技术领域
本发明涉及塑料液体容器的制造方法。该塑料容器有:四个侧壁,一个底壁,一个顶壁,设置在顶壁上的可关闭的注入孔和塑料卸出阀,该卸出阀主要是闸阀或球阀,其具有带流入和流出接管的阀壳。其中,阀壳的流入接管连接在前壁的底部凹龛中的卸出孔上,该凹龛用来容纳卸出阀。
背景技术
关于德国专利DE10237808A1所介绍的塑料容器,它装有一个做成闸阀的液体卸出阀,用作运送容器。为了制造此种塑料容器,在吹塑成型时,将一个预先制造好的、放置在吹塑模中的塑料注射模塑零件即带有外螺纹的卸出接管与容器焊接起来。在塑料容器冷却脱模以后,利用一个引入在卸出接管中的切割刀具,从容器壁上割出一个卸出开孔。然后,用一只锁紧螺母,将卸出阀旋紧在液体容器的卸出接管上。
在另一种熟悉的、装有卸出阀的塑料容器制造方法中,在容器吹塑成型时,预先制造好的、放置在吹塑模中的塑料注射模塑零件即阀壳的流入接管与容器焊接在一起。在塑料容器冷却脱模以后,利用一个引入阀壳中的切割刀具,从容器壁上割出一个卸出开孔。然后,将锁闭装置及带操动柄的控制轴安装在阀壳之中。
在所介绍的两种制造方法中,都必须将卸出接管或卸出阀壳体放入到吹塑模之中。这样,吹塑成型的周期被延长了。进而降低了加工设备的生产效率。在第二种制造方法中,在塑料容器吹塑成型以后,还必须最后装配卸出阀,使加工设备的生产效率还要降低。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,开发一种用来制造装有卸出阀的塑料液体容器的方法。该方法比起现有的加工方法来,能够提高生产效率。
本发明的这个任务是通过一种塑料液体容器的制造方法来实现的,该容器有四个侧壁、一个底壁、一个顶壁、位于容器顶上可关闭的注入孔和主要是闸阀或球阀形式的塑料卸出阀,该卸出阀壳体包括进入接管和流出接管,其中,卸出阀壳体的进入接管连接在容器前壁处用来容纳卸出阀的下凹龛中的卸出开孔上,其特征是:塑料容器由吹塑成型来制造,在容器前壁的凹龛的外侧处至少有一个夹持轮缘,用所述夹持轮缘来定中心并使已吹塑成型的容器保持在焊接机上;在凹龛的外侧处还设有圆形凹坑,凹坑直径与卸出阀的标称尺寸(Nennweite)一致,凹坑的底部通过在凹坑中已定好中心的切割刀具来切割掉,用以形成容器的卸出开孔,通过卸出阀的进入接管处成型的固定法兰,将卸出阀焊接在容器卸出开孔的外边缘上。
本发明的这个任务还可通过上述塑料液体容器的另一种制造方法来实现,其中,在容器(2)吹塑成型时,在容器前壁的凹龛的外侧处至少有一个,用所述夹持轮缘来定中心并使已吹塑成型的容器保持在焊接机中;在凹龛的外侧处还设有圆形凹坑,其直径与卸出阀的标称尺寸一致,凹坑的底部通过在凹坑中定好中心的切割工具来切割掉,用以形成容器的卸出开孔;此外,将设有外螺纹的塑料卸出接管焊接在容器的卸出开孔的外边缘上,以便于通过锁紧螺母将卸出阀旋紧在卸出接管上。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示的可作为一次性使用或重复使用的储运容器1,其主要构件为一个可掉换的方形的塑料液体容器2,该容器有四个侧壁3-6,设有注入接口7和卸出阀10,其中该注入接口7设在容器顶壁9上并可用盖子8关闭,该卸出阀10连接在位于容器底壁13区域的容器前壁3上用于接纳卸出阀10的圆罩形凹龛12之中的卸出开孔11上。此外,储运容器1还包括由水平及竖直交叉的金属栅条14,15构成的外罩和平板架式托盘16。托盘16的长度与宽度尺寸符合欧洲标准规定,托盘16有用薄板做成的浅平盘状的底板17,用于支撑住塑料容器2。
