Enter the French Abstract here.On incorpore du Cr dans une couche galvanoplastique en alliage Al-Si, formée sur une feuille d'acier par immersion à chaud, afin d'en améliorer la résistance à la corrosion et à la chaleur. On utilise comme source de Cr pour la couche galvanoplastique une couche de Cr préformée sur la feuille d'acier par métallisation sous vide, par électrodéposition ou par un procédé similaire. Lorsqu'on active la couche de Cr par attaque à l'aide d'un faisceau plasma ou ionique avant l'immersion de la feuille d'acier dans un bain galvanoplastique, celle-ci présente une bonne mouillabilité par un métal de revêtement. Une couche galvanoplastique (L) ainsi formée sur le substrat d'acier (S) possède une structure multicouche, composée d'une première sous-couche (L1) de Cr, d'une deuxième sous-couche (L2) en un alliage Cr-Al-Si et d'une troisième sous-couche (L3) en un alliage Al-Si-Cr. Puisque la couche galvanoplastique (L) renferme du Cr, un produit obtenu de cette manière possède une résistance à la corrosion et à la chaleur nettement améliorée, par rapport à celle de feuilles d'acier revêtues d'un alliage classique Al-Si.
