Description
Herbizides Mittel Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein herbizides Mittel, welches als Wirkstoff einen neuen Bicyclo[n.l.0]- alkyl-harnstoff enthält. Es sind aus der Literatur N-Bicyclo3.3.0]- und N Bicyclo[3.2.1]octyl-N',N'-disubstituierte Harnstoffe als selektive Herbizide bekannt (deutsche Auslegeschrift Nr. 1221841), deren Wirkung bei niederen Anwendungskonzentrationen unbefriedigend sind. Das erfindungsgemässe herbizide Mittel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff neue Bicyclo[n.1.0]- alkyl-harnstoffe der Formel I: EMI1.1 in der R1 Wasserstoff, einen niederen Alkyl- oder Alkoxyrest, R2 einen niederen Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Alkinylrest, und n eine Zahl von 3 bis 6 bedeuten, enthält zusammen mit einem für die Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern geeigneten Verteilungsmittel und/oder Trägerstoff. Die neuen N-Bicyclo[n.l.O]alkyl- harnstoffe der Formel I besitzen eine bessere herbizide Wirksamkeit als die obengenannten Verbindungen. In der allgemeinen Formel I sind unter niederen Alkylresten R1 und R2 geradkettige oder verzweigte Reste mit 1 bis 6, vorzugsweise 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen zu verstehen, z. B. Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl, Iso- propyl, n-Butyl, sec. Butyl, tert. Butyl, Isobutyl. Als niedere Alkenyl- und Alkinyl-Reste R2 sind z. B. der Allyl-, Methallyl-, ein Propenyl-Rest, der Propinyl- oder ein niederer Alkylpropinyl-Rest zu verstehen. Die neuen Bicyclo[n. 1.0] alkyl-harustoffe der Formel I können hergestellt werden, indem man ein Bi cyclo[n.l.O]alkyl-isocyanat der Formel II EMI1.2 in der n der Zahl 3, 4, 5 oder 6 entspricht, mit einem Amin der Formel III EMI1.3 worin R1 und R2 die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, umsetzt. Die Bicyclo[n.1.0]alkyl-harnstoffe der Formel I werden auch erhalten, indem man ein Bicyclo[n.l.O]alkyl- amin der Formel IV EMI1.4 entweder a) mit einem Carbamoylhalogenid der Formel V EMI1.5 in der Hal Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, oder b) mit den Bildungskomponenten eines solchen Carb amoylhalogenids nämlich Phosgen und einem Amin der Formel III EMI1.6 oder c) mit einem Halogenkohlensäurederivat der For mel VI C1-CO-R (VI) in der R Chlor oder den Phenoxyrest bedeutet, in ein Carbaminsäurederivat überführt und dieses mit einem Amin der Formel IlI umsetzt, oder d) in den Fällen, in denen R1 Wasserstoff bedeutet, mit einem Isocyanat der Formel VII R2NCO (VII) umsetzt, wobei in den Formeln II bis V und VII die Symbole R1, R2 und n die unter Formel I ange gebenen Bedeutungen haben. Es ist ratsam, die Umsetzungen a), b) und c) in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels, wie einer organischen Base, z. B. eines tertiären Amins, usw., oder einer anorganischen Base, z. B. einem Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetall-hydroxid oder -oxid- oder einem Alkalicarbonat oder -hydrogencarbonat durchzuführen. Für die Umsetzung c) verwendet man als Kohlensäureester vorzugsweise Chlorkohlensäurephenylester oder Chlor-thiokohlensäurephenylester und erhält als Zwischenprodukt folgende Carbaminsäureester: N-(Bicyclo[n. 1.0] alkyD-O-phenyl-carbaminsäure- ester, N-(Bicyclo[n. 1 alkyl)-O(S)-phenyl-thiocarbamin- säureester, und bei Verwendung von Phosgen N-(Bicyclo[n. 1 .O]alkyl)-carbamoylchlorid. Die Umsetzungen werden üblicherweise in Gegenwart von gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt. In Betracht kommen beispielsweise die folgenden: aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe und Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Chloroform, chlorierte Äthylene, N,N-dialkylierte