Abstract
Ved en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av plastbeholdere med en tappearmatur for væsker blir beholderen (2) fremstilt ved blåseforming av et slangeformet emne. Under blåseformingen utformes en holdeflens (19) eller en gjengestuss (20) på beholderen (2). Etter gjennomskjæring av beholderens (2) tømmeåpning (11) ved holdeflensen (19) henholdsvis gjengestussen blir den ferdig premonterte tappearmatur med sin innløpsstuss (23) sveiset til holdeflensen (19) henholdsvis gjengestussen (20) ved hjelp av en sveisemaskin. Under sveisingen holdes beholderen sentrert i sveisemaskinen ved hjelp av holdeflensen (19) eller gjengestussen (20).
Description
Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av plastbeholdere for væsker
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av plastbeholdere for væsker, særlig for anvendelse som innerbeholder for transport- og lagringsbeholder for væsker med en yttermantel av gitterverk eller platemateriale og med et pallelignende understell, hvilken plastbeholder er utformet som en kvaderformet eller kubisk beholder med fire sidevegger, en øvre vegg med en ved hjelp av et deksel lukkbar fyllestuss, en nedre vegg så vel som en tømmeåpning i det nedre avsnittet til en sidevegg, for tilslutning til en tappearmatur.
Ved en fra DE 102 42 954 Al kjent fremgangsmåte av denne typen for fremstilling av plastbeholdere for væsker, sveises tappearmaturens innløpsstuss til den ved hjelp av blåseforming fremstilte beholder. Denne fremgangsmåten har ikke vist seg gunstig i prak-sis.
Av tidligere kjent teknikk skal også nevnes DE 101 46 822 Al og DE 344 27 00 Al der førstnevnte publikasjon beskriver en framgangsmåte for fremstilling av en kunststoffbe-holder for væsker og der sistnevnte publikasjon beskriver en utløpsventil av plast for væskebeholdere.
Hensikten med oppfinnelsen er å tilveiebringe en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av med en tappearmatur forsynte plastbeholdere for væsker, hvilken fremgangsmåte utmer-ker seg ved at den gir en høy produksjonskapasitet.
Denne hensikt oppnås ifølge oppfinnelsen med den fremstillingsmåte som er angitt i pa-tentkrav 1.
Oppfinnelsen er forklart nærmere nedenfor under henvisning til tegningen, hvor
fig. 1 viser et perspektivriss av en som pallebeholder utformet væskebeholder av plast og
fig. 2 og 3 viser forstørrede riss av utløpsområdet til to ulike utførelsesformer av beholderen, delvis gjennomskåret.
Den som engangs- eller flerbruksbeholder anvendbare transport- og lagerbeholder 1 har som vist i figur 1 hovedkomponenter i form av en utbyttbar, kvaderformet beholder 2 av plast for væsker, med fire sidevegger 3 til 6, en øvre vegg 9 med en med et deksel 8 lukkbar fyllestuss 7, og med en tappearmatur 10, særlig i form av en spjeldventil. Tappearmaturen 10 er tilknyttet en tømmeåpning 11 anordnet i en domlignende inntrykning 12 i beholderens 2 frontvegg 3, i området ved beholderens nedre vegg 13. Videre inn-befatter lagringsbeholderen en yttermantel 14 av innbyrdes kryssende, horisontale og loddrette gitterstaver 15,16 av metall, samt et pallelignende understell 17 med euro-normtilpassede lengde- og breddemål. Plastbeholderen 2 hviler på understellet som et grunt bunntrau utformede bæreflate 18 av platematerialet.
Beholderen 2 fremstilles ved blåseforming av et slangeformet emne, idet en holdeflens 19 (fig. 2) eller en gjengestuss 20 (fig. 3) utformes i det bakre avsnittet 21 av en tappearmatur 10 opptagende nedre inntrykning 12 i beholderens 2 frontvegg 3. Etter en av-kjøling av beholderen 2 blir inntrykningen 12 ved holdeflensen 19 henholdsvis gjengestussen 20, skåret opp med et skjæreverktøy for tilveiebringelse av beholderens 2 tøm-meåpning 11. Deretter blir den ferdig premonterte tappearmatur 10, hvis sprøytestøpte hus 22 av plast har en innløpsstuss 23 og en utløpsstuss 24, ved hjelp av en sveisemaskin, særlig en speilsveisemaskin, sveiset til holdeflensen 19 med sin innløpsstuss 23 henholdsvis til beholderens gjengestuss 20. Beholderen 2 holdes sentrert i sveisemaskinen ved hjelp av holdeflensen 19 eller gjengestussen 20.

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av plastbeholdere (2) for væsker, særlig for anvendelse som innerbeholder for transport- og lagringsbeholdere (1) for væsker med en yttermantel (14) av et gitterverk (15,16) eller platemateriale og med et palle lignende understell (17), hvilken plastbeholder er utformet som en kvaderformet eller kubisk beholder med fire sidevegger (3 - 6), en øvre vegg (9) med en ved hjelp av et deksel (8) lukkbar fyllestuss (7), en nedre vegg (13) såvel som en tømmeåpning (11) i det nedre avsnittet av en sidevegg (3) for tilslutning til en tappearmatur (10),karakterisert vedat beholderen (2) blåseformes av et slangeformet emne, idet en holdeflens (19) eller en gjengestuss (20) utformes i det bakre avsnittet (21) til en tappearmaturen (10) opptagende nedre inntrykning (12) i beholderens (2) frontvegg (3), og at beholderens (2) inntrykning (12) utskjæres ved holdeflensen (19) henholdsvis gjengestussen (20) med et skjæreverktøy for tilveiebringelse av beholderens (2) tømmeåpning (11), og at den ferdig premonterte tappearmatur sveises til holdeflensen (19) eller gjengestussen (20) i en sveisemaskin, og at for sveising av tappearmaturen (10) til beholderen (2) holdes beholderen sentrert i sveisemaskinen ved hjelp av holdeflensen (19) eller gjengestussen (20).
