Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Gemisches     isomerer        Acyloetahydrofollikelhormone.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Ge  misches     isomerer        Acyloctahydrofollikelhor-          mone,    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,  dass man ein Gemisch der     isomeren        Oetahy-          drofollikelhormone    der Formel     CisH3002    mit  einem     acetylierenden    Mittel bis zur Bildung  des     Diacetylderivatgemisches    behandelt.  



  Das neue Produkt stellt eine harzige  Substanz dar, die als Arzneimittel Verwen  dung finden soll.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    1 g des Gemisches der     isomeren        Octa-          hydrofollikelhorrnorie    der Formel     CisHso02     erhalten zum Beispiel durch katalytische  Hydrierung des     Follikelhormons,    wird mit  50 cm' frisch destilliertem     Essigsäureanhydrid     und etwas wasserfreiem     Natriumacetat    3 Stun  den am     Rückfluss    zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach    dem Erkalten wird die Reaktionsflüssigkeit  in Wasser eingegossen und nach einigem  Stehen das Reaktionsprodukt in Äther auf  genommen.

   Die ätherische Lösung wird mit       verdünntei-Sodalösung    und Wasser gewaschen,  getrocknet und abgedampft. Es     hinterbleibt     als Rückstand ein harziges Produkt.

After cooling, the reaction liquid is poured into water and, after standing for a while, the reaction product is taken up in ether.

   The ethereal solution is washed with dilute soda solution and water, dried and evaporated. A resinous product remains as a residue.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Gemisches isomerer Acyloctahydrofollikelhormone, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Gemisch der isomeren Octahydrofollikelbormone der Formel CisHso02 mit einem acetylierenden Mittel bis zur Bildung des Diacetylderivat- geinisches behandelt. Das neue Produkt stellt eine harzige Substanz dar-.
