Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhal  tigen     Disazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        tetra-          zotiertes        4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dimethoxy-diphen        @-1     in beliebiger Reihenfolge nacheinander mit  1     Mol        1-Oxy-naphthalin-3,8-disttlfonsäure    und  1     3-o1    2-     (4'-Benzoylamino-phenylamino)

          -5-          oxy-naphthalin-7-sulfonsäure    kuppelt und den  erhaltenen     Disazofarbstoff    mit kupferabgeben  den     -Mitteln    behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue Farbstoff stellt ein  dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in     -Wasser    mit  blauer Farbe löst und     Cellulosefasern    in leb  haften blauen Tönen .färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu der Zwischenverbindung aus 24,4 Tei  len     tetrazotiertem        o-Dianisidin    und 30,4 Teilen       1-Oxy-naphthalin-3,8-disulfonsäure    wird eine       sodaalkalische    Lösung von 43,5 Teilen 2-(4'       Benzoylamino-phenylamino)-5-oxy-naphthalin-          7-sulfonsäure    zugegeben und bis zur Beendi  gung der     Farbstoffbildung    verrührt.  



  Der     Disazofarbstoff    wird in 2500 Teilen  Wasser bei 80 bis 85  gelöst und bei dieser  Temperatur 400 Teile einer     Kupferoxydammo-          niaklösung,    die 50 Teile     krist.    Kupfersulfat    und 120 Teile     konz.        wässrigen    Ammoniak ent  hält, zugefügt. Es wird 4 bis 5 Stunden auf  80 bis 85  erhitzt und nach Zufügen von wei  teren 50 Teilen einer     konz.        Ammoniaklösung     15 bis 20 Stunden auf 90 bis 95  erhitzt. Der  gebildete Kupferkomplex wird mit Kochsalz  ausgefällt, filtriert und getrocknet.

   Er     stellt     ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sieh in Wasser mit  blauer Farbe löst und     Cellulosefasern    in leb  haften blauen Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit  und guter     Nasseehtheit    färbt.

  <I> Example: </I> To the intermediate compound of 24.4 parts of tetrazotized o-dianisidine and 30.4 parts of 1-oxynaphthalene-3,8-disulfonic acid, an alkaline soda solution of 43.5 parts of 2- ( 4 'Benzoylamino-phenylamino) -5-oxy-naphthalene-7-sulfonic acid was added and the mixture was stirred until the dye formation was complete.



  The disazo dye is dissolved in 2500 parts of water at 80 to 85 and at this temperature 400 parts of a copper oxide ammonia solution, the 50 parts of crystalline. Copper sulfate and 120 parts of conc. containing aqueous ammonia, added. It is heated to 80 to 85 hours for 4 to 5 hours and, after adding more white 50 parts of a conc. Ammonia solution heated to 90 to 95 for 15 to 20 hours. The copper complex formed is precipitated with common salt, filtered and dried.

   It is a dark powder that dissolves in water with a blue color and dyes cellulose fibers in vivid blue shades of good lightfastness and good wetness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 1 Mol tetrazotiertes 4,4'- 1)iamino-3,3'-dimethoxy-diphenyl in beliebiger Reihenfolge nacheinander mit 1 Mol 1-Oxy- naphthalin-3,8-disulfonsäure und 1 Mol 2-(4' Benzoylamino-phenylamino)-5-oxy-naphthalin- 7-sulfonsäure kuppelt und den erhaltenen Dis- azofarbstoff mit kupferabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
