Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基本上L形截面的装载元件,该装载元件可以与相应的装载元件共同安置在箱子底部,在箱子的两条平行下边缘之一上分别安装每一个装载元件,并且通过周向捆扎带或包装薄膜保持紧密邻接,其中所述装载元件可以形成所述箱子的支脚。
背景技术
已知当运输箱子时,使用上述类型的装载元件,装载元件与相应的元件一起沿所述箱子的两条平行下边缘布置,从而可以保护箱子。所述装载元件基本上为L形截面,并通过包装材料保持。在一个L形截面的板条上设有多个平行的、稍有间隙的肋。所述具有肋的L形截面的板条基本上被肋完全覆盖。妨碍使用叉式铲车提升箱子,因为很难将铲车的叉子插入到箱子下面而不损坏所述装载元件及其肋。这让人很不满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的装载元件,具有相对简单的结构,并且当两个相同的装载元件安装在箱子的两个平行下边缘时,所述装载元件可以使铲车的叉子插入到装载元件下(为了搬运箱子),而不会导致所述装载元件明显损坏或严重磨损。
根据本发明的装载元件特征在于一块L形截面的板条在打算面向所述装载元件的支撑表面的表面上,设有至少两个压制的中空凸起,其中两凸起具有至少为所述装载元件一半长度的间隙,并且,所述中空凸起基本上与所述L形截面的板条相交处的边缘相邻。结果,由于所述中空凸起,所述装载元件非常轻,而且非常耐久。当两个相同的装载元件安装在箱子的两个平行下边缘时,且捆扎带或包装薄膜已经缠绕在箱子和所述装载元件上时,在使用叉式铲车移动所述箱子时,所述装载元件仅受到轻微磨损,所述磨损仅限于带有所述中空凸起的板条的最外部分。所述装载元件的另一优点是在不使用时可以紧密叠放。
根据本发明,可以在所述板条两端或附近设置压制的小凸起,而在两个小凸起之间设有压制的大凸起,可选的在它们之间一半的长度上。因此这种装载元件适合用于运输特别重的箱子。
根据本发明,所述中空凸起可以基本上具有截头的金字塔形(截棱锥),从而中空凸起壁获得较好的刚度。
根据本发明,在所述板条的长度方向上,所述大凸起的长度为所述小凸起长度的1-3.5倍,从而获得了特别有益的实施例。
根据本发明,在基本上L型截面的板条之间的夹角可以介于82度和88度之间,可取的是85度。结果是当将所述装载元件安装在箱子下边缘上时,所述装载元件将紧密地靠在所述箱子上,然后将捆扎带或/和包装薄膜缠绕在所述箱子和装载元件上。
而且,根据本发明,每个中空凸起的壁上可以设有位于所述中空凸起周围的压制加强肋,从而使捆扎带的位置较容易地保持在每个装载元件上。
根据本发明,所述L形截面的第二板条的宽度基本上与所述L形截面的第一板条的宽度相等。已经证明这一实施例尤其有益。
根据本发明,所述装载元件可以由聚丙烯(PP)制成,然而所述中空凸起的外表面可以涂覆热塑性弹性体(TPE),该弹性体可以具有相对于支撑表面(例如卡车的平台)至少为0.5的摩擦系数μ。结果是,当安装在所述箱子上时--所述装载元件不会很容易地导致具有所述装载元件的箱子在所述支撑表面例如卡车的平台上滑动。
根据本发明,所述装载元件的长度可以介于750到770mm之间,可取的是760mm,并且所述中空凸起的高度可以稍微超过叉式铲车的叉子的厚度,可取的是35-40mm。因此可以将大部分铲车的叉子插入到所述装载元件下面。
根据本发明,其中两凸起具有小于或等于板条宽度一半的宽度。
此外,根据本发明,所述小凸起的长度可以小于或等于其宽度的一半。这一实施例尤其有益。
最后,根据本发明,所述大凸起的宽度可以小于所述小凸起的宽度,且所述大凸起的长度大于所述大凸起的宽度,可取的是所述宽度的1.7~2.0倍。已经证明这一实施例尤其有益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,基本上L形截面的装载元件1可以与相应的装载元件共同安置在箱子3的底部(参见图4),将每个装载元件分别安装在所述箱子的两个平行边缘3a和3b上。通过周向捆扎带5或包装薄膜使装载元件与所述箱子保持紧密邻接。在预计面向所述支撑表面(例如卡车的平台)的板条2上,所述装载元件1具有至少两个压制的中空凸起7′,7″,7′″。其中的两个凸起,即凸起7′和7′″之间的间隔a(参见图3)至少为所述装载元件1(参见图2)的长度1的一半。在图1中,实际间隔a约为0.80×1。所述凸起7′、7″、7′″的宽度b小于或等于所述板条2宽度b2的一半。所述凸起7′、7″、7′″毗邻所述装载元件的板条2和6相交的边缘4。
如图1所示,所述压制凸起7′和7′″可以较小,并位于所述装载元件的板条2的相对端部附近。所述凸起7″是一个较大的凸起,位于两个小凸起之间。可取的是,所述大凸起位于如图所示的两个凸起7′和7′″之间一半的位置上。
