  Apparat zum Iiitten von Fensterscheiben.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Apparat zum Kitten von Fensterscheiben, mittels welchem das   Kitten vereinfacht    und rationell gestaltet wird. Der Kitt ist im Apparat   zweckmässig    luftdicht   versehlossen,    damit er lange in der   streielifertigen    Weichheit erhalten bleibt.



   Der erfindungsgemässe Apparat zum Kitten von Fensterscheiben   zeichnet    sich durch einen zur Aufnahme des   streichfertigen    Kittes bestimmten, mit Handgriff versehenen Behälter aus. In diesem ist ein Kolben mit   Handgriff    gegen eine durch einen Schieber verschliessbare   Kittanstrittsöffnung    zur Ent  nalime    des   Kittes.    aus dem Behälter bewegbar, wobei vor der Austrittsöffnung am Behälter eine   St, reichspachtel    angeordnet ist.



   Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer   beispielswe i-    sen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:
Fig. 1 den Apparat im Axialschnitt, während    Fig. 2    denselben in Draufsicht veranschaulicht.



   1 ist ein Behälter zur Aufnahme des streichfertigen   Kittes.    Der Behälter 1 weist einen Handgriff 2 auf. Sein Boden 3 ist gegen eine Kittaustrittsöffnung 4 geneigt. Diese Austrittsöffnung 4 wird durch einen von Hand gesteuerten Schieber 5 beherrscht, der im Boden 3 verschiebbar   geführt    und mit einem Gelenkstück 6 gekuppelt ist. Dieses ist   um    die Achse 7 schwenkbar am Behälter 1 angelenkt. Ein Zughaken 8 ist mit dem   Gelenk-    stück 6 in   Bewegungasverbindung    und in einem Ansatz 9 des Behälters geführt. In letzterem ist auch das Gelenkstück 6 gelagert.



  Eine Schraubenfeder 10 drückt den Zughaken 8 abwärts und hält dadurch den Schieber 5 in   Shliess stellung.   



   Im Behälter 1 ist ferner ein mit Zahnstange 11 versehener   Kolben    12 mittels eines am Behälter ausgelenkten Handgriffes 13 ver  schiebbar, derart, dass mit diesem : Kolben der    Kitt gegen die Austrittsöffnung 4 gedrückt werden kann, wobei man zu diesem Zwecke die beiden Handgriffe 2 und 13 entgegen der Wirkung einer zwischengeschalteten Pufferfeder 14   gegeneinanderdrückt.    Der   Hand    griff 13 weist einen gabelartigen Drücker 15 auf. Dieser besitzt eine Achse 16, die von einer im Handgriff 13 befestigten Blattfeder 17 in die Zahnung 18 gedrückt wird und dadurch die Teile 13 und 11 miteinander ausrückbar und nachstellbar kuppelt. Die Achse 16 ist in Schlitzen 19 des Handgriffes 13 geführt.



   Die vorzugsweise federnde Streichspachtel 20 ist auswechselbar am Behälter 1 unmittelbar vor der Austrittsöffnung 4 angeordnet, derart, dass der vom Kolben 12 aus dem Behälter 1 gedrückte   Kittstrang    unter die Streichspachtel 20 gelangt und mit dieser verstrichen werden kann. Der mit dem   Boden    12 unter Druck gesetzte   Kitt    kann stossweise dem Behälter 1 entnommen werden, indem man mit einem Finger den Zughaken 8 ent  gegen der Federwirkung anhebt und dadurch den   iSchieber    5 von der   Offnung    4 zurückzieht. Beim Loslassen des Zughakens 8 bewegt die Feder 10 den Schieber 5 in die Sperrstellung.

   Bewegt man den Drücker 15 gegen die Blattfeder 17, wird er aus der Zahnung 18 ausgerückt und dadurch der   Hand    griff 13 von der Zahnstange 11 entkuppelt, derart, dass alsdann der Handgriff 13 hochgehoben und weiter oben wieder mit der Zahnstange 11 gekuppelt werden kann. Dies ist jeweils dann erforderlich, wenn die Handgriffe 2 und 13 beim Einwärtsbewegen des   Kolbens    12 nicht mehr gegeneinandergedrückt werden können.   



   PATENTANSPRUOll:
Apparat zum Kitten von : Fensterscheiben,    gekennzeichnet durch einen zur Aufnahme des streichfertigen Kittes bestimmten, mit einem Handgriff versehenen Behälter, in   welchem ein Kolben mittels iE Handgriff gegen    eine durch einen Schieber verschliessbare   Kittaustrittsöffnung    zur Entnahme des   Kit-    tes aus dem Behälter bewegbar ist, wobei vor der   Austrittsöffnung    am Behälter eine Streichspachtel angeordnet ist.

Claims (1)

  1. UNTERANSpROllE: 1. Apparat nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben mittels Zahnstange mit dem am Behälter angelenkten Handgriff ausklinkbar und nachstellbar gekuppelt ist, wobei ein von Hand betätigbarer Drücker, im Handgriff verschiebbar geführt, von einer Blattfeder in die Zahnung der Zahnstange gedrückt wird.
    2. Apparat nach Patentanspruch und Un- teranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Austrittsöffnung beherrschende Schieber im Behälter geführt ist und mit einem Zughaken aber ein Gelenkstück von Hand betätigt werden kann.
    3. Apparat nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federnde Streichspachtel auswechselbar angeordnet ist.
    4. Apparat nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälterboden schräg gegen die Austrittsöffnung geneigt ist.
