Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于二冲程发动机的进气装置,特别是用于手持式的工具,诸如电锯、自由切割机中二冲程发动机的进气装置。
背景技术
由DE 101 60 539 A1得知一种二冲程发动机的进气装置,其进气道通过一个分隔壁在节气门下游分为一个空气道和一个混合气道。在节气门范围内,分隔壁有一个孔,在节气门处于全负荷位置时该孔被关闭;在节气门处于怠速位置时,燃料可以通过连接孔由混合气道到达空气道,从而使空气道壁在怠速时也被燃料浸润。在进气装置摆动时,特别是在手持式工具摆动时,附着在进气道壁上的燃料会突然从进气道壁上脱落,从而再次给二冲程发动机加入较大的燃料量,导致二冲程发动机运转不稳定,同时使二冲程发动机废气排放值恶化。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种进气装置,以使二冲程发动机在摆动时也能稳定地运转。
这个任务通过一种进气装置来解决。该进气装置具有一个进气道,用一根节气门轴将节气门可摆动地支承在其中,其中节气门在怠速位置时很大程度上将进气道关闭并且在节气门下游在进气道中布置一个分隔壁,它将进气道分为一个空气道和一个混合气道,其中在节气门位于怠速位置时,在节气门的下游至少有一个燃料孔汇入混合气道,并且在节气门位于怠速位置时,在分隔壁和节气门轴之间有一个位于空气道和混合气道之间的连接孔,其特征是,在混合气道中的燃料孔和连接孔之间布置一个屏蔽元件。
在混合气道中的燃料孔和连接孔之间的流道上安置的屏蔽元件阻碍大量的燃料吸入空气道,从而降低燃料对空气道的浸润程度。沉积在进气道气道壁上的燃料量降低,因此在二冲程发动机摆动时突然吸入发动机中的燃料量也减少。二冲程发动机的运转因此而平稳,不随发动机的摆动而变化。
减少进入空气道中的燃料量可以通过节气门在怠速位置时紧贴在屏蔽元件上来达到。为了能够简单地平衡制造误差,并且使屏蔽元件和节气门之间达到良好的密封,则在屏蔽元件面对节气门的一端设置一个密封元件,节气门在怠速位置时紧贴在密封元件上。密封元件有利地具有一个密封唇。为了保证在部分负荷位置时也能够只有微少的燃料量进入空气道,则须将连接孔做成分隔壁和节气门之间的缝隙,从而也能够在节气门处于怠速位置时,以简单的方式实现更小的连接孔的流通横截面。为了对进气道中的流动关系产生很小的影响,则须使屏蔽元件的延伸基本上与分隔壁平行。一种简单的结构是将屏蔽元件基本上做成平直的。有利的是将屏蔽元件在沿进气道纵轴线的端面上固定在进气道壁上。此时,例如可以将屏蔽元件固定在进气道壁上沿进气道纵向延伸的槽中。但是为了将屏蔽元件固定在进气道中,也可以采用其他的方法。
在节气门下游的气道区段上,屏蔽元件将混合气道分为与燃料孔相通的第一分气道和第二分气道。第一分气道的流通横截面适宜地为该气道区段中混合气道流通横截面的3%~50%,最好为5%~30%。通过两个分气道的隔离,则很大程度上避免燃料从第一分气道流入第二分气道。
为了使混合气道在节气门处于全负荷位置时以简单的方式与空气道在较大的范围内分离,则须使分隔壁具有一个凹肩,节气门在全负荷时贴靠其上。节气门和燃料孔适宜布置在化油器中,其中的屏蔽元件以其位于下游的端部伸出化油器壳体,这样就可以在很大程度上避免屏蔽元件周围的燃料从混合气道被吸入空气道。一种简单的分隔壁结构是在化油器的下游安装一个法兰,而且一个分隔壁区段与法兰做成一体。此时,与法兰做成一体的分隔壁区段特别要伸入到化油器中。为了阻止燃料从混合气道进入节气门上游的空气道,须在节气门的上游布置一段分隔壁。

