Abstract

Description

纵向填充和包装机 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产包装袋的纵向填充和包装机,通过以液化的或浆糊填充材料填充管状的膜并且热密封由填充材料填充的膜的一系列操作来生产包装袋。 
背景技术
至今已知的生产包装袋的纵向填充和包装机,通过以液化的或浆糊填充材料填充管状的膜并且通过热密封填充填充材料的膜而生产。由于机器能够生产内部是密封的包装产品,这种类型的纵向填充和包装机已经证明适合用于填充和包装食品。另外,纵向填充和包装机已经被广泛地用于包装液化的或浆糊填充材料以及固体填充材料。 
近来,称为角撑板袋(gusset pouch)的包装袋已经被使用,其中袋的相对侧向内的折叠。由于当填充容纳物时这种角撑板袋成棱形,这有可能消除彼此邻近布置的角撑板袋的不必要的空间。当在箱子里运输或陈列在商店中时,这有利于允许角撑板袋有效地使用。 
角撑板袋能够通过使用装备有用于折叠袋的相对侧壁的折叠导向器的上述纵向填充和包装机而生产。 
图1是装备到纵向填充和包装机的传统折叠导向器立体图。如图1所示,传统折叠导向器包括两对导臂103和两个折叠板104,布置在用于喷射填充材料进管状的膜101中的喷射管102的底部附近。以导臂103推进并且打开管状的膜101成大致矩形的这种方式,导臂103成对地设置在喷射管102的相对侧上。 
折叠板104布置在管状的膜101的外侧,并且分别地在布置在喷射管102相对侧上的两个导臂103之间。每个折叠板104具有斜边104a,斜边104a相对于管状的膜101的进给方向更靠近用于管状的膜101的传送路线的中心线,即,在从纵向填充和包装机的顶部朝向底部的方向上。 
在具有上述构造的折叠导向器中,从上边向下运送的管状的膜101通过导臂103被推进并且打开,从而所述膜的横截面成大致矩形。当管状的膜被进一步向下运送,沿着放入导臂103之间的折叠板104的斜边104a,通过设置在喷射管102的相对侧上的导臂103之间的空间的管状的膜101的部分被折叠成V形。同时,图1显示具有剖面的管状的膜101,只是为了便于理解这种折叠的管状的膜101的横截面的形状。然而,应理解,如图1所示的管状的膜101的切断在实际的包装过程中不出现。 
当相对侧向内折叠成V形的管状的膜101填充容纳物和密封时,可以获得具有如图2所示的角撑板部分105a的侧面的角撑板袋105。 
日本待审专利申请No.2003-118745公开了一种填充和包装机,其提供了用于将折叠部分形成管状的膜的方法。 
发明内容
因而,本发明的目的是提供纵向填充和包装机,所述纵向填充和包装机能够容易的分离管状的膜中的填充材料。 
为了实现上面的目的,本发明的纵向填充和包装机包括进给装置、折叠装置、一对挤压辊和密封装置,进给装置用于垂直向下进给填充容纳物的管状的膜,折叠装置用于向管状的膜内部折叠由进给装置进给的管状的膜的相对侧,一对挤压辊用于通过在将填充容纳物的管状的膜夹在中间的同时转动管状的膜并且向下进给管状的膜而在管状的膜中形成空的部分,密封装置设置有彼此相对的密封条,管状的膜放入密封条之间,并且密封装置在放入密封条之间的管状的膜上执行热密封。折叠装置包括折叠导向件和一对折叠板,折叠导向件具有间隙,间隙形成在与管状的膜的相对侧的对应的部分处,并且折叠导向件支撑管状的膜的外侧,所述一对折叠板 能够通过形成在所述折叠导向件中的间隙前进到折叠导向件/从折叠导向件缩回。 
