Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément de batterie rechargeable ayant un boîtier (1), au moins une électrode positive (4), au moins une électrode négative (5) et un électrolyte qui contient au moins un sel conducteur, l'électrolyte étant basé sur du SO2 et l'électrode positive contenant un matériau actif de la composition AxM'yM"z(XO4-mSn), dans laquelle : A est métal alcalin, un métal alcalino-terreux, un métal du groupe 12 de la classification périodique des éléments ou de l'aluminium, de préférence du sodium, du calcium, du zinc, plus préférentiellement du lithium ; M' est au moins un métal qui est choisi dans un groupe se composant des éléments titane, vanadium, chrome, manganèse, fer, cobalt, nickel, cuivre et zinc ; M" est au moins un métal qui est choisi dans un groupe se composant de métaux des groupes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 et 16 de la classification périodique des éléments ; X est choisi dans un groupe se composant des éléments phosphore et silicium ; x est supérieur à 0 ; y est supérieur à 0 ; z est supérieur ou égal à 0, n est supérieur à 0 ; et m est inférieur ou égal à n.
