Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Gemisches isomerer Acyloctahydrofollikelhormone. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Gemisches isomerer Acyloctahydrofollikelbormone, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man das durch Hydrierung von Follikelhormon erhältliche Gemisch von Verbindungen der Formel C18H3008 mit einem benzoylierenden Mittel bis zur Bildung des Dibenzoylderivatgemisches behandelt.
Das neue Produkt stellt eine harzige Sub stanz dar, die als Heilmittel Verwendung finden soll. <I>Beispiel:</I> 1 g eines Gemisches von Verbindungen der Formel CisHso0s, das zum Beispiel durch katalytische Hydrierung des Follikelhormons erhalten werden kann, wird in 5 cms Pyri- din gelöst, die Lösung mit überschüssigem Benzoylöhlorid (etwa 1 cms) versetzt und drei Tage bei Zimmertemperatur aufbewahrt.
Die Reaktionsflüssigkeit wird dann unter Kühlung in verdünnte Schwefelsäure eingegossen und das Reaktionsprodukt durch Aufnehmen in Äther isoliert, aus dein es als harzige Masse gewonnen wird.

The reaction liquid is then poured into dilute sulfuric acid with cooling and the reaction product is isolated by being taken up in ether, from which it is obtained as a resinous mass.