在本发明的纵向填充和包装机中,当通过折叠装置时,通过进给装置垂直向下进给的管状的膜的外侧被折叠导向件支撑。这里,如果管状的膜填充容纳物,膜由于容纳物的重力而向内地推向折叠导向件。在一对折叠板已经通过形成在折叠导向件中的间隙推进折叠导向件的状态下,当管状的膜被进一步垂直向下运送时,管状的膜的相对侧向内地折叠,而管状的膜在一对折叠板之间通过。具有如上所述向内折叠相对侧的管状的膜被热密封以加工成角撑板袋。 
本发明的折叠装置包括用于支撑管状的膜外侧的折叠导向件和一对折叠板,一对折叠板能够通过形成在所述折叠导向件中的间隙前进到折叠导向件/从折叠导向件缩回。这用于防止引入到管状的膜的填充材料粘到折叠导向件或折叠板,这中粘结的情况发生在具有用于支撑管状的膜内部的导向臂的传统折叠导向件装置。本发明的这个优点防止管状的膜中填充材料的流动性由于折叠导向件或折叠板而破坏,并且这避免了在用填充材料填充管状的膜的错误。通过消除定期清洁折叠导向件或折叠板以保持在管状的膜中的填充材料清洁的必要性,这使填充和包装机维护容易。 
折叠导向件由两个半圆柱形导向部件组成,可以以圆柱形形状彼此相对地布置,其间具有间隙。 
一对折叠板中的每一个具有斜边,所述斜边朝向管状的膜的进给方向的下游变得更靠近用于管状的膜的传送路线的中心线。 
本发明的纵向填充和包装机可以包括前进/缩回驱动单元,用于移动一对折叠板到折叠板被关闭在一起并移动进折叠导向件内部的位置,和折叠板被彼此分开并朝向折叠导向件外侧缩回的位置。 
密封条可以包括在管状的膜的横向方向上延伸的横向密封部分,和分别地形成在横向密封部分上面和下面的一对倾斜密封部分。这个结构允许横向密封和倾斜密封激活以被在管状的膜上同时执行。由于执行倾斜密封的角撑板袋的部分的角部保持没有填充材料,防止了由于填充材料的进入而引起的角撑板部分的膨胀。这使形成矩形的角撑板袋形状容易保持,并且用于当在箱子中运输时或当在商店中陈列时允许角撑板袋被有效率地 使用。 
另外,一对挤压辊的每一个设置在挤压辊臂的一个端部上,挤压辊臂的另一个端部以可转动方式支撑,并且可以包括打开/关闭驱动单元,打开/关闭驱动单元用于转动每个挤压辊臂,挤压辊臂在关闭位置和打开位置之间彼此独立地围绕挤压辊臂的另一端部转动,关闭位置用于一对挤压辊彼此相互地接触,打开位置用于将一对挤压辊彼此分开。 
另外,打开/关闭驱动单元可以包括第一臂、第二臂、可转动轴、驱动部分,第一臂具有以可转动方式连接到一个挤压辊臂的一个端部,第二臂具有以可转动方式连接到另一个挤压辊臂的一个端部,第一臂的和第二臂的另一端部以可转动方式连接到可转动轴,驱动部分用于驱动可转动轴。第一臂的和第二臂的另一端部以臂的另一端部偏心于可转动轴的转动中心的状态连接到可转动轴。当可转动轴位于第一转动位置时,挤压辊臂中的一个通过第一臂被推向变得靠近可转动轴位置和挤压辊臂中的另一个被通过第二臂被拉向变得远离可转动轴的位置,因而放置第一和第二挤压辊臂在关闭位置使一对挤压辊彼此相互接触。当可转动轴位于第二转动位置时,挤压辊臂中的一个通过第一臂被拉向变得远离可转动轴的位置,并且挤压辊臂中的另一个通过第二臂被推向变得靠近到可转动轴的位置,因而放置第一和第二挤压辊臂在打开位置使一对挤压辊彼此分开。 
根据上面说明的结构,当第一和第二挤压辊臂位于在关闭位置以使一对挤压辊能彼此相互接触,挤压辊臂的每一个彼此独立地转动,并且挤压辊臂中的一个通过第一臂推向靠近可转动轴的位置,挤压辊臂中的另一个通过第二臂推向远离可转动轴的位置。根据这个结构,一对挤压辊以挤压辊相对彼此推靠的这种方式彼此接触。这个结构允许夹在挤压辊中间的管状的膜被紧密地挤压。因而,即使在管状的膜的相对侧向内折叠的情况下,或在管状的膜填充具有高粘度的填充材料的情况下,填充材料也可以在管状的膜内部中容易地被分开。 
