Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de facteur von Willebrand humain à partir d'une fraction cryoprécipitée de plasma.
Le procédé comprend une combinaison de trois étapes de séparation chromatographique. Le concentré obtenu présente une très haute activité spécifique et un pourcentage élevé de multimères de haut poids moléculaire.
Le concentré est destiné notamment à un usage thérapeutique.
