Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une machine de remplissage/emballage verticale comprenant un rouleau d'avance de film (6) pour faire avancer un film tubulaire (20) verticalement vers le bas, un dispositif de pliage pour replier les côtés opposés du film tubulaire (20) qui a été amené à avancer par le rouleau d'avance de film (6) vers l'intérieur du film tubulaire (20), une paire de cylindres presseurs (7) pour former une zone de remplissage vide (20b) dans le film tubulaire (20) en faisant tourner - tout en le prenant en sandwich - le film tubulaire (20) rempli d'un contenu de façon à faire avancer le film tubulaire (20) vers le bas, et une unité (8) pour le scellement à chaud du film tubulaire (20). Le dispositif de pliage comporte un guide de pliage (2) qui est pourvu de jeux formés sur des parties qui correspondent aux côtés opposés du film tubulaire (20) et qui supportent l'extérieur du film tubulaire (20), et une paire de plaques de pliage (5) qui peuvent avancer dans le guide de pliage (2) ou se rétracter hors de celui-ci par le biais des jeux formés dans le guide de pliage (2).
