Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 133478. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen, wertvollen metallhaltigen Azof arb- stoff erhält, wenn man den Polyazofarbstoff aus 1 Mol. diazotiertem 4-Chlor-2.-amino-l- phenol, 1 Mol. diazotierter Pikraminsäure und 1 Mol. 2,1' - Azonaphthalin - 5,
5' - dioxy - 2' - arnino-7,7'-disulfosäure mit Chrom- und kup ferabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff ist trocken ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in Wasser, verdünnten Alkalien und in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grünstichig grauer Farbe löst. Baumwolle und Viskose werden aus neutralem oder schwach alkali schem Glaubersalzbad in echten Grautönen egal angefärbt.
Beispiel: 53,5 Teile des Farbstoffes 2,1'-Az3naph- tha-lin- 5,5'-.dioxy- 2'-amino - 7,7' - disulfosäure werden zusammen mit,50 Teilen,Soda in 600 Teilen Wasser gelöst.
Bei<B>6-8'</B> gibt man die Diazoverbindung .aus 14,4 Teilen 4-Chlor- ?-amino-phenol zu und nach einiger Zeit noch die Diazoverbindung aus 19,9 Teilen Pikraminsäure. Nach 16 Stunden. wird der gebildete Azofarbstoff filtriert.
Man löst den A@zofarbstoff in 4000 Teilen Wasser, versetzt mit 7,6 Teilen Cr2Q als F'luorchromlösung und erhitzt 24 Stunden zum ,Sieden. Nach ,Zugabe von 30 Teilen Kupfersulfat erhält man einen Chrom- und kupferhaltigen Farbstoff, der wie üblich iso- liert werden kann.

It has been found that a new, valuable metal-containing azo dye is obtained if the polyazo dye is obtained from 1 mole of diazotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-phenol, 1 mole of diazotized picric acid and 1 mole of 2, 1 '- azonaphthalene - 5,
5 '- dioxy - 2' - arnino-7,7'-disulfonic acid treated with chromium and copper donating agents.
The new metal-containing dye is a dry, dark powder that dissolves in water, diluted alkalis and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a greenish gray color. Cotton and viscose are dyed in real gray tones from a neutral or slightly alkaline Glauber's salt bath.
Example: 53.5 parts of the dye 2,1'-az3naphtha-lin-5,5 '-. Dioxy-2'-amino-7,7' - disulfonic acid are mixed with 50 parts of soda in 600 parts of water solved.
At <B> 6-8 '</B>, the diazo compound from 14.4 parts of 4-chloro-? -Amino-phenol is added and, after a while, the diazo compound from 19.9 parts of picric acid is added. After 16 hours. the azo dye formed is filtered.
The azo dye is dissolved in 4000 parts of water, 7.6 parts of Cr2Q as fluorochromium solution are added and the mixture is heated to boiling for 24 hours. After adding 30 parts of copper sulphate, a chromium and copper-containing dye is obtained which can be isolated as usual.