当一对挤压辊位于上面说明的关闭位置时,期望由一对挤压辊形成的保持部分位于被垂直向下运送的管状的膜的中心线上。因而,由于管状的膜在用于管状的膜的传送路线的中心线上保持在一对挤压辊之间,由一对挤压辊压平的管状的膜的相对侧在挤压辊的挤压操作过程中防止彼此偏 离,并且防止在管状的膜上产生皱纹,而其后在管状的膜上通过密封装置执行热密封。

具体实施方式
在下文中,参照附图说明本发明的示例性实施例。 
图3是示意性侧视图,显示根据本发明一个实施例的纵向填充和包装机。 
如图3所示,根据本发明一个实施例的纵向填充和包装机设计成包装 通过喷射管1引入的填充材料A。填充材料A包括固体、液化的或浆糊材料。沿着喷射管1的外圆周,设有用于将薄片膜20a形成管状形状的被连接的袋形成导向3。通过袋形成导向3形成的管状的膜20,该管状的膜20沿着其配合面由设置在袋形成导向3下面的纵向密封部分4热密封。 
纵向密封部分4下面设置有一对膜进给辊6,其每一个由两个辊组成。膜进给辊6用作进给装置,用于进给放入膜进给辊6之间的管状的膜20。 
膜进给辊6下面设置的折叠装置,折叠装置包括折叠导向件2和用于向膜内折叠管状的膜20的相对侧的折叠板5。折叠导向件2由两个半圆柱形导向部件2a组成,导向部件2a以大致圆柱形形状彼此相对地布置,导向部件2a之间形成间隙(参照图4(c))。管状的膜20通过两个导向部件2a被向下运送,同时,管状的膜20的外圆周通过两个导向部件2a支撑。 
设置有两个薄片折叠板5,其每一个能够通过形成在两个导向部件2a之间的间隙推进/缩回具有两个导向部件2a的折叠导向件2。当管状的膜20被向下运送时,折叠板5被推进具有两个导向部件2a的折叠导向件2的情况下,管状的膜20的相对侧被折叠成V形。 
折叠导向件2和折叠板5下面设置有由两个辊构成的一对挤压辊7,两个辊与膜进给辊6同步转动。通过分开放入挤压辊7之间的管状的膜20中的填充材料A,挤压辊7在管状的膜20中形成空的部分20b。挤压辊7被设置以在大致相对管状的膜20的进给方向的垂直方向可相互地移动。 
挤压辊7下面设置有密封装置8,用于热密封管状的膜20的空的部分20b。密封装置8具有内置加热器(未显示)和K形密封条80,密封条80可垂直于管状的膜20的移动方向移动。密封装置8配置成将管状的膜20的空的部分20b放置在K形密封条80之间,并且通过加热和挤压过程热密封空的部分20b。 
密封装置8下面设置有冷却切断装置9,用于冷却并且切断由密封装置8热密封的部分。冷却切断装置9包括冷却条90和冷却条支撑91,两者彼此协作以冷却形成在管状的膜20中的热密封部分。冷却条90装备有内置刀片90a,用于切断管状的膜20的热密封部分。冷却条支撑91具有凹入部分,用于当刀片从冷却条90突出时容纳刀片90a。 
现在,参照图4说明根据本发明实施例的纵向填充和包装机的膜进给 辊6、折叠导向件2、折叠板5和挤压辊7的详细结构。图4(a)是结构的主视图,图4(b)是图4(a)所示结构的左侧视图,图4(c)是平面视图,主要显示图4(a)所示折叠导向件结构。 
如图4所示,一对膜进给辊6固定在各自的轴61处,轴61通过支撑部分62转动。一个轴61具有两个端部,第一挤压辊臂71a的一个端部以自由可转动方式连接到所述两个端部,另一个轴61具有两个端部,第二挤压辊臂71b的一个端部以自由可转动方式连接到所述两个端部。在挤压辊臂71a和71b的另一端部上,各自的挤压辊7以可转动方式设置。在上述结构情况下,每个挤压辊7以通过各自的挤压辊臂71a和71b连接的各自的轴61为中心移动,以因而彼此打开/关闭。下面说明用于打开/关闭挤压辊7的机构。 