具体实施方式
图1表示的进气装置1是为将燃烧空气导入二冲程发动机,特别是用于手持式的工具,诸如电锯、自由切割机或类似工具的二冲程发动机。进气装置1具有一个进气道2,采用一根节气门轴4将节气门3可摆动地支承在进气道中,其中节气门3布置在化油器17中。按流动方向35,在化油器17上游可以安装一个空气滤清器,这在图1中未表示出。在化油器17的下游布置一个法兰19,例如可以是二冲程发动机的法兰。但是也可以是一个中间法兰。分隔壁8将进气道2分为一个空气道6和一个混合气道7。此时,分隔壁区段9处于节气门3的上游,而分隔壁区段10处于节气门3的下游。具有优点的方案是,分隔壁8在进气道2的整个长度上延伸,但是也可以将分隔壁8做成仅在节气门3的下游,这样就在很大程度上使无燃料的空气通过空气道6进入二冲程发动机,因此在很大程度上没有燃料的空气被专门用来进行燃烧室扫气。空气道6适宜地汇入二冲程发动机的溢流通道,其在活塞预先规定的位置使二冲程发动机的燃烧室与曲轴箱彼此相连。
为了使燃料进入混合气道7,而设置了主燃料孔11和许多怠速孔12、13、14,这些孔位于化油器17中,汇入混合气道7内。其中主燃料孔11布置在混合气道7的文丘里区段15范围内。怠速孔12和13在图1所示的节气门3的怠速位置5时,处于节气门3的上游;而怠速孔14则布置在节气门3的下游。在图1所示的节气门3的怠速位置时,燃烧空气通过怠速孔12和13从混合气道7被吸入,并经过怠速孔14在节气门3的下游进入混合气道7。在节气门3下游的混合气道7中布置一个屏蔽元件20。该屏蔽元件20的走向沿进气道纵轴线方向21,大致与分隔壁8平行。此时,屏蔽元件20在怠速孔14和连接孔16之间延伸。连接孔16位于节气门3的下游,构建在节气门3和分隔壁8之间,其在实施例中被做成较窄的缝隙。在图1用虚线所示的节气门3的全负荷位置22上,节气门3对于进气道2的流通截面只有很小的影响,连接孔16被节气门3关闭。此时全负荷位置时的节气门3贴靠在分隔壁区段9的凹肩23和分隔壁区段10的凹肩24上。屏蔽元件20在节气门3的怠速位置时,由节气门3伸向法兰19的方向,并以其位于下游的端部28经过化油器壳体18的位于下游的端部27伸入到法兰19中。节气门3处于怠速位置5时,适宜地贴靠在屏蔽元件20上。屏蔽元件20在节气门3下游,怠速孔14和连接孔16之间的气道区段29上延伸。如图2所示,屏蔽元件20以其与进气道纵轴线相平行的端部26固定在进气道壁面25里。屏蔽元件20是平直的,从而将混合气道7在气道区段29上分为一个第一分气道33(怠速孔14汇入其中)和一个第二分气道34(其在分隔壁8和屏蔽元件20之间延伸)。第一分气道33的流通截面最好等于混合气道7流通截面的3%~50%,特别是5%~30%。
具有优点的方案是,布置在节气门3下游的分隔壁区段10与法兰19做成一体,节气门3上游的分隔壁区段9与化油器壳体18做成一体。这样就减少零件的数量,简化进气装置1的制造和组装。
图3和图4表示出进气装置1的一个实施例。其中相同的附图标记表示与图1和图2相同的元件。在图3和图4所示的进气装置1的混合气道7中,布置有一个位于怠速孔14和连接孔16之间的屏蔽元件30。该屏蔽元件30以其走向与进气道纵轴线21相平行的端部26固定在进气道壁面25上,并且在与分隔壁8大致平行的方向上延伸。屏蔽元件30位于下游的端部38穿过化油器壳体18的位于下游的端部27,伸入到法兰19中。与此对置的屏蔽元件30的位于上游的端部31上布置一个密封元件,它被做成密封唇32。在图3所示的节气门3的怠速位置5时,节气门3紧贴在密封唇32上,因此屏蔽元件30将怠速孔14与连接孔16在气道区段29上隔离。
屏蔽元件在一个较长或较短的气道区段29上延伸是有利的。也可以规定,屏蔽元件不在进气道的整个宽度上延伸,因此混合气道不被完全分为两个分气道33和34。屏蔽元件也可以做成拱形。屏蔽元件也可以在节气门3位于怠速位置时与节气门3具有一段距离,只要避免燃料由怠速孔14通过连接孔16直接进入到空气道6中。

Claims (16)

1.用于二冲程发动机的进气装置,具有一个进气道(2),用一根节气门轴(4)将节气门(3)可摆动地支承在该进气道(2)中,其中节气门(3)在怠速位置(5)时很大程度上将进气道(2)关闭并且在节气门(3)下游在进气道(2)中布置一个分隔壁(8),它将进气道(2)分为一个空气道(6)和一个混合气道(7),其中在节气门(3)位于怠速位置(5)时,在节气门(3)的下游至少有一个燃料孔(14)汇入混合气道(7),并且在节气门(3)位于怠速位置(5)时,在分隔壁(8)和节气门轴(4)之间有一个位于空气道(6)和混合气道(7)之间的连接孔(16),其特征是,在混合气道(7)中的燃料孔(14)和连接孔(16)之间布置一个屏蔽元件(20、30)。
2.根据权利要求1的进气装置,其特征是,节气门(3)位于怠速位置(5)时贴靠在屏蔽元件(20、30)上。
3.根据权利要求2的进气装置,其特征是,在屏蔽元件(30)上面对节气门(3)的一端(31)上布置一个密封元件,在怠速位置(5)时节气门(3)贴靠在该密封元件上。
4.根据权利要求3的进气装置,其特征是,密封元件是密封唇(32).
5.根据权利要求1至3之一的进气装置,其特征是,连接孔(16)是分隔壁(8)和节气门(3)之间的缝隙。
6.根据权利要求1的进气装置,其特征是,屏蔽元件(20、30)沿与分隔壁(8)基本平行的方向延伸,其中屏蔽元件(20、30)基本上是平直的。
