Description

  

  Zusatzpatent     zum    Hauptpatent Nr. 306381.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kupferhal-          t.igen        Disazofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeich  net, dass man 1     Mol    der     Tetrazoverbindung     von     4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dimethoxydiphenyl    mit  1     11o1        1,8-Dioxynaphthalin-3,

  6-disitlfonsäure     und 1     Mol        l.-Oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    v     er-          eini;t    und den so erhaltenen Farbstoff mit  Kupfer abgebenden Mitteln behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  21,8 kg     4,4'-Diamino-3,3        =dimethoxydiphe-          nyl    werden in der üblichen Weise     tetramtiert.     Zu der nötigenfalls filtrierten     Tetrazolösung     gibt man bei 0  eine neutrale Lösung des       Natriumsalzes    von 32 kg     1,8-Dioxynaphthalin-          3,6-disulfonsäure    und lässt anschliessend unter  Eiskühlung eine Lösung von     Natriumcarbonat     einlaufen, so dass am Schluss schwach alkalische       Reaktion    vorhanden ist.

   Wenn keine     Tetrazo-          @-erbindung    mehr nachweisbar ist, gibt man  eine mit überschüssigem     Natriumcarbonat    ver  setzte Lösung des     Natriumsalzes    von 23 kg     1-          Oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    hinzu und führt  die Kupplung durch Zugabe von Natronlauge  unter Rühren über Nacht zu Ende. Der er  haltene Farbstoff kann durch Anwärmen und  Aussahen abgeschieden und durch Auswaschen  mit schwachem Salzwasser gereinigt werden.  Er färbt Baumwolle in     grünstichig    blauen  Tönen. Die Lösungsfarbe in konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure ist     blaugrün,    in Wasser lebhaft  blau.  



  Zwecks Überführung in die Kupferverbin  dung gibt man zur Lösung des Farbstoffes in  etwa 5000 1 Wasser eine Lösung von 55 kg  kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat und<B>1501</B> Am  moniakwasser (Dichte 0,935) und rührt in  geschlossenem, mit Kühler versehenem Gefäss  längere Zeit bei etwa 85-95 , bis die Kupfer  komplexbildung beendet ist. Ein Arbeiten in  kupfernem Gefäss oder in Gegenwart von       Cuprosalzen    kann auf die Lebhaftigkeit der  Färbungen des Farbstoffes vorteilhaft wirken.  Die     Farbstofflösung    wird nötigenfalls filtriert  und der Farbstoff mit Steinsalz abgeschieden.

    Er bildet nach dem Trocknen ein dunkles was  serlösliches Pulver und färbt Baumwolle,  Kunstseide, Leder oder     Polyamidfasern    in  sehr lichtechten     rotstichigen    Blautönen. Die  Lösungsfarbe in Wasser ist     rotstichig    blau, in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure blaugrün.

  <I> Example: </I> 21.8 kg 4,4'-diamino-3,3 = dimethoxydiphenyl are tetramized in the usual way. A neutral solution of the sodium salt of 32 kg of 1,8-dioxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid is added to the tetrazo solution, filtered if necessary, and a solution of sodium carbonate is then run in while cooling with ice, so that at the end there is a weakly alkaline reaction.

  To convert the dye into the copper compound, add a solution of 55 kg of crystallized copper sulfate and 1501 ammonia water (density 0.935) to dissolve the dye in about 5000 liters of water and stir for a long time in a closed vessel equipped with a cooler at around 85-95, until the copper complexation is complete. Working in a copper vessel or in the presence of cupro salts can have a beneficial effect on the vividness of the coloration of the dye. If necessary, the dye solution is filtered and the dye is deposited with rock salt.

    After drying, it forms a dark, water-soluble powder and dyes cotton, rayon, leather or polyamide fibers in very lightfast reddish blue tones. The solution color in water is reddish blue, in concentrated sulfuric acid blue-green.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 1 Mol der Tetrazoverbin- dung von 4,4'-Diaminö-3,3'-dimethoxydiphenyl mit 1 Mol 1,8-Dioxynaphthalin-3,6-disulfon- säure und 1 Mol 1-Oxynaphthalin-4-sulfon- säure vereinigt und den so erhaltenen Farb stoff mit Kupfer abgebenden Mitteln behan delt.