折叠导向件2的每个导向部件2a设置有臂部分2b,臂部分2b固定在枢轴转动轴61的支撑部分62处。根据所述结构,折叠导向件2放入膜进给辊6和挤压辊7之间。 
参照图4(b),折叠板5的两个薄片彼此相对地布置,折叠导向件2放置在两个薄片之间。每个折叠板5被连接到用作前进/缩回驱动单元的气缸51。每个折叠板5依靠气缸51移动,同步向折叠导向件2推进折叠板5并且彼此靠近的位置,并且同步从折叠导向件2内部缩回折叠板5并且彼此分开的位置。每个折叠板5具有斜边5a,斜边5a朝向管状的膜20的进给方向更靠近用于管状的膜20的传送路线的中心线,即,在从纵向填充和包装机的顶部朝向底部的方向。 
下面将说明用于打开/关闭挤压辊7的机构。图5是显示挤压辊打开/关闭机构的视图。图5(a)说明挤压辊的打开状态,图5(b)说明挤压辊被关闭的状态。图5(c)是图5(b)所示的挤压辊打开/关闭机构的右视图。图5(d)是平面视图,说明图5(b)所示的挤压辊打开/关闭机构。 
根据本发明实施例的挤压辊打开/关闭机构包括第一臂30和第二臂31,每个第一臂30具有一个端部,所述端部以可转动方式连接到设置在折叠导向件2的相对侧上的各自的第一挤压辊臂71a,并且第二臂31具有以可转动方式连接到连接部件32的一个端部,连接部件32使设置在折叠导向件2的相对侧上的第二挤压辊臂71a相互连接。 
每个第一臂30具有另一端部,所述另一端部以可转动方式连接在布置 在可转动轴33的两个端部的曲柄38的端部附近。每个曲柄38偏心于可转动轴33的中心。 
在可转动轴33中心部分附近设置有,偏心部件31a,所述偏心部件31a具有圆形外圆周并且以偏心部件31a偏心于可转动轴33中心的状态固定在可转动轴33处。圆形内圆周形成在第二臂的另一端部上,其中圆形内圆周具有大致等于偏心部件31a的外圆周的直径,并且以可转动方式支撑在偏心部件31a的外圆周处。 
可转动轴33的一个端部和偏心部件31a之间设置滑轮34,滑轮34同轴地连接到可转动轴33。滑轮34上面设置有由发动机37驱动的滑轮35。滑轮34和35用皮带36缠绕。这些滑轮34和35、皮带36和发动机37构成用于驱动可转动轴33的驱动单元。当滑轮35被发动机37驱动和转动时,从滑轮35产生的驱动力通过皮带36传送到滑轮34,因而转动可转动轴33。 
下面说明挤压辊打开/关闭机构的操作。 
当可转动轴33位于图5(a)所示的第一转动位置处时,曲柄38的端部位于可转动轴33的中心左侧,并且通过第一臂30连接到曲柄38的第一挤压辊臂71a被推到远离可转动轴33的位置。同时,偏心部件31a的中心位置在可转动轴33的中心的右侧,并且通过第二臂31连接到偏心部件31a的第二挤压辊臂71b被推到靠近可转动轴33的位置。结果,布置在挤压辊臂71a和71b的各自的端部上的挤压辊7彼此分开。 
在上面说明的状态中,当发动机37被驱动以图5(a)中显示箭头方向转动滑轮34时,曲柄38的端部移动向可转动轴33中心的右侧,偏心部件31的中心移动向可转动轴33中心的左侧。因而,第一挤压辊臂71a沿着更靠近可转动轴33的方向移动,并且第二挤压辊臂71b沿着远离可转动轴33的方向移动。 
在完成图5(a)显示的状态中的半圆形转动后,当可转动轴33位于第二转动位置处时,第一挤压辊臂71a通过第一臂30被推向更靠近可转动轴33的位置,并且第二挤压辊臂71b通过第二臂31被推向远离可转动轴33的位置,以因而使第一和第二挤压辊臂71a和71b如图5(b)所示彼此最靠近。这里,挤压辊7在用于管状的膜20的传送路线的中心线C上彼此保持压力接触。 
