Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines echten     Ilüpenfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines echten     Kü-          penfarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man ein Molekül     Thiazolanthron    - 2 -     carbon-          säurechlorid    in Gegenwart eines wasserfreien       Metallhalogenids    mit einem Molekül     Diphenyl     kondensiert und das so erhaltene     Monoketon     mit einem Molekül     Pyrazolanthron-2-carbon-          säurechlorid    in Reaktion bringt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein gelbes  Pulver, das Baumwolle aus violetter     güpe    in       grünstichig    gelben Tönen von hervorragenden  Echtheitseigenschaften anfärbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer     Lösung    von 30 kg     Thiazolanthron-          2-carbonsäurechlorid    und 30 kg     Diphenyl    in  200 kg Nitrobenzol werden bei etwa 90   lang  sam und unter Rühren 30 kg Aluminium  chlorid zugegeben. Die braune Lösung wird  nach etwa 1 Stunde mit verdünnter Salzsäure  versetzt und das Nitrobenzol mit Wasserdampf    abgeblasen. Das reine 2 -     Thiazolanthronyl-          diphenylketori    wird nach dem     Digerieren    mit  Spiritus in Form eines gelblich gefärbten  Pulvers erhalten, das sich mit rotvioletter  Farbe     verküpen    lässt, aber geringe Affinität  zur pflanzlichen Faser besitzt.  



  20. kg dieses     Monoketons    werden mit 15  kg     Pyrazolanthron-2-carbonsäurechlorid    ver  mischt und bei etwa 1200 in eine Schmelze  aus 150 kg Aluminiumchlorid und 30 kg       Natriumchlorid    eingerührt. Nach etwa     1/:     Stunde wird in salzsäurehaltiges Wasser ge  drückt. Der in goldgelben Flocken abgeschie  dene Farbstoff wird     abfiltriert    und ausge  waschen.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines echten güpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Molekül Tliiazolanthron- 2 - car- bonsäurechlorid in Gegenwart eines wasser freien Metallhalogenides mit einem Molekül Diphenyl kondensiert und das so erhaltene Monoketon mit einem Molekül Pyrazolanthron- 2-Garbonsäiirechlorid in Reaktion bringt. <B> PATENT CLAIM: </B> Process for the production of a real liquid dye, characterized in that one molecule of Tliiazolanthron- 2 - carboxylic acid chloride is condensed in the presence of an anhydrous metal halide with one molecule of diphenyl and the monoketone thus obtained with one molecule of pyrazolanthrone - Reacts 2-carbonic acid chloride.
