Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Disazofarbstoffes. (regenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhalti- ,;
Process for the preparation of a copper-containing disazo dye. (Regenstand present patent is a method for producing a copper-containing,;
-en disazo dye. The process is characterized in that diazotized 4- .liiiiiio-4'-nitro-stilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid is combined with 7-amino-2-methoxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid, the aminoazo dye obtained is further diazotized and with 2 - (- 1'-ethoxy-phenyl)
-amino-5-oxytnaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid combined to form the disazofa dye and finally the dye thus obtained is converted into the complex copper compound by treatment with copper-donating agents.
The new copper-containing disazo dye s1 is in a hurry. is a dark powder that dissolves in water with a green color and colors cellulose fibers in (lunar-green tones with very good lightfastness.
Example: 40 parts of 4-nitro-4'-amino-stilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid are diazotized in the usual way and the diazo compound is converted into a very weakly alkaline solution of 25.3 parts 1-aniino-2 -inetlioxy-naphthalene-6-sulfonic acid to run.
After the coupling has ended, the aminoazo dye is further diazo- ated at a temperature of 16-20. After several hours, the diazo vein is then combined in the presence of pyridine in a soda-alkali solution with 34.5 parts of 2- (4'-lletlioxy-phenyl) -amino-5-oxy-naphthalin-7-sulfonic acid .
After the coupling is complete, the disazo dye formed is precipitated with sodium chloride, isolated and cleaned by thorough washing or dissolving. The purified dye is then converted into the copper complex compound by one of the known methods, for example in the following manner: For the hot aqueous solution of the dye, a solution containing 50 parts of conc. Ammonia, 25 parts crystall. Run copper sulfate in 100 parts of water.
It is then heated to 90 to 95 for 16 to 20 hours, the copper complex formed is isolated by precipitation with sodium chloride and dried.
The dried dye is a dark powder that dissolves in water with a green color and dyes cellulose fibers in dark green shades of very good lightfastness.