Amide, wie Dialkylformamide, Äther und ätherartige Verbindungen wie Tetrahydrofuran und Dioxan, hochsiedende Ketone wie Methyläthylketon und Diäthylketon. Die neuen Harnstoffe der Formel I, in der R1 einen Alkoxyrest und R2 einen niederen Alkylrest darstellen, können auch durch nachträgliche Alkylierung eines N Bicyclo[n. 1 .O]alkyl-N'-hydroxyharnstoffes mit üblichen Alkylierungsmitteln, wie z. B. Alkylhalogeniden, Dialkylsulfaten, usw. in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels hergestellt werden. Die N-Bicyclo[n. 1 .O]alkyl- N'-hydroxyharnstoffe können ihrerseits durch Umsetzung eines Bicyclo[n.l.O]alkyl-isocyanates mit einem O-Alkyl- hydroxylamin erhalten werden [0. Scherer, et. al, Angew. Chemie 75, 851-854 (1963)]. Die als Ausgangsstoffe dienenden Bicyclo[6. 1 .0]alkyl- isocyanate werden erhalten, indem man ein reaktionsfähiges funktionelles Derivat der entsprechenden Bicycloalkancarbonsäure nach dem Curtius-Verfahren durch thermische Zersetzung des Azides der Bicyclo [3.1 .0]hexan-6-carbonsäure, der Bicyclo[5 .1 .0]octan-8- carbonsäure und der Bicyclo[6. 1 .0]nonan-9-carbonsäure zu dem entsprechenden Isocyanat abbaut. Die Azide der genannten Bicycloalkancarbonsäuren werden erhalten, indem man a) das Carbonsäurechlorid mit einem Alkaliazid umsetzt, b) einen niederen Alkylester mit Hydrazin und salpetriger Säure umsetzt oder c) die freie Säure mit einem niederen Chlorameisensäure-alkylester und Alkalimetallazid in Gegenwart eines tertiären Amins [J.Weinstock, J. org. Chem. 26, 3511 (1961)] umsetzt. Die Umsetzungen werden vorzugsweise in Gegenwart eines Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittels durchgeführt. Das Azid wird direkt durch Erhitzen in einem Lösungsmittel, vorzugsweise einem aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoff, in das Isocyanat überführt. Von den unter Formel II fallenden Isocyanaten sind das Bicyclo[3 .1 .0]hexyl(6)isocyanat, das Bicyclo[5 .1.0]- octyl(8)-isocyanat und das Bicyclo[6. 1 .0]nonyl(9)-isocyanat nicht bekannt. Die als Ausgangsstoffe dienenden Bicyclo[n. 1.0]- alkyl-amine der Formel IV werden erhalten, indem man das entsprechende Isocyanat entweder a) mit einem Alkanol oder b) mit einer Säure erhitzt. Im ersten Fall erhält man den dem verwendeten Alkanol entsprechenden Carbaminsäureester (Urethan), der sauer oder alkalisch zum Amin hydrolysiert werden kann. Für die zu bevorzugende alkalische Hydrolyse sind anorganische Basen, zum Beispiel die Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallhydroxide und -carbonate besonders gut geeignet. Die saure Hydrolyse wird mit Halogenwasserstoffsäuren, halogenierten Essigsäuren oder mit Gemischen solcher Säuren durchgeführt. Als Lösungsmittel können Wasser, Alkanole und Alkanol-Wasser-Gemische verwendet werden. Im Fall b) erhält man das Amin-Salz, das durch Neutralisation in die freie Base übergeführt wird. Von den unter Formel IV fallenden Bicyclo[n.l.0]- alkylaminen sind ebenfalls das Bicyclo[3.1 .0]hexyl(6)- amin, das Bicyclo[5. 1 .O]octyl(8)-amin und das Bicyclo [6.1 .0]nonyl(9)-amin nicht beschrieben worden. Weiter können die Amine der Formel IV nach dem Säureamid-Abbau nach Hofmann hergestellt werden, indem man ein entsprechendes Bicycloalkancarbonsäure amid in Gegenwart eines Brom oder Chlor abgebenden Mittels und in Gegenwart eines Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetallhydroxids, eines Alkalimetallalkanolates erhitzt. Für den Säureamid-Abbau können folgende Lösungsmittel verwendet werden: Wasser, Alkanole, insbesondere niedere Alkanole, sowie dem gegebenenfalls verwendeten Alkalimetallalkanolat entsprechende Alkanole. Bei Verwendung von Alkanolen erhält man als Zwischenprodukt einen Carbaminsäureester, der