Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR MATERIAIS DE PROJEÇÃO PARA JATEAMENTO COM GRANALHA. A presente invenção fornece um método para a fabricação de material de jateamento para jateamento com granalha com o qual é possível obter um teor de dureza confiavelmente alto, enquanto o aumento do custo do material é impedido. Aço arrefecível é usado como material em uma etapa de manufatura de material de jateamento (S10). Após os grânulos (4), que são arrefecidos através de um método de atomização a água, serem formados em uma etapa de arrefecimento (S20), os grânulos (4) são temperados dentro de uma fornalha de aquecimento (5) a uma temperatura predeterminada (de 130 a 230°Ce, de preferência, de 160 a 230°C) durante um período predeterminado de tempo em uma etapa de têmpera (S30). Um tratamento de endurecimento por trabalho mecânico é aplicado em uma etapa de endurecimento por trabalho mecânico (S40) na qual os grânulos (4) são jateados/bombardeados sobre um material alvo (7) para aplicar estresse aos grânulos (4) com o uso de um equipamento para jateamento com granalha (6).