特别如图5所示,每个所述凸起可基本上具有截棱锥形状。在其侧面,所述截棱锥可以具有压制的加强肋10a、10b、10c(并不是所有的加强肋都有附图标记)。这些肋可从所述凸起伸出或延伸到所述凸起中。
所述大凸起7″可具有长度x″(参见图3),相当于所述小凸起7′和7′″长度x的1-3.5倍。在所述装载元件1的基本上L型的截面上,所述板条2和6之间的夹角v可介于82到88度之间,可取的是约85度。
如图6所示,至少在L形截面的板条2和6的远离箱子的表面上可设有导向槽或导向凸起8。所述导向槽或导向凸起可以定位用于所述装载元件和所述箱子3的包装带5的定位,或使缠绕包装在所述装载元件和箱子周围的塑料薄膜稳定。然而,未示出后一种选择。可以使用拉伸薄膜和收缩薄膜。
如图1所示,L形截面的第二板条6可具有宽度b6,该宽度基本上是L形截面的第一板条2的宽度b2的一半。
所述装载元件可以由聚丙烯(PP)制成。而且在所述凸起7′、7″和7′″的外表面上设有热塑性弹性体(TPE)制成的涂层12,以增加装载元件和支撑表面(例如卡车的平台)之间的摩擦。可选的是,所使用的弹性体与所述支撑表面之间的摩擦系数μ至少为0.5。
所述装载元件的长度介于750和770mm之间,可取的是760mm,并且所述凸起7′、7″和7′″的高度h(图2)可以稍微超过叉式铲车的叉子厚度;通常所述高度为35~40mm。
如图3所示,所述小凸起7′和7′″的长度x可以小于或等于它们宽度b的一半。
如图1-3所示的所述大凸起7″的宽度b″可以稍小于所述小凸起7′和7″的宽度b。
本发明可以以多种方式改进,而不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (18)

1.一种装载元件(1),该装载元件适于由叉式铲车搬运,且具有基本上L形的截面,该装载元件与同样种类的另一个装载元件共同安置在箱子(3)的底部,在所述箱子的两个平行下边缘(3a,3b)上分别安装一个装载元件,并通过周向捆扎带(5)或包装薄膜使装载元件与所述箱子保持紧密邻接,从而所述装载元件可以形成箱子的支脚,一块L形截面的板条(2)在打算面向所述装载元件的一个支撑表面的表面上设有至少两个压制的中空凸起(7′,7″,7′″),其特征在于:这些排成一排的中空凸起中的最外端两个具有至少为所述装载元件长度(l)一半的间隔(a),而且所述中空凸起(7′,7″,7′″)基本上毗邻所述L形截面的板条(2,6)相交的边缘(4),且所述中空凸起之间的间隔可以使叉式铲车的叉子插入其间。
2.如权利要求1所述的装载元件,其特征在于:压制的中空凸起中的小凸起(7′,7′″)位于所述一块板条(2)的任一端,而压制的中空凸起中的大凸起(7″)位于两个小凸起(7′,7′″)之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装载元件,其特征在于:所述中空凸起(7′,7″,7′″)具有基本上截棱锥的形状。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的装载元件,其特征在于:所述大凸起(7″)的长度(X″)为所述小凸起(7′,7′″)的长度(X)的1-3.5倍。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的装载元件,其特征在于:在基本上L形的截面上板条(2,6)之间的夹角(v)介于82到88°之间。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的装载元件,其特征在于:每一中空凸起(7′,7″,7′″)的壁设有在所述中空凸起周围的压制加强肋(10a,10b,10c)。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的装载元件,其特征在于:至少在L形截面的第二板条(6)的、背离箱子(3)的表面上设有导向槽或导向凸起(8),所述导向槽用于定位缠绕在所述装载元件和所述箱子(3)周围的包装带(5),或用于使缠绕包装在所述装载元件和箱子(3)周围的塑料薄膜稳定。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的装载元件,其特征在于:L形截面的第二板条(6)的宽度(b6)基本上是L形截面的第一板条的宽度(b2)的一半。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的装载元件,其特征在于:所述装载元件由聚丙烯制成,然而所述中空凸起(7′,7″,7′″)的外表面涂覆有热塑性弹性体,该弹性体与支撑表面之间的摩擦系数μ至少为0.5。
