Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  Kondensationsprodukt erhält, wenn man     N-          Oxymethylstearinsäureamid    in Gegenwart  einer Säure auf     N-N'-Diäthylthioharnstoff     einwirken lässt.  



  Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in  Gegenwart eines     Lösungsmittels,    wie Alko  hol, Eisessig; vorgenommen.  



  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt stellt in  Form des Chlorhydrats ein farbloses, dick  flüssiges 01 dar, welches     in    der     gälte    er  starrt. Es ist in Wasser klar löslich; die  wässerigen Lösungen     schäumen    stark und  werden beim     Erwärmen    nach kurzer Zeit  vollständig zersetzt. Das neue Kondensa  tionsprodukt kann als     Textilhilfsstoff,    insbe  sondere zum waschechten Weich- und Was  serabstossendmachen von Textilien, Anwen  dung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  3,1 Gewichtsteile N -     Oxymethylstearin-          säureamid    werden     in    25     Volumteilen    absolu  tem Alkohol heiss gelöst. Nach dem Abküh-         len    auf 45 bis<B>50'</B> werden 3,

  0 Gewichtsteile  fein pulverisierter     N-N'-Diäthylthioharn-          stoff    zugegeben und 2     Volumteile    20%ige  alkoholische Salzsäure unter Rühren bei 45  bis 50       zugetropft.    Die Lösung wird 15 Mi  nuten bei 45 bis<B>50'</B> weiter     gerührt    und der  Alkohol bei     etwa    40'     Wasserbadtemperatur     im Vakuum erbdestilliert. Das Kondensations  produkt wird als farbloses, dickflüssiges 01  erhalten, welches     in    der     gälte    zu einer  wachsartigen     Masse    erstarrt.

   Das neue Pro  dukt ist in Wasser klar löslich. - Die Lösun  gen schäumen stark und werden beim Er  wärmen nach kurzer Zeit vollständig zersetzt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass ,man N-Ogymethylstearinsäure- amid in Gegenwart einer Säure auf N-N'- Diäthylthioharnstoff einwirken lässt. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt stellt in Form des Chlorhydrats ein farbloses, dick- flüssiges<B>01</B> dar, welches in der Kälte er starrt. Es ist in Wasser klar löslich; die wässerigen Lösungen schäumen stark und werden beim Erwärmen nach kurzer Zeit vollständig zersetzt.