wie im vorangehenden beschrieben in das Amin übergeführt wird. Die Bicycloalkylisocyanate der Formel II sowie die Bicycloalkylamine der Formel IV können in zwei isomeren Formen, als exo- und endo-Isomeres vorliegen. Die neuen Harnstoffe der Formel I besitzen ausgezeichnete herbizide Eigenschaften. Da die herbizide Wirksamkeit sowohl den aus exo- als auch aus endoisomeren Aminen und Isocyanaten erhaltenen Harnstoffen eigen ist, werden vom Ausdruck Harnstoffe der Formel I exo-, endb und das Gemisch der beiden isomeren Bicyclo[n. 1 .O]alkyl-harnstoffe umfasst. Sie können zur Bekämpfung mono- und dicotyler Unkräuter und Ungräser verwendet werden. In Konzentrationen zwischen 0,2 und 8 kg/ha wirken die neuen Harnstoffe als selektive Herbizide. Von diesen Wirkstoffen werden auch schwer bekämpfbare sowie tiefwurzelnde Unkrautarten, z. B. Leguminosen und Doldengewächse, erfasst. Ihre Applikation kann mit gleich gutem Erfolg sowohl vor dem Auflaufen (preemergence) als auch nach dem Auflaufen (postemergence) der Pflanzen erfolgen. So können Ackerunkräuter, wie z. B. Hirsearten (Panicum sp.), Senfarten (Sinapis sp.), Gänsefussarten (Chenopodiaceaen), Ackerfuchsschwanz (Alopercurus sp.) Kamillearten (Matricaria sp.), vernichtet oder im Wachstum behindert werden, ohne dass bei Nutzpflanzen, wie Getreide usw., Schäden hervorgerufen werden. Toluollösungen mit Natriumbicarbonatlösung und trocknet bei 0 über Natriumsulfat. Die Lösung des Carbonsäureazids wird nun vorsichtig auf 70800 erhitzt, bis die heftige Stickstoffentwicklung abgeklungen ist. Man erhitzt die Lösung noch 1,2 Stunde unter Rückfluss und destilliert das Toluol ab. Der Rückstand wird im Vakuum fraktioniert. Das Bicyclo[6.1 .O]nonyl-9-exo-iso- cyanat siedet bei 1161200/13 mm. In ähnlicher Weise werden, unter Verwendung entsprechender Bicyclo[n.1.0]alkyl-carbonsäurealkylester, folgende Isocyanate der Formel II hergestellt. Bicyclo[3.1 .0]hexyl-(6)-exo-isocyanat Kp19 66-690 Bicyclo[4.1 .0]heptyl-(2)-exo-isocyanat Kp14 83-850 Bicyclo[5.1 .0]octyl-(8)-exo-isocyanat Kp12 92-950 Beispiel 2 In eine Lösung von 40 g Bicyclo[4.1.0]heptyl-(7)isocyanat in 200 ml Benzol leitet man unter Feuchtigkeitsausschluss und Eiskühlung Dimethylamin ein, bis die Lösung gesättigt ist, man rührt noch 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur. Der entstandene Kristallbrei wird abgesaugt, mit Petroläther gewaschen und getrocknet. Man erhält 50 g N-Bicyclo[4.1.0]heptyl-(7)-N',N'-dimethyl- harnstoff, der aus Benzol umkristallisiert, den Smp. 131 bis 1320 hat. Beispiel 3 40 g Bicylo[51.0]octyl-(8)-exo-amin und 1 g Tri äthylamin werden in 500 ml Benzol gelöst und bei e50 18,5 g Methylisocyanat zugetropft. Anschliessend wird das Reaktionsgemisch noch 2 Stunden bei 250 gerührt, dann werden alle flüchtigen Bestandteile im Vakuum entfernt. Der Rückstand ist kristallin. Der N-Bicycla [5.1 .0]octyl(8)-N'-methylharnstoff hat aus Benzol/Hexan umkristallisiert den Smp. 108-1100. Das als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete Bicyclo[5 .1.0]- octyl(8)-exo-amin wird wie folgt hergestellt: 17,5 g Bicyclo[5 .1 .0]octyl-(8)-exo-isocyanat werden in 175 ml Benzol gelöst, mit 60 ml konzentrierter Salzsäure versetzt und 2 Stunden unter Rückfluss erhitzt, bis die CO2-Entwicklung abgeklungen ist. Man destilliert das Benzol im Vakuum ab und stellt den braunen Rückstand mit konzentrierter Natriumhydroxidlösung stark alkalisch, worauf sich das freie Amin als braunes Ö1 abscheidet. Das Bicyclo [5.1.0]octyl-(8)-exo-amin wird im Vakuum destilliert und siedet bei 75-780/15 mm als farbloses Öl. nu = 1,4881. In ähnlicher Weise werden folgende Amine hergestellt: Bicyclo[3 .1 .0]hexyl-(6)-exo-amin Kpao 56-570 Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl-(9)-exo-amin Kpst 86-88 Beispiel 4 Zu einer Lösung von 40 g Bicyclo[5 .1 .0]octyl-(8)- exo-amin und 33 g Triäthylamin in 500 ml Benzol tropft man bei 5-100 35 g Dimethylcarbamoylchlorid, gelöst in 100 ml Benzol. Nach 3 Stunden Rühren bei 250 filtriert man das ausgeschiedene Triäthylaminhydrochlorid ab, wäscht die Benzollösung mit Wasser, trocknet und verdampft das Benzol im Vakuum. Der kristallin ausfallende N-Bicyclo[5.1.0]octyl-(8)-N',N'-dimethylharnstoff hat, aus Benzol/Hexan umkristallisiert, den Smp. 100-1020. Beispiel 5 50 g Bicyclo[4.1.0]heptyl-(7)-carbamoylchloride, die in 50 ml Petroläther suspendiert sind, werden mit einem Überschuss von trockenem Methylamin bei 0 bis 50 versetzt. Nach 2 Stunden Rühren bei Raumtemperatur wird der Petroläther entfernt und der Rückstand in Wasser suspendiert. Der N-Bicyclo[4. 1 .0]heptyl-(7)- N'-methyl-harnstoff wird abgesaugt, getrocknet und hat, aus Hexan/Benzol umkristallisiert, den Smp. 145-146 . Das als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete Bicyclo[4.1.0]heptyl-(7)-carbamoyl-chlorid wird folgendermassen hergestellt: 40 Teile Bicyclo[4.1.0]heptyl-(7)-amin [J. Org. Chem. 28, 3356 (1963)] werden in 500 Volumteilen Petroläther gelöst und diese Lösung wird bei 0 mit Phosgen gesättigt. Das N-Bicyclo[4.1.0l]heptyl-(7)-carb- amoyl-chlorid fällt als weisser Niederschlag aus und hat den Smp. 41-450. Die Suspension des Bicyclo[4.1.0]- heptyl-(7)-carbamoylchlorids in Petroläther wird direkt in die oben beschriebene Reaktion eingesetzt. Beispiel 6 a) Zu einer Lösung von 7,0 g Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl- (9)-isocyanat in 50 ml absol. Äther tropft man unter Kühlung und Rühren eine wässrige Lösung von 2,0 g N-Methylhydroxyl-amin. Nach einer Stunde trennt man die organische Schicht, extrahiert die wässrige Schicht nochmals mit 50 ml Diäthyläther und verdampft den Diäthyläther im Vakuum und kristallisiert den erhaltenen festen Rückstand aus Hexan um. Man erhält 6,5 g N-Bicyclo[6. 1 .0]nonyl-(9)-N'- hydroxy - N'- methyl - harnstoff vom Smp. 93-940. b) Zu einer Lösung von 4,3 g N-Bicyclo[6.1 .0]- nonyl-(9)-N'-hydroxy-N'-methyl-harnstoff in 50 ml Methanol fügt man unter Eiskühlung eine methanolische Lösung von 0,9 g Natriumhydroxid und anschliessend tropfenweise 3,4 g Diäthylsulfat. Man rührt 8 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur, verdampft das Methanol zum grossen Teil im Vakuum und versetzt mit Eiswasser. Das ausgeschiedene Ö1 wird mit Methylenchlorid extrahiert. Nach dem Verdampfen des Lösungsmittels erhält man ein viskoses Öl, das bald kristallin erstarrt. Durch Umkristallisieren aus Hexan werden 3,2 g N-Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl-(9)-N'-äthoxy-N'methyl-harnstoff als farblose Nadeln von SMP. 67-68 erhalten. Entsprechend den vorstehenden Beispielen wurden die folgenden Harnstoffderivate der allgemeinen Formel I hergestellt: Die genannten Wirkstoffe sind gegenüber Getreide (Hafer diente als Versuchspflanze) tolerant. Erst bei Aufwandmengen von über 10 kg/ha zeigten sich schwere Schäden, die von den im Handel befindlichen Harnstoff Derivaten: N-Phenyl-N',N'-dimethylharnstoff und N-3,4- Dichlor-phenyl-N',N'-dimethylharnstoff schon bei Aufwandmengen von 2 kg/ha und darunter auftraten. Zur Herstellung von herbiziden Mitteln werden die Wirkstoffe mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen und/oder Verteilungsmitteln vermischt. Zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums kann man diesen Mitteln noch andere Herbizide zumischen, beispielsweise aus der Reihe der Triazine, wie Halogen-diamino-8-triazine, Alkoxy- und Alkylthioaiamino-s-tnazine, Triazole, Diazine, wie