Dispositif assurant le déplacement vertical de la boîteà navettes, dans les métiersà tisserà deux navettes. L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif assurant le déplacement vertical de la boîte âû navettes, dans les métiersà tisser à deux navettes;
Device ensuring the vertical displacement of the to shuttle box, in the to weaving to two-shuttle looms. The object of the present invention is a device ensuring the vertical displacement of the box âû shuttles, in the to looms two shuttles;
it has a movable ring gear mounted on the crankshaft of the loom, and which carries two articulated y cleats, arranged diametrically, the ring gear fitting a disc wedged on the shaft and having a stop for driving the cleats when these are brought by an automatic control device, in engagement with the disc, cleats each of which has on the one hand a boss located under the action of an elastic member capable of holding the cleats to the raised or lowered state with respect to the disc stopper,
on the other hand a button located outside the periphery of the crown and able to move on a ramp in a fixed arc of a circle placed outside at the circumference of the crown and on which the button of the cleat which has been lowered to engage with the disc stopper and which releases this stopper from said stopper, in a half-turn of the disc, an eccentric integral of the crown and provided with 'a collar terminating a rod articulated by its other end, to a sector provided with two notches, wedged on a shaft controlling the to shuttle box, sector which can be immobilized < B> to its extreme positions by a roller carried by another lever and engaging in one of the notches, under the tension of an elastic member acting on the lever,
the oscillation movement communicated to said sector determining the raising or lowering of the box to shuttles.
The accompanying drawing represents, by by way of example, one embodiment of the invention. Figs. 1 and 2 are respectively a partial side view and a vertical section of detail of the device.
Fig. 3 is a side view of the device. The device according to these figures comprises a disc 2 provided with a stop 3, wedged on the crankshaft 1, of the weaving loom . A ring 4 movable on said shaft 1, fits the disk 2 against which it is held by a stop ring 5 (fig. 1). </ B> An eccentric 6 is attached to crown 4 and is integral with it, eccentric 6 on which is mounted a collar < B> 6, which ends a stem 26.
In crown 4, diametrically opposed one to the other, are mounted two tabs 7, which can pivot around an axis 8. A spring with leaf 9, fixed to the crown 4, presses by its free end on a wise bos 10 , cut so that the spring pressure keeps the cleat either up or down. Each cleat is further extended at right angles and externally at the neck 4, from one ear bearing at its end a button 11. Finally a ramp in an arc of a circle 12, disposed eccentrically and laterally with respect to to the ring gear is placed below the crankshaft 1, </ B> in such a way that the 11 buttons of the cleats can easily be engaged when the crown turns in the desired direction.
A pinion 13, wedged on the shaft 1, meshes with a toothed wheel 14, having a number of teeth twice that of the pinion 13. < / B> This toothed wheel 14 actuates, by means of a connecting rod 15, an angle lever 16 pivoting about an axis 17. </ B> A the free end of the second arm of this square, is mounted a square cylinder 18, on which is placed an endless strip of Jacquard 20 car tons. cylinder operates at the usual way, at each movement of up and down of the square 16, it is turned a quarter of turn by a ratchet 19 (fig. 3), so as to present to each climb a new box .
Above the angle lever 16, is placed a balance 21, which can pivot about a fixed axis 22, the end which is. located above crown 4, is in faith of sector. The opposite branch is under the tension of a spring 23 which tends to keep the end of this branch always pressed on a fixed stop 24, located at a determined height on the frame of the loom.
In addition, the same end is provided with a needle 25, disposed above the carton cylinder. The endless belt 20 is composed of perforated cartons and full cartons which are arranged according to whether the shuttle box is to undergo an up or down movement, or to remain stationary.
The collar 0 ' of the eccentric 6 is connected by the rod 26, seen above, to a sector 27 wedged on a tree 28, across the trade. This sector bears two notches 29 and 29 ' corresponding to the two positions of a box 30 in which the shuttles are arranged. A roller 31, mounted on a horizontal lever 32 can engage in one or the other of the two notches, depending on the position of the sector. A spring 33, threaded on a rod 34 presses on the free end of the lever 82 and maintains the sector 27 in place, after each movement.
The box 30, whose vertical movements must be ensured, is linked by a rod 35 to a lever 36, wedged on the shaft 28, so that the rotational motions printed to this shaft, by sector 27, are transmitted to </ B> the box 30.
The operation of this form of execution of the device, taking into account that a perforated cardboard of the strip 20, has no influence on the double lever 21, since the needle 25 passes through the hole in the box, while a full box lifts the needle 25 and switches the lever 21, is the following: The loom being in operation and the full boxes, by their passage under the lever 21, causing it to tilt , the rounded end of the lever 21 comes to rest on that of the cleats 7 which is located at the upper part of the crown 4 and forces this cleat à lower until its angular end rests on the circumference of the disc 2.
The stop 3 that the disc 2 comprises, then hooks said latch in its rotational movement around the shaft 1; it follows that the ring gear 4 is driven by the disc. During this rotation, the button 11 of the engaged cleat engages on the ramp 12, which gradually attracts the cleat out of the periphery of the crown 4 and makes it escape through the stop 3 after a U-turn of revolution. The crown, 4 is therefore immobilized immediately.
The eccentric 6, attached to the crown 4 having followed its rotation, the collar 6 ' is raised or lowered, depending on whether the eccentric was below or above the axis of the shaft 1. The sector 27 is therefore attracted or repelled by the lever 26 < / B> and determine the key rotation of the tree 28, in one direction or the other; when the sector is pushed back, it is the notch 29 which is placed under the roller 31. When this sector is attracted, it is the notch 29 ' which is placed under the roller 31, as shown in in fig. 3.
The oscillating movement of the shaft, 28 is communicated by the lever 36 and by the rod 35 to the gearbox 30 , which, depending on the case, is raised or lowered, in the vertical direction.
