Abstract
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de production d'une poudre métallique atomisée présentant un taux élevé d'amorphisation par atomisation d'eau. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une poudre métallique atomisée présentant un taux d'amorphisation d'au moins 90 % en projetant de l'eau à haute pression qui entre en collision avec un métal fondu qui tombe dans la direction verticale pour fragmenter le métal fondu et former une poudre métallique et en refroidissant ladite poudre métallique : la pression de collision lorsque l'eau à haute pression entre en collision avec le métal fondu étant réglée pour être d'au moins 20 MPa ; et la température du métal fondu et/ou la température de l'eau à haute pression étant ajustées de telle sorte que l'eau à haute pression est dans un état sous-critique ou dans un état supercritique à la surface de collision avec le métal fondu.