Uracile, aliphatische Carbonsäuren und Halogencarbon- säuren, halogenierte Benzoesäuren und Phenylessigsäuren, Aryloxyalkancarbonsäuren, Hydrazide, Amide, Ni- trile, Ester solcher Carbonsäuren, Carbaminsäure- und Thiocarbaminsäureester, andere Harnstoffe usw. Vertreter solcher beimischbaren herbiziden Wirkstoffe sind z. Die folgenden Beispiele veranschaulichen die Herstellungsverfahren der neuen Harnstoffe der Formel I. Sofern nichts anderes vermerkt ist, sind Temperaturen in Celsius angegeben. Beispiel I In eine Lösung von 240 g Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl(9)- exo-isocyanat in 1000 ml absolutem Toluol leitet man bei 0-10 Dimethylamin ein, bis sich ein tYberschuss des Gases nachweisen lässt. Nach einer Stunde destilliert man das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum ab und kristallisiert den Rückstand aus Hexan-Benzol um. Man erhält 230 g farblosen N-Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl(9)-N'N'-dimethyl-harnstoff vom Smp. 136-138 . Das als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete Bicyclo[6.1.0]- nonyl(9)-exo-isocyanat wird wie folgt hergestellt: a) Zu einer Mischung von 13 g 98% igem Hydrazinhydrat und 2 ml Dioxan tropft man bei etwa 100 unter Rühren 20 g Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonan-9-carbonsäureäthyl- ester [S. Akiyoshi u. T. Matsuda, J. Amer; Chem. Soc. 77, 2476 (1955)]. Nach beendeter Zugabe des Esters erhitzt man die Mischung noch 8 Stunden unter Rückfluss und kühlt ab. Man rührt den entstandenen Kristalibrei mit 100 ml Petroläther und saugt ab. Das Hydrazid wird mit Eiswasser neutral gewaschen und im Vakuum getrocknet. Aus Hexan-Toluol umkristallisiert schmilzt das Bicyclo L6.1 .0]nonan-9-carbonsäurehydrazid bei 176-177 . b) 32 g Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonan-9-carbonsäure-hydrazid werden bei -5 bis +5 in einer Mischung von 25 g konz. Salzsäure und 350 ml Wasser gelöst und zu einer Mischung von 100 ml Wasser, 28 g konz. Salzsäure und 250 ml Toluol unter starkem Rühren getropft. Gleichzeitig wird eine Lösung von 15 g Natriumnitrit in 50 ml Wasser zugetropft. Vorauflauf-Versuch Der Wirkstoff wird als 10Siges Pulver-Konzentrat in einer Konzentration von 100 mg/Liter Erde einge arbeitet. In die so vorbereitete Erde (Saatschalen) wer den folgende Testpflanzen eingesät: Hafer, Senf, Ray15. N-Bicyclo[5.1.0]octyl-(8)-N'-methyl-N'-methoxy harnstoff 16. N-Bicyclo[5.1.0]octyl-(8)-N'-alkyl-harnstoff 17. N-Bicyclo[5.1.0] octyl-(8) -N' -methyl-N'-( l '-methyl propinyl)-harnstoff 18. N-Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl-(9)-N'-methyl-harnstoff 19. N-Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl-(9)-N',N'-dimethyl-harnstoff 20. N-Bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyl-(9)-N'-methyl-N'-methoxygras, Hirse, Tomate und Wicke. Die Schalen werden dann im Gewächshaus bei 20 bis 24 C und 70 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit unter Tageslicht gehalten. Die Auswertung des Versuches er folgte nach 20 Tagen und die Beurteilung nach dem 10er Index: 10 = Pflanzen unbeschädigt = Kontrolle 0 = Pflanzen abgestorben 9-1 = Zwischenstufen der Schädigung. harnstoff 21. N-BicycloG.1 .O]nonyl-(9)-N'-methyl-N"-(l"-methyl- propinyl) -harnstoff Das lOSige Pulver-Konzentrat hat die folgende Zusammensetzung: 10 Teile Wirkstoff, 0,6 Teile Dibutylnaphthalin sulfonsäure-Natrium-Salz, l Teil Naphthalinsulfonsäuren- Phenolsulfonsäuren-Formaldehyd-Kondensat (3 : 2 : 1), 10 Teile Natrium-Aluminium-Silikat und 78,4 Teile In diesem Versuch wurden folgende Wirkstoffe geprüft: Tabelle 11 1. Nachauflauf-Versuch Hafer- und Senfpflanzen werden im 4- bis 6-Blatt- Stadium mit einer wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 25 % igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) in einer Konzentration von 0,5 g Wirkstoff pro m2 Erde ge spritzt. Die Pflanzen werden dann bei 25-28 C und 40-50 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit gehalten. 