技术领域
本发明涉及一种液化石油喷射(LPI)车辆中的燃油泵消音装置。具体来说,本发明涉及一种根据液化石油气(LPG)开关的启动来控制燃油切断阀和燃油泵的操作的装置。
背景技术
一般来说,使用LPG作为燃料的车辆被设计为将LPG以气态的形式喷射到引擎中。LPG从燃油箱中提供并通过蒸发器和混合器来转化成为气体。然而,LPG引擎在引擎的输出功能、燃油经济性、车辆以低温启动、废气等等中有一些缺点。因此,目前已经发展并使用LPI引擎车辆。
LPI引擎车辆被构造来使用安装在燃油箱中的燃油泵通过燃油路线将LPG燃油压缩地传输到喷射器。然后,喷射器将燃油以液态喷射到引擎中来提高引擎的输出、燃油的经济性、在低温下车辆的启动功能,并减少了废气。
在LPI引擎车辆中,一个切断阀分别安装在燃油箱和调节器中。如果LPG开关在引擎运行时被切断,该接口箱(IFB)关闭切断阀并停止燃油流过喷射器。
这样,在传统LPI引擎车辆中,当LPG开关关闭时,燃油箱中的切断阀和调节器被关闭来停止燃油供给。然而,有一个缺点在于当引擎停止时,燃油泵通过使用另一个能源来继续运行指定的一段时间,由此引起了由于燃油泵的不必要运行所带来的噪音增加和输出消耗。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施例提供了一种在LPI车辆中的燃油泵消音装置,该装置适合在LPI开关关闭时,来关闭调节器和燃油箱的切断阀并停止燃油泵,由此减小了燃油泵的不必要操作所引起的噪声和输出消耗。
液化石油喷射(LPI)车辆中的燃油泵消音装置包括了一个液化石油器(LPG)开关。构造多个切断阀来经由LPG开关通过接收电池能量而激活。燃油箱中的燃油泵经由LPG开关通过接收电池能量来激活。
燃油泵和切断阀被分别并联到防止电压冲击的二极管上。
切断阀安装到调节器和燃油箱中。

具体实施方式
参考图1,根据本发明的实施例的一个燃油泵消音装置包括LPG开关10、调节器20中的切断阀21、燃油箱30中的切断阀31、燃油箱30中的燃油泵32,和用来控制燃油的接口箱(IFB)电子控制单元(ECU)40。
LPI引擎具有引擎管理系统(EMS)ECU和IFB的ECU,用于控制引擎和燃油来激活车辆。
该LPG开关10根据驾驶员的操作来打开或关闭。在紧急情况或可能燃油泄漏的情况下,驾驶员关闭LPG开关10来停止燃油供应以避免燃油泄漏或类似的任何危险。
当通过LPG开关10提供的电池能量(B+,12V的电源来自主继电器的后侧)通过关闭LPG开关10被停止时,调节器20的切断阀21和燃油箱30的切断阀31关闭来停止燃油供应。
而且,当LPG开关10被关闭且通过LPG开关10供应的电池能量(B+)停止时,燃油箱30的燃油泵32也停止运行。
调节器20的切断阀21、燃油箱30的切断阀31,和燃油泵32被优选地分别并联连接到防止电压冲击的二极管(D1、D2,和D3)。因此,防止了切断阀21和31和燃油泵32由于LPG开关10的开启或关闭时所产生的电压的冲击而损坏或不良地运行。
下面将对根据本发明实施例中的LPI车辆中的燃油泵消音装置的操作和效果进行详细描述。
如果驾驶员在引擎运行时关闭LPG开关10,提供给调节器20的切断阀21、燃油箱30的切断阀31和燃油泵32的电池能量被隔离且阀21和31被关闭。因此,通过喷射器的燃油供应停止,且燃油泵32停止运行。
也就是说,如果LPG开关10在引擎运行时被关闭,调节器21的切断阀21和燃油箱30的切断阀31被关闭且燃油泵32停止运行。
而且,在LPG开关打开或关闭时,电压冲击的出现被防止电压冲击的二级管(D1、D2和D3)消除,这样,防止了由于电压冲击对切断阀21和31和燃油泵32造成的损坏或故障。
如前所述,本发明有一个优点,即,当引擎停止和LPG开关关闭时,燃油箱和调节器的切断阀关闭且燃油泵停止,由此有效地减少了由燃油泵的不必要操作所引起的噪声和引擎输出消耗。

Claims (4)

1.一种液化石油喷射引擎车辆中的燃油泵消音装置,包括:
一个液化石油气开关;
构造多个经由所述液化石油气开关通过接收电池能量而激活的切断阀;和
一个经由所述液化石油气开关通过接收电池能量而被激活的燃油箱中的燃油泵。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃油泵消音装置,其中所述燃油泵并联连接一个防止电压冲击的二极管。
3.如权利要求1所述的燃油泵消音装置,其中每个所述切断阀分别并联连接防击电压冲击的二极管。
4.如权利要求1所述的燃油泵消音装置,其中所述切断阀安装在调节器和所述燃油箱中。
