Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     acylierten    Gemisches der     Isomeren     des     Dihydrofollikelhormons.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     aeylierten     Gemisches der     Isomeren    des     Dibydrofollikel-          hormons,    das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,  dass man ein Gemisch der beiden     steroiso-          meren    Formen des     Dihydrofollikelhoi-mories     mit einem     succinylierenden    Mittel behandelt.  



  Das neue Produkt soll als Arzneimittel  Verwendung     finden.       <I>Beispiel:</I>    340 mg eines     Gemisches    der beiden stereo  isotneren Formen des     Dihydrofollikelhormons     werden vermischt mit 4 g Bernsteinsäure  anhydrid zirka 24 Stunden im Bombenrohr  auf etwa 190   erhitzt. Nach dem Erkalten  wird das Reaktionsprodukt in Äther aufge  nommen und die ätherische Lösung mit ver-         dünnter        Sodalösung    gründlichst ausgezogen.

    Durch     Ansäuern    der vereinigten     Sodaauszüge     und Ausschütteln mit Äther wird das     Ge-          miseh    der sauren     Dihydrofollikelhormon-          bernsteinsäureester    erhalten. Es stellt eine  braune, harzartige Masse dar.

  The new product will be used as a drug. <I> Example: </I> 340 mg of a mixture of the two stereoisomeric forms of the dihydrofollicle hormone are mixed with 4 g of succinic anhydride and heated to about 190 in a sealed tube for about 24 hours. After cooling, the reaction product is taken up in ether and the ethereal solution is thoroughly extracted with diluted soda solution.

    The acidic dihydrofollicle hormone succinic acid ester is obtained by acidifying the combined soda extracts and shaking them out with ether. It is a brown, resinous mass.