14 Tage nach der Behandlung wird der Versuch ausgewertet. Die Bonitieruna erfolgt nach dem 1 Oer Index: 7. Im 4-Blatt-Stadium werden die Pflanzen mit einer 2 % igen wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 25 % igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat der unter a) angegebenen Zusammensetzung) behandelt und anschlie ssend bei 25-28 und 40-50 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit unter Tageslicht gehalten. Nach 18 Tagen wird der Versuch ausgewertet; die Bonitierung erfolgt nach dem 9. Index. Dann werden die Saatschalen bei 22-23 und 50-70 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit unter Tageslicht gehalten. Als Testpflanzen wurden eingesät: Italienisches Raygras (Lolium multiflorum) Hirse (Setaria italica, Panicum italicum) Senf (Sinapis alba) Weizen (Triticum vulgare) Baumwolle (Gossypium herbaccara) Die Bonitierung erfolgte nach 28 Tagen und die Beurteilung nach dem 9er Index. 1 = Pflanzen abgestorben 9 = Pflanzen unbeschädigt = Kontrolle 8-2 = Zwischenstufen der Schädigung Die jeweiligen Aufwandmengen sind in Tabelle V angegeben. Zusammensetzung des 25 eigen Spritzpulvers: 25 Teile Wirkstoff, 10 Teile Natrium-Aluminium-Silikat, 0,6 Teile Natriumdibutylnaphthylsulfonat, 1,0 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäuren-Phenolsulfon säuren-Formaldehyd-Kondensat 63,4 Teile Kaolin. Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer herbizider Mittel erfolgt z. B. in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und Vermahlen von Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Formel I mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen, goge- benenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispersions- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können als Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate, Umhüllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgranulate, Homogengranulate, Spritzpulver (wettable powder), Pasten, Emulsionen oder Lösungen zur Anwendung gelangen. Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgrits, Ataclay, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate, Na- trium- und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate (Feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxyd, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngmittel, wie Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphate, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff, gemahlene pflanzliche Produkte, wie (: :;etreide- mehl, Baumrindemehl, Holzmehl, Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver, Rückstände von Pflanzenextraktionen, Ak- tivkohle uswö., je für sich oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage. Die Korngrösse der Trägerstoffe beträgt für Stäubemittel zweckmässig bis etwa 0,1 mm, für Streumittel etwa 0,075 bis 0,2 mm und für Granulate 0,2 mm oder mehr. Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den festen Aufarbeitungsformen betragen 0,5 bis 80S. Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionenaktive und kationenaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft- und Klebemittel) undíoder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarkeit (Dispergatoren) gewährleisten. Als Klebemittel kommen beispielsweise die folgenden in Frage: Olein-Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylglykol- äther von Mono- und Dialkylphenolen mit 5-15 Äthyl- lenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, Ligninsulfonsäuren, deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Polyäthylenglykoläther (Carbowaxe), Fettalkoholpolyäthylenglykoläther mit 5-20 Äthylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Athylen- oxid, Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Harnstoff-Form- aldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte. In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, das heisst Spritzpulver (wettable powder), Pasten und Emul sionskonzentrate stellen Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt werden kön- nen. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Antischaummitteln und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration in diesen Mitteln beträgt 5-80 S. Die Spritzpulver (wettable powder) und Pasten werden erhalten, indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise die vorstehend für die festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten in Frage. In manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoffe zu verwenden. Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise verwendet werden: Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-, Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze von Ligninsulfonsäure, weiter Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkaliund Erdalkalimetallsalze der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfon- säure, Fettalkoholsulfate, wie Salze sulfatierter Hexan decanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole und Salze von sulfatiertem Fettalkoholglykoläther, das Natriumsalz von Oleyläthionat, das Natriumsalz von Oleoylmethyl- taurid, ditertiäre Acetylenglykole, Dialkyldilaurylammo niumchlorid und fettsaure Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze. Als Antischaummittel kommen zum Beispiel Silicone in Frage. Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zusät n so vermischt, vermahlen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den Spritzpulvern der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis 0,04 mm und bei den Pasten von 0,03 mm nicht überschreitet. Zur Herstellung von Emul- sionskonzentraten und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel, wie sie in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische Lösungsmittel und Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispielsweise die folgenden in Frage: Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethylsulfoxyd und im Bereich von 120 bis 350 siedende Mineralölfraktionen. Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch, den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert und dürfen nicht leicht brennbar sein. Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen Lösungs- mitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst. Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alkylnaphthaline, Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet werden. Die Lösungen sollen die Wirkstoffe in einem Kon ntrationsbereich von 1 bis 20% enthalten. Den beschriebenen erfindungsgemässen Mitteln lassen sich andere biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So können die neuen Mittel ausser den genannten Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I zum Beispiel Insektizide, Fungizide, Bakterizide, Fungistatika, Bakteriostatika oder Nematozide zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums enthalten. Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können ferner noch Pflanzendünger, Spurenelemente usw. enthalten. Im folgenden werden Aufarbeitungsformen der neuen Harnstoffe beschrieben. Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile. Beispiel 7 Zur Herstellung eines %igen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: 5 Teile N-Bicyclo[5.1.0]octyl-(8)-N'-methyl- harnstoff, 0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin, 0,25 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther ( Genapol > ) 3,50 Teile Polyglykol ( Carbowax > ) 91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3-0,8 mm). Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und in 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschlie ssend im Vakuum verdampft. Beispiel 8 Zur Herstellung eines a) 50 % zu igen, b) 25 %igen und c) 10 %igen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet: a) 50 Teile N-bicyclo[5.1.0]octyl-(8)-N',N'- dimethyl-harnstoff 5 Teile Natriumdibutylnaphthylsulfonat 3 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Phenolsulfon säuren-Formaldehyd-Kondensat 3 :2: 1 20 Teile Kaolin 22 Teile Champagne-Kreide; b) 25 Teile N-Bicyclo[4.1.0]heptyl-(7)-N'-cyclo- propyl-harnstoff 5 Teile Oleylmethyltaurid-Na-Salz, 2,5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyld Kondensat 0,5 Teile Carboxymethylcellulose 5 Teile neutrales Kalium-Aluminiumsilikat 62 Teile Kaolin; c) 10 Teile N-Bicyclo[4.1.0]heptyl-(7)-N'-1',1'- dimethyl- 1 '-cyano-methyl-harnstoff 3 Teile Gemisch der Natriumsalze von gesättigten Fettalkoholsulfaten, 5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäuren-Formaldehyd Kondensat, 82 Teile Kaolin. Der angegebene Wirkstoff wird auf die entsprechenden Trägerstoffe (Kaolin und Kreide) aufgezogen und anschliessend vermischt und vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver von vorzüglicher Benetzbarkeit und Schwebefähigkeit. Aus solchen Spritzpulvern können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Wirkstoffkonzentration erhalten werden. Derartige Suspensionen werden zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern in Kulturpflanzungen verwendet. Beispiel 9 Zur Herstellung einer 45 % igen Paste werden folgende Stoffe verwendet: 45 Teile N-Bicyclo[3.1.0]hexyl-(6)-N'-methyl- harnstoff 5 Teile Natriumaluminiumsilikat 14 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther (aGenapol) 1 Teil Oleylpolyglykoläther (eGenapola) 2 Teile Spindelöl 10 Teile Polyglykol eCarbowax ) 23 Teile Wasser. Der Wirkstoff wird mit den Zuschlagstoffen in dazu geeigneten Geräten innig vermischt und vermahlen. Man erhält eine Paste, aus der sich durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration herstellen lassen. Die Suspensionen eignen sich zur Behandlung von Gemüsepflanzungen. Beispiel 10 Zur Herstellung eines 10 % igen Emulsionskonzentrates werden 10 Teile N-Bicyclo[3.1.0]hexyl-(6)-N'-methyl N'-methoxy-harnstoff, 15 Teile Oleylpolyglykoläther mit 8 Mol X3ithylen- oxyd, 75 Teile Isophoron. miteinander vermischt. Dieses Konzentrat kann mit Wasser zu Emulsionen auf geeignete Konzentrationen verdünnt werden. Solche Emulsionen eignen sich zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern in Kulturpflanzungen, wie z. B. Baumwolle, Mais usw.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCHHerbizides Mittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff einen bicyclo[n.1.0]alkyl-harnstoff der Formel I EMI9.1 in der Rz Wasserstoff, einen niederen Alkyl- oder Alkoxyrest, R2 einen niederen Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder ALkinylrest, und n eine Zahl von 3 bis 6 bedeuten, zusammen mit einem für die Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern geeigneten Verteilungsmittel und/ oder Trägerstoff enthält.UNTERANSPRUCEI Herbizides Mittel gemäss Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es neben dem Wirkstoff und dem Verteilungsmittel und/oder Trägerstoff noch andere herbizide und/oder biozide Stoffe enthält.