根据本发明实施例的挤压辊打开/关闭机构,当挤压辊打开/关闭机构被关闭时,挤压辊7在用于管状的膜20的传送路线的中心线C上彼此保持压力接触。这允许挤压辊7紧密地挤压放置在挤压辊7之间的管状的膜20。因而,即使在管状的膜20的相对侧向内折叠的情况下,或者管状的膜20填充具有高粘度填充材料的情况下,填充材料可以在管状的膜20的内部容易地分开。 
如果管状的膜20在由一对挤压辊形成的保持部分偏离用于管状的膜20的传送路线的中心线C的状态下被挤压辊7挤压,由挤压辊7压平的管状的膜20的相对侧将彼此偏离。这可能在当膜通过密封装置8热密封时引起管状的膜20上产生皱纹。然而,在本发明的实施例中,由于管状的膜20被保持在用于管状的膜20的传送路线的中心线C上的一对挤压辊7之间,由一对挤压辊7压平的管状的膜20的相对侧避免了在挤压辊的7挤压操作过程中彼此偏离,并且当其后通过密封装置8在管状的膜20上执行热密封时,避免了在管状的膜20上产生皱纹。 
现在将参照图6说明在密封装置8中的K形密封条80结构。图6(a)是K形密封条80的前视图,图6(b)是K形密封条80的右视图。 
横向密封部分81形成在K形密封条80的压力表面上,K形密封条80压挤管状的膜20的空的部分20b,从而横向密封部分81在管状的膜20的横向方向延伸,并且在横向方向上热密封空的部分20b。另外,分别地在横向密封部分81的上面和下面形成以90度角度打开的L形状的一对倾斜密封部分82。横向密封部分81和倾斜密封部分82构成K-形热密封单元. 
现在将参照图7至9说明本发明实施例的纵向填充和包装机的填充和包装操作。图7和8说明本发明实施例纵向填充和包装机的填充和包装操作。图9是时间图,显示由本发明实施例的纵向填充和包装机引导的填充和包装操作。 
作为最初的过程,折叠板5、挤压辊5和密封装置8的K形密封条80保持打开。这里,在先前的步骤中被密封装置8热密封的管状的膜20的部分被放入K形密封条80之间。另外,管状的膜20包含在先前步骤中通过喷射管1引入的填充材料的部分。 
图7(a)示出在打开状态的折叠板5,在打开状态下,折叠板5已经完全 地缩回到折叠导向件2的外侧。然而,在折叠板被打开的状态下,如果折叠板5部分已经推进折叠导向件2,这是被期望的。 
随后,膜进给辊6转动以开始向下进给管状的膜20,同时通过喷射管1以预定量的填充材料填充管状的膜20。进一步,如图7(b)所示,气缸51(参照图4)和发动机37(参照图5)被驱动以关闭折叠板5和挤压辊7。 
当管状的膜20填充填充材料时,在管状的膜20上由于重力而产生牵力,因而将管状的膜20推进折叠导向件2。在折叠板5配合到管状的膜20的相对侧的状态下,具有这样产生的牵力的管状的膜20被向下运送,从而在比折叠板5低的区域中的管状的膜20中形成V形折叠部分。其间,每个折叠板5具有斜边5a,斜边5a在朝向管状的膜20的进给方向上更靠近折叠导向件2,即,从纵向填充和包装机顶部朝向底部的方向。管状的膜20沿着斜边5a平稳地和逐步地折叠成V形。 
如图7(c)所示,挤压辊7通过挤压管状的膜20的V形折叠部分而分开在管状的膜20中的填充材料,以形成空的部分20b,在空的部分20b中管状的膜20中没有填充材料存在。 
当管状的膜20向下进给预定长度时,管状的膜20通过膜进给辊6的进给操作被停止。然后,如图7(d)所示,密封装置8的K形密封条80被关闭,并且空的部分20b由横向密封部分81和K形密封条80的倾斜密封部分82被加热和挤压,因而热密封空的部分20b的未加热区域。至少一个K形密封条80具有用于加热空的部分20b的内置加热器(未显示)。 
