  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen Kondensationsprodukt gelangt, wenn  man     Stearinsäure-N-methylol-amid    mit     Sulfo-          acetylohlorid    behandelt.  



  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt stellt  eine hellbraune, dickflüssige Masse dar, die  von warmem Wasser zu einer beim Schütteln  schäumenden Lösung aufgenommen wird  diese Lösung wird beim Kochen oder bei  Zusatz schwacher Alkalien in der Wärme  unter Bildung unlöslicher Produkte zersetzt.  Das neue Produkt kann als     Tegtilhilfsatoff     verwendet werden.         Beispiel:       6,2 Teile     Stearinsäure-N-methylolamid     werden in 30 Volumenteilen     Pyridin    gelöst.  Dazu werden unter Rühren 40 Teile     Sulfo-          acetylchlorid    in Anteilen hinzugefügt.

   Nach  dem alles eingetragen ist, wird während 2  Stunden im Wasserbad auf 60-70   erwärmt,  worauf eine     Probe    in Wasser klar löslich    ist. Nach dem     Abdestillieren    des     Pyridins     im Vakuum bleibt das neue Kondensations  produkt als hellbraune, dickflüssige Masse,  die in warmem Wasser löslich ist, zurück.

Example: 6.2 parts of stearic acid N-methylolamide are dissolved in 30 parts by volume of pyridine. To this, 40 parts of sulfoacetyl chloride are added in portions with stirring.

   After everything has been entered, the mixture is heated to 60-70 in a water bath for 2 hours, after which a sample is clearly soluble in water. After the pyridine has been distilled off in vacuo, the new condensation product remains as a light brown, viscous mass that is soluble in warm water.

Das neue Kondensationsprodukt stellt eine hellbraune, dickflüssige Masse dar, die von warmem Wasser zu einer beim Schütteln schäumenden Lösung aufgenommen wird; diese Lösung wird beim Kochen- oder bei Zusatz schwacher Alkalien in der Wärme unter Bildung unlöslicher Produkte zersetzt. Das neue Produkt kann als Tegtilhilfsstoff verwendet werden.