塑料液体容器2在吹塑成型时,在容器前壁3的凹龛12的外侧19上,吹塑出用来定中心的环形夹持轮缘18,该夹持轮缘18可将已吹塑成型的容器2夹持在焊接机上;在凹龛12的外侧19上还吹塑出直径21与做成闸阀或球阀的卸出阀10的标称尺寸(图2)一致的圆形凹坑20,。当塑料容器2冷却脱模以后,利用一个在凹坑中已定好中心的切割刀具,将圆形凹坑20的底部22切割掉,以形成塑料容器2的卸出开孔11。然后,借助反射焊接机(Spiegelschweiβmaschine),将具有进入接管24和流出接管25的注射成型塑料壳体23的卸出阀10,通过在其进入接管24处成型的固定法兰26,焊接到卸出开孔11的外边缘28上(图3)。而固定法兰26通过在容器2的卸出开孔11中的环形定位台肩27来找正中心。
用图4和图5中所示的另一种方法,来制造装有卸出阀10的液体容器2时,借助反射焊接机将作为注射模塑零件预先制造好的、设有外螺纹30的卸出接管29焊接在容器2的卸出开孔11的外边缘28上。此时,卸出接管29通过在卸出接管29处成型的环形定位台肩31在容器2的卸出开孔11中找正中心。最后,在已焊接在塑料容器2上的卸出接管29上,通过套在进入接管24上的锁紧螺母32,将初装配好的卸出阀10旋紧在卸出接管29上。

1.一种塑料液体容器的制造方法,该容器有:四个侧壁、一个底壁、一个顶壁、一个位于容器顶上可关闭的注入孔和一个主要是闸阀或球阀形式的塑料卸出阀,该卸出阀壳体包括进入接管和流出接管,其中,卸出阀壳体的进入接管连接在容器前壁处用来容纳卸出阀的下凹龛中的卸出开孔上,其特征是:塑料容器(2)是由吹塑成型来制造,在容器(2)前壁(3)的凹龛(12)外侧(19)处至少有一个夹持轮缘(18),用所述夹持轮缘(18)来定中心并使已吹塑成型的容器(2)保持在焊接机上;在凹龛(1 2)的外侧(19)处还设有圆形凹坑(20),凹坑直径(21)与卸出阀的标称尺寸一致,凹坑(20)的底部(22)通过在凹坑中已定好中心的切割刀具来切割掉,用以形成容器(2)的卸出开孔(11),通过卸出阀(10)的进入接管(24)处成型的固定法兰(26),将卸出阀(10)焊接在容器(2)卸出开孔(11)的外边缘(28)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的制造方法,但其特征是:通过反射焊接,将卸出阀(10)的进入接管(24)焊接在容器(2)的卸出开孔(11)的外边缘(28)上。
3.一种塑料液体容器制造方法,该塑料液体容器有:四个侧壁、一个底壁、一个顶壁、一个位于容器顶上可关闭的注入孔和一个主要是闸阀或球阀形式的塑料卸出阀,该卸出阀壳体包括进入接管和流出接管,其中,卸出阀壳体的进入接管连接在容器前壁处用来容纳卸出阀的下凹龛中的卸出开孔上,其特征是:塑料容器(2)是由吹塑成型来制造,在容器(2)前壁(3)的凹龛(1 2)的外侧(19)处至少有一个夹持轮缘(18),用所述夹持轮缘(18)来定中心并使已吹塑成型的容器(2)保持在焊接机上;在凹龛(12)的外侧(19)处还设有圆形凹坑(20),凹坑直径(21)与卸出阀(10)的标称尺寸一致,凹坑(20)的底部(22)通过在凹坑(20)中定好中心的切割工具来切割掉,用以形成容器(2)的卸出开孔(11);此外,将设有外螺纹(30)的塑料卸出接管(29)焊接在容器(2)的卸出开孔(11)的外边缘(28)上,以便于通过锁紧螺母(32)将卸出阀(10)旋紧在卸出接管(29)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是:通过反射焊接,将卸出接管(29)焊接在容器(2)的卸出开孔(11)的外边缘(28)上。