在通过K形密封条80完成收尾热密封以后,K形密封条80被打开如图8(e)所示。在空的部分20b上由横向密封部分81执行横向密封操作,并且同时,在空的部分20b上面和下面通过倾斜密封部分82执行倾斜密封过程。 
随后,如图8(f)所示,气缸51(参照图4)和发动机37(参照图5)被驱动以打开折叠板5和挤压辊7。 
继续地,如图8(g)所示,膜进给辊6转动以向下进给管状的膜20,直到在空的部分20b中形成的横向密封达到冷却切断装置9的高度。 
最后,如图8(h)所示,冷却切断装置9的冷却条90和冷却条支撑91被关闭,从而冷却放置在冷却条90之间的空的部分20b的横向密封。随后,容纳在冷却条90内部的刀片90a朝向冷却条支撑91突出,并且在横向方向 切割空的部分20b的横向密封。因而,包含填充物材料的角撑板袋G从冷却切断装置9中落下。通过重复上面的说明的过程连续地生产角撑板袋。 
根据本发明实施例的纵向填充和包装机,折叠导向件2和折叠板5布置在管状的膜20的外侧。这用于防止通过喷射管1引入管状的膜20中的填充材料粘到折叠导向件2或折叠板5,这可能发生在导向臂布置在管状的膜内部的传统结构中。本发明的这个优点防止破坏管状的膜20中的填充材料的流动性,如果填充材料粘附到折叠导向件或折叠板将会发生对流动性的破坏。通过消除定期清洁折叠导向件或折叠板的必要性,这使填充和包装机的维护简化。 
图10是立体图,显示通过本发明实施例的纵向填充和包装机生产的角撑板袋。由本发明实施例的纵向填充和包装机生产的角撑板袋G具有角部,所述角部在角撑板部分形成的倾斜密封G1保持没有填充材料。这防止引入角撑板部分的填充材料使角撑板部分膨胀。这使如图11所示的角撑板袋通过框架F形成的矩形形状容易被保持,并且因而用于允许当在箱子中运输或在商店中陈列时有效率地使用角撑板袋。 
虽然本发明已经作为纵向填充和包装机中的实施例被解释和说明,其中密封装置8仅在管状的膜20上执行热密封操作,并且密封装置8热密封部分的切断通过布置在密封装置8下面的冷却切断装置9执行,然而,适用纵向填充和包装机的密封装置8的构造不限于显示的细节,而是可以修改,在所述结构中密封装置8具有用于切断热密封部分的冷却切断装置9的功能。在这个情况下,刀片被以推进/缩回方式设置在两个K形密封条80中一个的横向密封部分81中,并且凹入形状形成在两个K形密封条80中的另一个的横向密封部分81中,从而当刀片突出时所述凹入用作刀的基础。通过这个构造,热密封过程已经被完成以后,刀片突出并且切割管状的膜20,同时膜被两个K形密封条80施压。 
图12是显示K形密封条另一个结构的视图。在K形密封条80的压力表面上设置有横向密封部分81,所述横向密封部分81在管状的膜20的横向方向延伸并且在横向方向热密封空的部分20b。另外,横向密封部分81的上面和下面设置有一对倾斜密封部分82,所述倾斜密封部分82以大致45度角度相对横向密封部分81延伸。在横向密封部分81的相对侧处形成的倾斜密封 部分82彼此分开。横向密封部分81和倾斜密封部分82构成大致K形热密封单元。 
图13是通过图12所示K形密封条生产的角撑板袋立体图。图13所示角撑板袋具有比图10所示角撑板袋更宽的横向宽度。存在在角撑板袋G角部形成倾斜密封G1,通过使用倾斜密封部分彼此分开的K形密封条80,倾斜密封G1具有宽的横向宽度。图13所示的角撑板袋角部也由于形成在角撑板中的倾斜密封G1而保持没有填充材料。这防止引入角撑板的填充材料使角撑板膨胀。 

Claims (6)

1.一种纵向填充和包装机,包括:
