有四个侧壁3-6,设有流入接管7和取出装置10,尤其是带一种转动阀(Klappenhahn),其中该流入接管7位于容器上底9上并可用盖子8关闭,该取出装置10连接在排出口11上,该排出口11位于容器下底13区域的容器前壁3上并用于接纳取出装置10的圆罩形凹龛12(domartige )之中。此外,储运容器1由水平及竖直交叉的金属栅条15,16构成的外罩14和托盘式底盘17。底盘17的长度与宽度尺寸符合欧洲标准规定,底盘17有用薄板制成的浅平盘状的底板18,用于支撑住塑料容器2。
容器2通过吹塑管状的预成型件而制成,其中在容器2的前壁3的容纳取出装置10的下凹龛12的后部21处形成有止动法兰19(Halteflansch)(图2)或螺纹接管20(图3)。在容器2冷却之后,用切割工具切除其凹龛12在止动法兰19以及螺纹接管20范围内的部分,以出制造容器2的排出口11。接着,借助于焊接机,尤其是反射焊接机(Spiegelschweiβmachine)将预装配好的取出装置10连带流入接管23焊接到容器2的止动法兰19及螺纹接管20上,其中取出装置10的注塑制成的塑料外壳22带有一个流入接管23和一个流出接管24,容器2在焊接机内通过止动法兰19或螺纹接管20对准中心和被夹紧。