进给装置,用于垂直向下地进给填充容纳物的管状的膜;
折叠装置,用于向管状的膜内部折叠通过进给装置进给的管状的膜的相对侧;
一对挤压辊,所述一对挤压辊用于通过在将填充容纳物的管状的膜夹在中间的同时转动管状的膜并且向下进给管状的膜而在管状的膜中形成空的部分;和
密封装置,所述密封装置设置有彼此相对的密封条,管状的膜放入密封条之间,密封装置在放入密封条之间的管状的膜上执行热密封,
其中:一对挤压辊的每个设置在挤压辊臂的一个端部上,挤压辊臂的另一个端部以可转动方式被支撑,并且一对挤压辊的每个包括打开/关闭驱动单元,所述打开/关闭驱动单元用于使每个挤压辊臂彼此独立地围绕挤压辊臂的另一个端部在关闭位置和打开位置之间转动,关闭位置用于使所述一对挤压辊彼此相互接触,打开位置用于使一对挤压辊彼此分开,
其中,所述折叠装置包括,折叠导向件,所述折叠导向件具有间隙,所述间隙形成在与管状的膜的相对侧对应的部分处,并且所述折叠导向件支撑所述管状的膜的外侧,和一对折叠板,所述折叠板能够通过形成在所述折叠导向件中的间隙前进到折叠导向件/从折叠导向件缩回;
其中:打开/关闭驱动单元包括第一臂、第二臂、可转动轴和驱动部分,所述第一臂具有连接到一个挤压辊臂的一个端部,所述第二臂具有连接到另一个挤压辊臂的一个端部,所述第一臂的和所述第二臂的另一端部连接到可转动轴,驱动部分用于驱动可转动轴,和
在所述第一臂的和所述第二臂的另一端部与可转动轴的转动中心偏心的状态下,所述第一臂的和第二臂的另一端部连接到可转动轴,和
当可转动轴位于第一转动位置时,所述挤压辊臂中的一个通过所述第一臂被推向变得远离可转动轴的位置,并且所述挤压辊臂中的另一个通过第二臂被拉向变得靠近可转动轴的位置,因而放置所述第一和第二挤压辊臂在打开位置,使一对挤压辊彼此分开,和
当可转动轴位于第二转动位置时,所述挤压辊臂中的一个通过所述第一臂被拉向变得靠近可转动轴的位置,并且所述挤压辊臂中的另一个通过所述第二臂被推向变得远离可转动轴的位置,因而,放置所述第一和第二挤压辊臂在关闭位置,使一对挤压辊彼此接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纵向填充和包装机,其中当一对挤压辊位于关闭位置时,由一对挤压辊形成的保持部分位于用于管状的膜的传送路线的中心线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纵向填充和包装机,其中:所述折叠导向件由两个半圆柱形导向部件组成,并且彼此相对地布置,以使折叠导向件形成其间具有间隙的大致圆柱形形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纵向填充和包装机,其中:一对折叠板的每一个具有斜边,所述斜边朝向管状的膜的进给方向的下游变得更靠近用于管状的膜的传送路线的中心线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纵向填充和包装机,包括前进/缩回驱动单元,所述前进/缩回驱动单元用于移动一对折叠板到一位置,折叠板在所述一位置更靠近在一起并且前进到所述折叠导向件的内部,并且移动所述一对折叠板到另一位置,所述折叠板在所述另一位置缩回而彼此分开并且朝向折叠导向件的外侧缩回。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纵向填充和包装机,其中:所述密封条具有在管状的膜的横向方向延伸的横向密封部分,并且其中所述密封条具有分别形成在横向密封部分的上面和下面的一对倾斜密封部分。
